Got my car back up and running thanks to Adrian Kim. He explained very thoroughly exactly what was wrong with my car and what needed to be done unlike other shops that hustle you for your money. Excellent customer service and people skills. Will be bringing my car here from now on.

Great experience. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I worked with Benjamin and Anthony in sales. Richie and steven in management.and Kennie in finance. They all made my purchase experience the best ever compared to previous experiences. They were very reasonable when negotiating always kept an open mind and even when I changed my mind on the vehicle I originally was asking for and they had approvals completed. They were cool about it and started to help me with my new choice. Thank you to all staff, it was great buying a car from this organization.Thx..

I can't say enough great things about the staff at Aaron Mitsubishi. They assisted myself in purchasing a vehicle and everything went seamlessly. The staff is extremely knowledgable and went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. Our salesman Adiel Escobar was such a pleasure to work with and constantly made sure my young son was doing ok, since purchasing a car can definitely take some time. The finance team; Kenny and Richie were just as wonderful, they made sure everything was perfect so we could get back on the road since we live about an hour away. If you're looking for a car, this dealership is the answer you have been looking for. :)

Spoke to Adrian Kim, (service manager) about taking my car in for service, Adrian is well spoken and made the whole process stress free for me. I am very satisfied with the work they did on my vehicle. Adrian had great communication with me. I will be taking my car back for any service in the future.

Most of the time when you go to a dealership, you might feel like you're being tricked or coerced into service you don't need. That was NOT the experience I had with Adrain. He made me feel valued and had a genuine interest in my satisfaction. I'll exclusively work with him for future needs for my Outlander.

Excellent customer service. Ted was super helpful. The Jeep I wanted was not available at the dealership but he worked with me for days to get the car I wanted within my budget. I would highly recommend this dealership ,specially Ted.

This place didn't want to work with us on their 2016 Audi A3...so we left and found one at a price that was in our budget! Never settle! Thanks for NOT negotiating with us Corona Mitsubishi...because of you, we found a better car at a better price! So long Corona Mitsubishi!

Horrible dealership. Came here to check out some certified used Nissan 370z s, after the 370z I was planning to purchase was sold without notice, a day after I set my appointment to come in, and two hours into my four hour drive there. The 370z s they had remaining were tastefully clapped, if that. One of them has a visible broken bumper, which they refused to fix, and deemed it wear and tear. Further inspection also revealed that two of them had been repaired from the frame. Specifically near the fender and driver door area. I decided to opt for the 370z Nismo they had, which was still clapped, but the only better one of the four remaining 370z s on the spot. Decided to try and make a deal, and this dealership would not budge. I asked for a Car Fax of the 370z I was planning to purchase, and they refused. Then they turned the lobby TV extremely loud, and I could hear them speaking about me, and how I m too poor to purchase the car. It would ve been my first time buying a car, I offered to put down $8k cash, and they still wanted an additional $1.5k. Decided to walk away from this place, and it was definitely the best decision I made. I ended up going a few miles down and buying myself a Corvette from a different dealership. This place just wants your money, nothing else. That also explains why a lot of their inventory has been sitting here for months. I would highly recommend staying away from this place.

I bought a car last week from this dealership. I was really happy on The purchase day, but by the end of the whole process they provided me an electronic copy in flesh card. I brought it home, tried with couple of computers, did not work. Next day I called them and provided 2 different email addresses and asked to mail the documents. Every day I call them and ask about that, they state, that they will email all documents next they, and it is already a week I do not have it with me.I called and asked how to make a payment and they fail to give me any instructions, just provided an email address to contact. Haven't heard anything yet.

Be very careful buying a vehicle here the sales man will do his whole salesman game and break a paper into 4 squares a each with a different price and monthly cost a breakdown of what your paying for . Once you agree they tack on and additional 4 to 5 thousand in fees for 3m and lo jack . When I called and told them that wasn't part of the agreement and my contract say optional under these fees . Not to mention my vehicle is missing 3m wrap and parts of my vehicle they were un willing to budge . I was told I was get a number to schedule a 3m employee to come to my house and fix the 3m . It's been at least 2 weeks with no call or email. Also they do not give u paper copies of your contract so be sure to review it there before you sign . One of the people at the front desk is very rude and aggressive in person and on the phone too . Only reason I'm giving them 2stars is because the sales porter that showed me the vehicle was genuine person and was professional. Forgot his name but he was a tall guy . Also bought this vehicle because I thought it had a legal cold air intake in CA but upon further inspection it is an illegal cold air intake. They offered to put a stock intake but part of my reason if buying it was because I wanted a legal cold air intake they refused to put one in . Toyota trd makes one for no more then 3 to 400 dollars .....I will not recommend anyone I know go here ...

I only give a 1 star because there s no 0 stars. One of the worst dealership experiences I ve had. Went in to see and test drive a car they had advertised. Test drove the car then began to purchase. They ran the credit, saw that it was good credit rating then came and said the bank wouldn t finance it because the price was over the blue book value. Huh? Most cars are selling over blue book right now, or maybe lower the purchase price. The sales manger went on to ask if there was another car I was interested in. I gave another car, and of course because it was higher priced than the original car I went in for, it would work just fine for financing, although the price was over blue book as well. I changed my mind and left. I sent the General Manager an email after I received and email from him asking about my experience at the dealership. OnceI explained what happened, he never responded back. I took it upon myself to give one more opportunity so I called to ask further questions so I called. The woman that answered said she was in the internet department and assured me she would find out why I was told the vehicle couldn t get financing and either her or someone would call me back. Of course no call back and it s been over a week. This is typical bare and switch scam from the dealership. I would never recommend purchasing anything here.

Initial experience was ok, they were unwilling to deal because the price was below average. Fine, we get that. When we get the paperwork there is a fee for a low jack that they refuse to remove, the sales manager eventually admits that is their dealer fee. We decide to purchase the car and there is an obvious lack of urgency on their part to complete the purchase, we end up driving home and reach out the next day. At the very last second before we sign they mention that we can take the car to be checked by a mechanic for a fee. We live 100 miles away and this isn t feasible. We drive back up to pick up the car and on the drive home there is obviously something wrong with the transmission that was not apparent on the test drive. We immediately contact the dealer and no one has responded, they sold us a car that they knew had serious issues. Avoid this dealer at all costs.

Your service department should be shut down.Since purchasing my 23 Outlander it has been in for repairs 5 times, the dealership has had my car longer than I have since buying it. All you'll get from Mitsubishi Corporate is promises and lies, should've bought a Kia.

This autogroup is absolutely terrible. They lure you in with extremely low prices on their website, enticing you to test drive their cars. However, when it comes to negotiating the final price, they suddenly charge you thousands of dollars more. I fell for this trick myself. Before going, I confirmed three times whether the price on the website was the final price, and they said it was. Yet, after test-driving the car, an inexplicable additional fee of $4,000 appeared during the price negotiation. The dealer even confidently claimed that they were sure about this price. This is nothing short of a scam! Now, two months have passed, and their salesperson emailed me saying that they have reduced the price. What a joke! If they were truly confident about their pricing, why would they lower it in just two months?

We drove an hour to go to this place because they advertised a car for an amazing price that we were interested in. We walked in and literally had to call out, "Hello, is anyone here?" because there was no one to be found. We actually had to go looking for someone to help us. We drove the car and loved it. However, they tack on a $4000 dealer fee so it's a bit of a bait and switch with the prices they advertise. We walked away. The only good thing was that the salesperson was nice.

I had a very HORRIBLE experience with this dealer today. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.Before setting up an appointment to see them, I called and verified if their advertised price on Prius Prime is correct - and they said it is. Now when the actual calculation came out, they are asking me to pay $10K above their advertised price. According to them, they added LoJack, 3M before they put their cars on sale and these additions are mandatory for buyers to buy.Their advertisement is misleading and they are scamming people off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST DEALER.
