I went there yesterday ( first time customer ) to have my BMW wheel alignment service. The customer service manager, Raul was very professional, polite and provided great service. The waiting time was very reasonable, actually faster than I expected, and their price was also very reasonable compared to the other tire shops. I definitely recommend this place. Thank you Raul for your great customer service.

My first time time in the shop was greeted and treated respectfully. Great customer service. I brought in my LR Range Rover for possible suspension and alignment issues. All my questions where answered appropriately. Was not pressured into anything. Car was worked as agreed I was notified ahead of time on work discussed. Extremely satisfied will definitely be returning and highly recommend.

I was satisfied with American Tire Depot from start to finish. I called ahead of time and spoke to Juan. I told him my issue and he said they can help me so I drove over right away and as soon as I got there they helped and right away my car was good to drive again. I will definitely go there for future issues, as well. Thanks team!

Went on Sunday to get 2 new front tires and the whole process was easy breezy. The best part of all, I was in and out within 45 mins even though there were only 2 employees. And did I mention how nice, quick and efficient they were, . This was the easiest buying tires ever.

Brought my truck in for a flat repair on a busy Sunday. The crew pointed out a couple of items of concern that were valid. I didn't get any of the issues fixed today other than the flat.Will be back to schedule for other repairs.

Staffs here are very helpful and kind. Great customer service!Went in Jan 2023 for loosing air, frequently getting TPMS warning,, found a nail that's causing it, they fixed it and offered me 3 yrs warranty which I took after it was explained to me. Went back for tire rotation and wheel alignment this time, did not cost me any dime; that warranty already paid off! Some warranty are worth buying; made me maintain my tires well.

Very professional, kind people. They went beyond the call of duty to help me with my car. They made me feel valued and provided what ever they can do to make me comfortable and happy. I got regular updates on where the service is going and how long it takes to get it done. Thank you for your help

These guys can't do a good alignment. The car pulled hard right after the last alignment job and I had to take it somewhere else. Turned out their machine is not calibrated.Also when I asked for tire rotation, they did swap left with right, instead of the front to back. No clue what they're even doing at this point.The most they can do is tire change, and they're not even cheap.2 stars only because the cashier had good manners, otherwise this place needs a new crew

Really great Customer service needed my brakes done ended up getting new tires and oil change thanks to The Manager Ken for taking care of his Customer and providing them with the best service and the staff for working hard and making sure everything is great! Really recommend you to stop on by!

I went a couple days ago, they really helped me with everything I requested. All the workers seem really kind. Everything was at a good price range and they don t overcharge you. Really good place I really recommend it

Car repairs can be very expensive but if you go somewhere where it gets done right the first time it's well worth it and that's what I have with the American Tire Depot they do more than just tires for my vehicle they do General mechanic work and I haven't had any problems in the last two years that I've been going to them I can highly recommend American Tire Depot in Corona on 6th Street

Juan Mejia has great customer service I was blown away the way he could handle customers all by himself phones were ringing people were coming in but he always kept a smile and was really professional to all his customers being as honest as he can be I would definitely be back Juan you got a customer for life thank you

Never coming to this lying place again. 4/1/23 Told them my rear passenger tire lost 15 lbs of pressure over night and leave it there, 40 minutes later I get a call my truck is done. When signing paperwork I am told all my pressures are low and that ll make light come on lol first off i know that but that happens on my Tacoma when pressure is below 24 lbs. 3 tires were front tires were 32 1 rear was 28 and the other tire I put up to 40 lbs because it lost 15 lbs over the course of 10 hrs. It is now 4/2/23 and I get home from a day away and guess what the tire they fixed is 15 lbs lower than the other 3. Lying manager and workers never even moved my truck and still has the metal in it that s making it loose air

Amazing Service !! Extremely grateful for Sam & Leo, these two gentlemen deserve a raise !! My car was towed to their shop bc of a supposed flat tire, Leo & Sam assessed the tire and found the real problem, solved it, and kept me updated. Appreciated how honest and patient they were with me, as I also arrived to their shop within minutes of closing , and so they atleast stayed 30 minutes after closing helping me and resolving my issue.

All other tire shops were too busy to repair my tire. They not only repaired it. They did it for free. And it was not purchased from them. These are people that really care. Went there today, always great service. This is the by tire shop I have ever dealt with.
