Ordered a 3in tr muffler, and the order said placed for a few days with no updates. I got with the support team and was informed it was on back order. (No big deal) I then got back with the support team to ask if I could switch from the 3in tr to the 2.5in tr muffler. They switched my order right then at the moment, and 20 minutes later, my order was shipped.CAMERON, my support tech, was very helpful and extremely nice. They responded in matters of minutes on regular business hours, and if not during business hours, they responded as soon as they opened.Highly recommend

Carven`s customer service is unmatched! Professional, friendly, and helpful. Hunter answered all of my questions and got my order shipped out quickly, and talking with him over the phone was like talking to a friend. Thanks again, Carven!

I looked through a lot of exhausts for my 2020 Ram before I settled on the Carven cat-back. 4 years later one of the welds failed for some reason. Carven was worried about shipping me a single replacement part in case the fitment was wrong, so they sent me a whole replacement cat-back. I have had nothing but great interactions with this company and I appreciate them standing behind their product.

Incredible customer service and treats the customer like family! Between my interactions with Hunter and Ryan, I couldn t have asked for a better first time experience buying an exhaust for my Toyota Tundra 23.

Hands down THE best sounding mufflers on the market. I ordered an TR series for my 2013 Scion tC, and between the quality of the muffler, the sound, and many conversations with the amazing people at Carven Exhaust, I will never spend a dime with any other company. They are the most customer oriented company in the business, and go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy with their products and services.

Had an awesome buying experience figuring out which exhaust system would best suit my 2018 Ram Rebel. They walked me through all of the options they had to offer and answered a few questions for me over the phone. The package shipped exactly 6 days after ordering.My husband and I are extremely pleased with the sound of this exhaust as well as the 100 year warranty it came with.

I ordered an exhaust kit and I specifically asked how long to expect before the item would ship. The rep said 4-6 weeks. Not bad. 7 weeks go by and no response nothing. I reach out again and they say oh this item is back ordered do you have an order number. Oh it will ship out in 1-2 weeks for sure.On the 12th week waiting I was ready to cancel and I should have but didn t. It eventually shipped.Install was easy but the sound is no good. The drone at all speeds is unreasonable.When i reached out to ask about the drone, the response was along the lines of what did you expect it s a exhaust dump great customer service. As others have mentioned no return even if you just had it running at idle.The rep said no I can t take it back. But our stuff is always backordered so you can just sell it on Facebook marketplace or something.Do yourself a favor and go with a reputable company. You get what you pay for this was a complete rip off.

I had an incredibly positive experience overall with Carven, especially when working with Hunter over the phone and through email. I ordered an exhaust system for my '22 Tacoma SR5 and was promptly given an order confirmation and a lead time of approximately 6-8 weeks. A few days after ordering the exhaust, there was an issue that caused their system to automatically cancel and refund the order; however within one phone call I had a new order placed and they shipped the exhaust that same day as an apology for the inconvenience. Hunter threw in a shirt and some decals to further reconcile the situation.I got the exhaust and the freebies the next day, all of which was very well packaged and protected. The install took less than an hour to remove the OEM system and install the Carven system with zero issues. The quality of the exhaust was phenomenal, and everything fit together with little to no difficulty. Hunter even sent an email before the exhaust shipped with additional install resources and videos to aid in the process in case I ran into any issues. After a couple of weeks with the exhaust, the truck sounds incredible and has sent the 'smiles per gallon' through the roof.Overall I am very impressed with Carven's product, and am grateful for the above average customer service experience. I could not recommend Carven more highly!

Received my order yesterday. Installed this AM. Stellar product. Packaging was opened and taped closed and exhaust hangers had poked holes in box. However, this exhaust should be on everyone's radar.Installed by myself. Nice fit and finish. Looks way more expensive than it is.It does make some sound, but not a my neighbors hate me now sound. Great service so far.Thanks for a good American product.

Make sure before you order, that these systems are what you really really want. They drone very bad, even though in official videos carven says "there's a big difference between drone, and sound", which I took as these don't drone.Tried to return a few days after receiving and running the system for under 15 minutes, and their response was basically "good luck, not our problem".

I have a 2019 Ram Rebel and have been on the fence between Carven and CORSA for about a year now. I finally decided to go with Carven. BOY!!!! Am I happy I did. I absolutely love this exhaust. Very little to no drone in cab at cruising speed. When you get on it boy does the exhaust wake the engine up. And that cold start is GREAT!!!Install was not bad at all. I did have one pipe that had and egged end, but by the looks of the box when I received it I m sure it was due to shipping and not anything Carven did.I would highly recommend this exhaust to anyone who is in the market. I m not saying there are other good companies out there, but Carven is a great company and you can tell they care about their product and their customers.

Good company making high quality products. I can't blame them for shipping delays right now due to the significant stainless steel shortage (spring '21) - just had to be patient. Tips for my Charger look outstanding and were a direct fit / easy install. TR series mufflers produce a deep, rasp-free growl that sounds great without being obnoxious. Customer service responded quickly and thoroughly to the one question I had.

I recently had an amazing experience with Carven. There was an issue with fedex losing the initial package (not cravens fault) and they worked with me through the whole experience. They made sure to respond to any email I sent them in a timely manner and helped make sure I got the mufflers I purchased. I would definitely recommend Carven to anybody looking for a good exhaust company and I will be coming back to them for any of my exhaust needs.

Great customer service. My order was shipped the same day that I ordered. I will recomend them soley based off customer service. Ask for Hunter as he was the one that helped me. I will update this review with more good coments once i recieve the product.Edit: I have recieved my Cat back and got it installed. Super easy. I want to poit out the intuativeness of the employees (especially Hunter) as i was gifted a tow strap in my order. Going from two exhaust tips to one and having something to fill the void on side without a tip made this buying experience that much better.

Just finished installing the Carven cat back kit on my 2014 Tundra 1794.What a awesome kit. It came packaged well. The kit fits and goes together well.The end result is the sound I was looking for. I installed the kit in my driveway with regular hand tools. It took me a couple hours to remove the old and install the kit. Thanks again Carven.

2017 ram 1500 5.7 hemi, progressive exhaust.Sounds better than I expected, not obnoxious when you stand on the throttle, reasonable for the neighbors. Sounds awesome, I will buy this product again, for my projects. For the money this a very solid muffler, fit and finish is 10/10. Super stoked!

I recently ordered and installed an exhaust on my 2017 Toyota Tacoma. The sound is very good and it is very quiet when maintaining a certain speed which is what I wanted. The negative is they shipped me an exhaust where the tail pipe was not flared therefore the tip didn't fit. They did send me a replacement tail pipe to replace that though. The second and biggest con was that the flange was warped where it meets the existing exhaust. Therefore I I had to use a lot of silicone gasket to fill the gap to stop the exhaust leak.

Apparently customer support is missing with this business. I purchased an exhaust system for my 2021 Tacoma SR 2.7 Access Cab. I had taken pictures and sent measurements as requested but when I went to install it didn t fit. First section of pipe was 13 short. I contacted them and got a return label and refund which I appreciated but no further corresponding as far as getting a replacement or they couldn t make it! Oh well ..Magna Flow it is

Just installed my "competitor " series exhaust on my 2019 Ram 1500 classic Hemi 5.7. And I tell you what, damn it's badass. Beautiful Ram rumble. Extremely pleased with this purchase. Highly recommend their product to everyone. Very easy to install as well. Took less than 1 hour.

I purchased the Carven TR cat back exhaust with stainless dual tip for my 2021 Silverado Pickup, easy installation and the sound is awesome, glad I did my research and chose the Carven exhaust.Highly quality products are the only thing I put on my truck,Thanks Carven!!!

First off their customer service was great while waiting for my exhaust and keeping me up to date. It sounds amazing. It will take some time to get used to. It has a very aggressive sound to it. WORTH THE MONEY

Except the dual tip kit does not fit 2020 Gmc Sierra 1500's with factory mudguards. Their solution, modify my truck or pay someone to modify the exhaust I already paid for. For an exhaust that clearly states it WILL fit. And they openly admitted they know it won't work on those trucks! And i have the emails to prove it.

Terrible service, they cant fill a PO of over 100 exhaust tips dating back almost a year to Turn 14, but they will sell tips direct... They don't have a first in first out policy and they make excuse after excuse as to why the back order has been extended. First it was material, then it was a problem with the ceramic coating provider, now the tips they had waiting for ceramic don't exist and and were back to waiting on raw material.The guy who can answer that question never answers, worst supplier we have ever dealt with

Feel in love with the sound of the competitor muffler, so I ordered it. Upon arrival I rushed to install it but was sent the incorrect set of couplers with it. I contacted Carven about the mistake and rectified it immediately. Zach was very professional and handled it without question. Mistakes happen in life bit what really counts is the way one handles it. Very pleased with the product and customer service. Will recommend and will purchase again in the future.

Improve your shipping time. I ordered on the 4th of February and got a tracking number right away but it has yet to ship and it is now the 10th. I bought direct from you thinking the shipping time would be quicker. A bad experience here with your company. I'm sure its a great product but your also responsible for shipping out in reasonable time. You get a 2 from me.

Absolutely terrible customer service and lead times. It s been 8 weeks since I placed the order and I ve been given 5 different ship dates and 5 different excuses on why it hasn t shipped. They already have the money and couldn t care less about customer satisfaction or delivering the product.Update: The reply from the owner to the reviews are a generic copy & paste answer and just another set of excuses rather than owning up to the bad service and making an effort to correct it with the employees. Delays due to raw materials are understandable, employees flat out lying to your customers is an entirely different story. As GM, you either know they re lying to customers, or blind to them one by one ruining the company s reputation. Another bad example of the service you can expect from them.

I really wanted to like this company and I am really impressed with the sound of the kits they make. But, it s been 10 weeks and I still have yet to receive the car back kit I have paid for. I ve been told 3 different times that it would ship out the following week or the next day and still nothing.

They lie about everything. If they say it will take 2 weeks to ship look forward for 8 weeks to ship. Now my exhaust won t ship because they ran out of boxes they don t respond to emails or voice mails. Will never buy direct from them again.
