Very knowledgeable and fair priced. Made an appointment and they were able to look at my car fairly quickly. Have come back twice already, and definitely recommend it. They also have great financing options.

I decided to go here because I have been other Big O Tires and have always received great customer service. This place was no different. Mr. Bawa is always so helpful and patient, especially because I am not! I put tires on my Yukon here last winter and recently got a screw in it. I came in frustrated because of time, and he was very understanding and did what he could to get me back on the road in a timely manner.

Totally horrible experience. Brought in my son's car and my big truck for tires and alignment. My son's car still pulls to the right. My tires were installed with the wrong side out and now I have a leak somewhere after they did the alignment. Left my white truck full of greasy hand prints. I told them I am moving out of state in the couple days and need my big truck to tow my stuff. Now I have to take my truck to someone that knows what there doing. I had a bad feeling when talking to these guys but I went with it anyways mainly because Big O is in the town I'm moving to. They want me to bring both vehicles back but why if tires and alignment is what you do how can have both cars have to come back. I can't losse anymore time. I just dumped over $3000 dollars here with full regret!!! They also told me that Big O's are independently owned and that if I took my cars to another Big O that they would not prioritize my vehicles because of Corona Big O' s mistake!!! Totally ridiculous service!!!

Sarf and Dillen were extremely helpful when I walked in without an appointment.. and with a flat tire. They were both so nice, helped me quickly, and I was off to work. I will definitely return when I need service. Thank you!

Very good services they inspected the entire vehicle and let me know what I needed,had oil, lube, filter,air filter and cabin air filter, tire rotation and front wheel alignment. had to replace left front axle front struts rear shocks, remove and replace, install front shock and strut and also a front camber kit.Sarf and Jesus were very professional and got all I needed done in a timely fashion.

I wouldn t recommend this place, especially where they don t respect you as a person. Maybe because I m a woman? Waited in line, patiently with my baby, then as I got up to the front desk and began to tell this old man the issue with my car. The phone rings, and he doesn t even say one second or puts them on hold. NOPE he continues to take this phone call and starts breaking down tire prices, warranties and all this other information while keeping me on the sideline. I ve worked with many people and have some common decency to say something. Then after 15 minutes he goes off an says. Nope.. you don t have an appointment, wait this many hours and then we ll take your car I mean, worst service. Won t be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

Day/time and promotional coupons/discounts lured me to Big O Tire. Other repair shops charge $100, plus and at Big O Tire, I paid $80 for full synthetic (which includes tire rotation). Also, being open on Sunday and ease of scheduling an appointment is a big plus for me.

Customer service is amazing. Was in a bind and had a big metal something that stabbed my tire and took it here just to see what I can do. Sarf the manager thank you for taking me in last min. Definitely taking my care here every time.

These men work very hard, we were so appreciative they could fit us in at last minute. There was such a rude customer before us giving the cashier such a hard time. But when it was our turn he treated us like royalty, as though nothing had just happened. Support this business. We really need customer service like this....

I drove in needing a quick repair and received quick and courteous service. Everything was explained thoroughly. I felt like the staff were happy to have my business even though they already had a full garage. 10/10 would get a tune up here!

I'm disappointed, but it's to be expected. Not many places are different, but I was definitely treated like a woman here. My only options presented were replacing all 4 tires and heavily implying I was making a massive mistake by not doing so. I was told my tire was too old to patch. I did need new tires, but there's a difference between being scared into your options and being given your options. I was also presented with a cheaper option and a more expensive option. That's it. No tire names were thrown around, nothing about the quality,etc. Just "your cheaper option is this and your more expensive option is this". I was then told if I didn't get an alignment, I'd be ruining the new tires I was pressured into buying. The salesman could see my physical response and backed off slightly and then proceeded to joke and laugh to lighten the situation. When I was trying to laugh and joke in the beginning, he made it seem like I was nuts for joking about a situation. All part of the scare tactic to get the sale. Don't worry, you got your sale, because you're right I didn't have many other options and it's the day before Thanksgiving. Got to get back to the kitchen, like any good little woman ;) but don't worry. I won't be back.I would put this right under the guy who tried to sell me 25 gallons of transmission fluid. GALLONS, not quarts. Treat women with the slightest amount of respect please, we're not idiots.If you do choose to go here, be on guard because they will pressure you into tires and if you're a female, you'll be talked to like you're an idiot.*The older gentleman at the counter was very nice and I feel I would have gotten a different experience if he had helped me.

John was very helpful and courteous. He explained what would be done to my car and how the tires get out of balance. He was friendly and a how all automotive store representatives should be. The work was done in a timely manner and I'm very happy with the alignment and tire balancing and rotation. I will be going back for further needs on my SUV.

Great customer service, speedy workmanship, and great staff! The manager, Mishonda is very friendly and informative about her products, and if she doesn't have what you need, she will make the effort to get it, if possible within a few hours. The older gentleman is very knowledgeable as well, but he's a little too serious, maybe he's a combat veteran that has seen too much. He gives off a bit of a "frosty" vibe, but he's overall a cool dude.

I was just dropping off a work truck (the other driver) so didn t have too much interaction with them. However, they were extremely friendly and looked like they were really hustling to get the job done. Plus, my employer has been using them for several years. So, 5 stars!

They do a great job. It helps to arrive when they open. Arriving mid morning or later means you'll spend some time there. They do a good job of finding issues that may require attention but there is no hard upsell.

I brought in my car to check the low tire pressure light and repair the tire as needed. Robert was very helpful and communicated well. My tire is all fixed and I trust they did a good job. Thanks!

Ordered tires on their website, showed up for appointment only for tires not to be there, then they tried to sell me their store brand Mesa tires for more than what they re selling on their own website. Won t be going back, sticking to Sam s Club

Bob went above and beyond and took care of me and my family's unexpected situation. He was very professional, and not once did he ever make us feel that we were asking to much of him. Mishonda and the Corona Big O Tires Store are truly a hidden gem in Corona. I always get prompt and thorough service there, and the store is very clean and well kept. I took my personal truck in this morning to repair a flat tire, and they treated me like I was the only one in the store. This is the only place we service our company trucks, also, so if you are looking for a trustworthy place in Corona for tires and other services, look no further! Thank you again!

Great experience. We went in for a last minute emergency repair on my mother's vehicle. It was almost closing time, however, there was no hesitation by any of the employees on helping us. We will definitely return. Thank you.

The service is good.. been with them for years.. since we moved in Corona 2001.. been there this am. Got low air tire, found 2 inc nail and that's my $25.00 This morning expensive than my oil change.. thought there's a little discount but...anyways, that's the very first time I saw that guy in Big O.. Goodluck!

I stopped by to have an already repaired tire put on my car. Sarf and Felix were helpful and quick in taking care of my vehicle. I will be back when I need a full set of tires. It's always helpful to work with real professionals like the guys at Big O tires!

My issue is i am a customer for more than 20 years. All locations and any prior managers gave me the foupon price without asking as a courtesy for all my business. Your current manager tried to charge me 42.00 for an oil change. When i challenged the price because i knew what the coupon was, he told me he doesn't give it unless you produce it. He even kept trying to get me to spend more money on getting some upgraded oil change which no one has ever tried to do. I am going to change locations. He has no customer manners in my oponion. This is not the first experience with him but your store is no longer going to be mine.
