I went when there was no line, and it was super smooth. But with only one person working, I can see how on a busy day I might take a while. I used the coupon and was able to get my car smog Checked for about 50 bucks.

I can't recommend going here. He was laughing that I was his 5th retest of the day. Literally giggling. The first time i went he actully mistook me for someone else that was supposed to come for a retest. Failing people because of a "visual inspection" even though smog test passed. Then you have to pay more to retest. Never had issues with my vehicles until I came here. There are other places in the area that are better.

I had come in not to long ago for a smog on my vehicle and the gentlemen that helped me was fast and friendly. Most shops don t even talk to you and just ignore you, any questions I had he answered it with a good attitude. I was recommended by my friend and I will definitely keep coming back and will be recommending everyone I know as well. Great customer service with a smile Service: Smog certification

Another great experience. The same technician helped me as last time. Very courteous, very prompt and explains everything. Great experience even though the government makes us do this.

Micro- Aggression is in practice at this location (On Ontario next to the Shell Gas Station and the I-15 Freeway) by the ONE man staff. I went to have my vehicle Smog checked. I was in the waiting room on the phone waiting for the Service Tech to return into the office. A woman came in the office and was standing. The Service Tech returned and immediately took her paperwork WITHOUT ASKING who was next. I told him I was next and he ignored me and continued to process her paperwork. He went outside to service the lady's car who was there before me. I followed him outside to tell him his behavior taking the woman who just arrived out of sequence was unprofessional. His reply to me was "I DON'T GIVE A F". I informed him I would be writing this up on Yelp, Google and anyplace to get the word out. I have used this location in the past, but NOT THIS DAY.Service: Smog certification

Great i was in and out within 10 min.I showed up at around 4pm, the rech just finished with a customer, and I was next.He was curious and told me it would be done in 10 minutes and he delivered on that promise. The cost was reasonable (I only have to get smog every two years).I will definitely keep going to this business.

I didn't have an appointment, tech on the phone estimated 45 min wait. Three others ahead. His estimate was right on and I was out of there an hour later. Clean shop, friendly tech and reasonable price.Service: Smog certificationService: Smog certification

In n Out not the burger joint...lol... but it's fast and you can stay in your car took about 15 minutes for the test. I've been going there for 5 yrs now.

Terrible customer service and policy. Went in an hour before close and they did fit me in between scheduled cars. Let them know i had two cars to smog and understood they would close and was thankful to get one done. Price was 40$. Waited 45 minutes and saw them finish my car. Was told I passed all tests except for car computer wasn't ready. This is a failure and would require retesting for another 28.85$. They asked me if I had any service or maintenance on the car recently - I haven't and let them know that. Apparently this can cause the issue but wasn't the case for me.Had they checked the cars computer before all testing as most smog stations will do - this could've been avoided. It takes no time or expertise at all to verify the computer is ready for smog. Pointless to run all the other testing and charge the customer as a result.I will not be retesting my car here and I will not be bringing in my other vehicle here as a result. Its a convenient location for me but I refuse to support this business with any more of my paycheck.Service: Smog certification

HORRIBLE experience with them. STAY AWAY!!! Tech placed my 8 month old son in danger! Brought truck in for a test. Told the tech, Oscar, I would stay in the truck with the A/C on as I have my 8 month old son sleeping in the truck and it was 95� outside. Tech was fine with that. Tech performed the inspection, then parked the truck and shut it off. I asked him to leave it running to keep the A/C on. He refused and said I needed to pay first. I went in the office and he stayed in the bay. I went back to the bay and told him I wanted the keys to run the truck if he wasn't going to process payment asap. He refused. I got upset with him and demanded my keys back, at which point he locked himself in the office and called the police, with my son still in the truck. No threats were made to him. There was no reason to go that route. Had to wait for an officer to show up so I could pay and leave. Have been going to this location for years, I probably have more than a dozen inspections with them and never had a problem until this tech. Will NEVER go back or recommend them.Service: Smog certification

AAA was true to their word! I needed to squeeze an inspection in ahead of another appointment and had only 30 minutes. There were two cars ahead of me but the gal told me she'd have me out on time. The two employees really hustled! I passed and was on time for my next appointment. I also watched them professionally and respectfully interact with a man whose car failed. Classy! They gave him several ideas for passing next time. Impressive! Look for the $10 coupon on their website.

If you need quick and friendly service then you need to do business here. I had a great experience with AAA smog testing. First of all, I called around 4:45 to find out exactly where they were located and I asked the guy what time do they close and he told me 5. He asked me about my car and told me to bring it in since I was a few minutes away from their location and he would wait for me.The whole process took less then 10 minutes, I barely got to read the latest celebrity gossip in the magazine while in their waiting room.I got my smog done quickly and I even got to use a COUPON for a discount! Check out their website and print yourself a coupon to save $.GREAT business! Will recommend to all of my friends who need this service!!!!Keep up the good work!

Reasonable amount of time for smog test. One customer in front of me. In and out in less than 30 min. Comfortable waiting room. Good customer service. No complaints.

Good: friendly services, fast testing (only took me total 20 min), cheap (I paid $45)Bad: There was no one around when I went in (the door was unlocked). I waited like 5 min before the technician came in.Overall: Definitely would come back in the futures.

I Googled smog test only facilities. This business is literally around the corner from my house. I showed up, gave James the coupon from online (using my phone) and he quoted me a 10 minute wait. I don't even think it was 10 minutes, but I was checking out and paying for my certificate in no time! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this facility. Very easy, pleasant, friendly, and priced competitively! Thanks James-We'll see you for our other vehicle soon!They are located at 1630 East Ontario, just past the Shell station, but at the very back of the building. So make sure you drive all the way in and pass the tire shop in the front. (My Google Maps took me all the way to State Street.)
