Never had to wait long very fast and friendly. My tech Michael always goes out of his way to get me in and out. Very nice dealership, great waiting area.

Extremely poor service under warranty of a new car. First Visit, the part will be available in one week, we will call. Never called. After following up, finally got the part changed. Received the phone call to confirm new part is OK. Clearly, told them it did not fix the issue. Second Visit, this is normal. Third Visit, we will get back to you when Hyundai responds, 4th Visit, have patience this is unique problem. 5th Visit (after 11 months of constant follow up) - oh you were working with different service advisor as he is no longer here, we will have to start over again. But you have to be here from Monday to Friday, Saturday's they cannot do it. We will order part and Cardinal way will call when part is available. I am certain I will never get a call unless I follow up. I am not sure if this is only this location or Hyundai in general offer's poor warranty replacement service. This is definitely my first and last Hyundai.

The first time I had my car serviced at this location for leather seat installation, my pouch that contained my chargers, a pair of sunglasses, and my nail clippers/file mysteriously disappeared from my glove compartment. When I inquired about this, the manager claimed there was nothing they could do since no one fessed up to the fact.I am now at a different Hyundai Service where I ve been informed that the records of my previous oil change at this location have been FALSIFIED. They notified me immediately upon comparing the online information with the sticker on my windshield. More heinously, they BROKE the latch that unlocks the hood of my car; which explains the oil-change discrepancy.Do NOT get your vehicle serviced here. The service workers have demonstrated nothing but a pattern of inconsistency, negligence, dishonesty, and disregard of customer safety/satisfaction. You re better off going to Riverside, Moreno Valley, or Inland Empire.

Would be nice to have more communication to the client and maybe a little bit more respectfully and attentively.My tires were overpumped, the car was bouncing off the road while driving back home. I had to adjust the pressure again after this service.

Terrible.... It is incredible that they cannot provide the service of reading the code on the engine light, that even in an autozone they do it for free, in the same dealership where the car is from they DO NOT provide that service without charging a exorbitant figure.... Very bad experience that leaves much to be desired from the Hyundai brand.
