Rosana at this location was super helpful! She was able to assist me while many other auto part stores struggled to find parts. With an excellent customer service I will be transitioning to advanced auto for all my automotive needs. Definitely deserves a raise or a promotion. She understands how a car works and even knew how to cross reference parts for an imported vehicle that doesn t exist in their system.

Today I had a great experience. Went to grab a brake light at this location and Bee gave me wonderful costumer service. She offered options when it came to the bulb and gave me info on bulb grease and the advantages of it. Also, helped me with the tool I needed to unscrew the brake light housing. I will go back for the convenience and the service I received today.

I met Delores, and what a pleasure it was. I was reminded of what genuine people prioritize when problem solving a task at work. Her skill set and professionalism is ranked at the top of the industry even if I do say so myself. I was completely impressed with her and the way the team of coworkers there interacted with each other. I think she brings leadership and a sense of well being to all aspects of her life and it s pretty awesome to see.

Rose was friendly from the start. Walked in the door, later in evening and she immediately helped out. Located parts, got it rang up and it as friendly to talk to. Good customer service, place needs people like her. Thanks.

Delores and Jeff were exceptional tonight at advanced auto parts corona location! Navigating and acquiring parts was so easy thanks to them!
