Needed a group 59 battery for my truck, came out to 60 and some change for a used one and 20 for the refundable core charge. The battery came with a six month warranty, just make sure you keep the receipt. This is the second used battery I buy from this place, the first one lasted 2 years with no problems, will return for the next one.

The man that runs the store is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. People in Corona try to take advantage and buy batteries for cars with electrical issues and have the nerve to go back in and argue with him. He won't put up with that and he shouldn't. He knows his stuff, just trust him. My 2014 Chevy Volt needed a battery and he sold me a new Interstate battery and my car runs and starts perfect again. THE BEST PRICES IN TOWN. I give Corona Battery Xpress my highest recommendation. Thank you.

Response to your reply:Excuse me ? I am lying? I have a mechanic no its not my nephew where did you get that information? I bought a battery based on the recommendation of your employee. It was the wrong battery its not compatible that is the issue. The young man at the store has amazing customer service if I wanted to lie why would I even say that? it would've been better for me to lie about that too. The young man has amazing customer service, I explained what happened he was not rude I was not rude at the end I told him to keep the battery and I left without it. It's sad to see this response from you. No problem keep the money and keep the battery. Thank you By the way I did ask your employee to install and he said he couldn't because its a liability issue. It has not been 3 weeks.I visited your location on October 16th and had a positive experience with a young man who was very polite and helpful. I appreciated his assistance in checking my battery and recommending a compatible replacement for my Toyota Camry hybrid. He did mention that my battery had a sensor, but assured me it was an easy fix. However, due to liability concerns, he was unable to perform the installation himself.Yesterday, I took the battery to my mechanic who informed me that it is not the correct one for my car. I mentioned the suggestion made by your employee to hot glue the sensor to the battery, but my mechanic strongly advised against it, as it would pose a liability risk. I trusted the gentleman's recommendation and purchased the battery based on his assurance that it was suitable for my vehicle.Today, when I returned to your store because the battery is not compatible, I was informed that you do not provide refunds and there is nothing that can be done. I am quite disappointed with this response since it was your employee who sold me the battery that he claimed was the right one for my car. The mistake was made by your employee, and I believe I should be eligible for a refund, it has been two weeks. Horrible experience. I left the battery at the counter. I am so upset

People don't know about batteries!!! This gentleman at Battery Xpress is a professional and give me always good advise and fair prices. My previous battery from them last me more than 2 years.

Buyer bewareSo there I was deciding on a refurbished battery for my 73 VW motor hoping to save money because batteries are expensive,we all like the cheaper route I purchased the refurbished battery it turned the engine over two or three times then was dead I continued my work with a battery charger attached until it's charging cycle was done unhooked the battery charger next day cranks over once dead battery I was livid so the best part is the three month warranty I take the battery back to them he hooked up a tester didn't even test tells me in short words you bought a bad battery no warranty because of his reason s on the wall he didnt even ask me if I wanted an exchange which I would of taken one day before warranty expired I have receipts buy I sayBuyer beware even better I'd like to mention tax who charges tax twice on an item I believe that is not right. And I'll also mentioned I did have a warrantee you did follow thru. I'm the best mechanic in Southern California. That's not my own classic I also own a 71 VW bus.Battery Mart is a better place new for 100$ five year warranty no problem or excuse. They even change it for you if needed. Bought a reconditioned battery from them a few weeks ago, the next day it was dead. Now they don't answer the phone. Bad business, should have just spent the extra $40 to buy a new battery with a warranty somewhere else. These guys are a scam.***UPDATE***I didn't say a new battery was $40. I'm saying that I should have spend $40 more to get a new battery. If you take what I paid you and add $40 I could have bought a new battery.

I was looking for a battery to replace my Honda Civic 2004, I wanted to get a reconditioned one since I was going to sell the car anyways. It took a while to sell my car but I still used it as a daily driver and the battery these guys gave me is phenomenal! No issues at all, it started perfectly in the morning. I am definitely going back to these guys for my next battery! They re really helpful and informative, really great atmosphere.

I had a really bad experience here.. I purchased six 6 volt batteries for my golf cart and 2 weeks later the batteries stopped charging. I took the batteries back to get checked and the old man there swears that he didn't sell me the batteries. He didn't try checking if they hold charge because they were not stamped with their logo. He refused to replace or exchange. While we were discussing the issues with the batteries I purchased, another walked in with the same issue. They had just purchased the battery the same day. Make sure the batteries you purchase from here are stamped. Also, don't forget to get them tested before purchasing. I really don't recommend.

i went in for a used battery as i always do there but this last time i went july 31st he sold me a old battery that didnt work just because i had a sound system the non working battery cost me 80 bucks and now i have to go spend another $120 bucks for a new one dont buy here if you have a sound system because he ll sell you junk

A nice man who works here really saved me and my daughter..went way above and beyond selling us a battery..I would like to Thank You Very Much for being so kind to help us and going out of ur way to help my daughter and me and taking time to get her battery in and make sure it all was good for her. I didn't catch your name but I know you know who you are and again thank you for all. I wish more men like you existed these days. I will always be greatful and recommend your place wen ever I can . Worst place to get used batterie I bought one a month ago left me stranded 3 times mind u I have new alternator etc the manager then says I ll wait for you till 445 which he did not I came right over after work

No one has answered my call In 2 days my battery I got from them went out in 2 weeks. The guy who helped us was so nice and now I can t seem to get a hold of anyone

bought a remanufactured battery from them failed to work next day they tried gaslighting me saying that I had an electrical issue did not want to replace even after I just bought battery so I told guy ill buy a new battery because I dont trust that remanufatured he refunded the price of remanufactured for the new battery I have no Issues now my car starts right up now so dont buy remanufactured from these guys
