This has to be one of the worst businesses in Corona. I didn't complain when they upsaled me three times or when they let a child work on my truck. I even stayed solution oriented when they admitted that they failed to provide the service I paid for. But when they put junkyard parts on my truck (at no cost) and then told me that it's not their fault, that's where I had enough.10/13/2023- Well after the BAR rep visited 10� Automotive Repair the owner offered to refund me 50% of the labor cost if I would agree to deletemy review. I declined because I value my vehicle and I place my life and my loved ones in the hands of honest mechanics and us customers get taken advantage of quite frequently by unscrupulous business and us consumers have to support each other to either keep these shops honest or put them out of business. They know we rely on what they recommend and this shop takes advantage of that. If you do business with them good luck.

I originally went to Hemborg Ford in Norco.They misdiagnosed my car.The driver seat wouldn't move forwwhole n and it was going to cost me $175 to diagnose plus parts & labor an additional $1400.My friend Heide referred me to this 10 place,They diagnosed my care it was only some wires that were not placed right.They fixed my car and only charged me $215.00Had a very nice experience I dealt with Jorge. He is very polite, professional and most important Honest!Thank you again for fixing my car. I found my new mechanics really appreciate you!

I came across Ricardo & his shop on google a few years back & ever since then I ve referred him to my mom on her car needs.He s also willing to work with you on payments. If you have to like make payments on any repairs done with your car although I know he charges like an arm and a leg but I get it he hast to stay in business seminar auto mechanics to be a lot worse some prices.I have nothing to say but good things about Ricardo. He s always super honest & gets to the root of the issue with my car. I definitely got blessed finding such a good mechanic no many of those are out there & you can t trust them. Thanks Ricardo & your team.

I had an check engine emissions code on my truck for a month or so, had it checked out somewhere else soon as it happened. They quoted $3000 to fix I passed on that!Time was running out to get it smog done and registered. I had my wife's car service at 10 degrees for an electrical problem before and was satisfied with their work. So when I took my truck to them and had it fixed the same day and at honest price! I couldn't be happier! Never going anywhere else!Service: Auto emissions testing

Thank you 10 degrees auto for replacing my brakes. Also, thank you for fixing my door locks. If you need any car repairs, bring it to them. Very knowledgeable & Great customer service. I will definitely be back when repairs are needed on my vehicle. Hopefully, not too soon though. .

We had a problem with our car burning oil within a week after we bought it. We went back to the dealer to make a warranty claim and they had us take it to this independent shop to run a diagnostic. They got us in quick and diagnosed the issue as blown piston rings. The head mechanic was very honest and professional. He gave us advice and options regardless of whether we were able to work out the situation with the dealer or not. I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants honest work done on their vehicle.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

They ruined my Ford truck diesel engine last year. Insurance stepped in and covered a full engine replacement because it was such egregious negligence, they treated it like vandalism. it ran great with a minor exhaust leak when I brought it to 10 degrees. When I picked it up from 10 degrees, it left on a flatbed truck. The dealer fixed it and took pictures and video to document how 10 degrees screwed it up.Service: Auto exhaust system repair

Worst business experience ever what a scam don't trust them with your car. They will charge you for things that don't need to be fixed. It's not an accusation it's a fact. Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean I'm stupid. I would never recommend this place. Shame on you guys we are all suffering financially but doesn't mean you have to lie to get paid.

I recently had a leveling kit installed on my truck Ricardo was great very friendly and informative. It s very hard to find a mechanic with perfect reviews Ricardo s shop definitely deserves the perfect 5 star reviews he has. He was honest, fair, friendly and most importantly meticulous. I would highly recommend this shop to friends and family and will definitely return in the future when I need work done on my vehicle.

In these trying times, it s great to have a trusted mechanic that will give you a fair price for the survives that your vehicle will need and always exceed it. There is always something extra that they do to make you feel valued as a customer. They are very professional and value your time with how long they get your services done and no last minute surprises on extra cost! You are a great value to the community!

I never leave google reviews, this is my first. I wanted to leave one because they were EXTREMELY helpful to me. I had a car inspected for damages and the person that helped me took the extra step to break down each thing and showed/told me me why it needed to be fixed. He then compiled a list for the cost of both parts and labor. They went in-depth to check my car AND were way more cost effective than other places I ve called. He also took the time to give me advice on the next steps I should take. Great place, would highly recommend.

Ricardo is very helpful. Works with you to get best price when needed. New prices are crazy and he was able to find me a great used parts for a great price.

Incredible service! Respectful workers. An honest business to the max. They diagnosed my battery light revealing a bad alternator 30 minutes before they closed, express ordered the parts and had it all completed within one hour at an extremely great price! I HIGHLY recommend 10� Automotive to everyone! Id give more than 5 stars if I could. Thanks guys!

I've never felt more comfortable with another auto service shop. Ricardo, the owner, is very transparent/honest, friendly, and provides a quick turnaround.One of the many things I appreciate about him is the time he takes to answer any questions I may have. He provides me with the information and understanding I look for to make an informed decision.With a busy schedule, I can always count on him and his team to get me back on the road as soon as possible. I've had my major work done there too with little down time which is amazing.I wouldn't trust anyone else with mine, my family's, and friends' vehicles.Finding a good and honest machanic can be hard to come by but it doesn't have to be. Give Ricardo a call and rest assure you're in good hands.I highly recommend 10 Degrees Automotive.

10 Automotive is an excellent auto shop in town , Ricardo and the team members highly skills and experience. They are very honest people will fix your cars right and very decent price. I have my cars done here few years now, never have anything problems and complains after done . Ricardo will never suggests to fix other parts that you do not need it , unlike other auto shops to make your money . You get dealerships services and experience without breaking your wallet. Peace of mind on the road , this is the auto shop you need.

I felt comfort and relief when I found this place a few years ago. Their honesty and integrity shows every time. I have 4 cars in the family, so this was a big relief. I have saved lots of time and money because the issue was less than was originally expected. Ricardo is a stand up individual that cares, actually cares and understands what being a consumer is like. I highly recommend the folks at 10 degrees for new and old cars. By the way, the only thing that sucks here is the parking, but you will understand why when you get there.

I was fortunate to find this place in an unfortunate situation. My 2012 Corolla's alternator went out on me one morning after taking my little one to preschool. The tow truck driver recommended this place for repair. Excellent, honest, straightforward and quick service. I was so impressed with the amazing service, I returned about 2 weeks after the alternator incident to have my vehicles oil changed. Again, excellent service! You will not regret giving this place a chance if you are in need of a routine service or unforeseen repair.

There s no question 10 Automotive deserve 5 stars. Ricardo & the team is very prompt, professional, courteous, honest, passion & with reasonable prices. We been coming to this place for many years and not once we disappointed with they service. Ricardo & the team always know how to fix & servicing our cars inside & out. Once again, Ricardo's customer service goes above and beyond. Called and got me in same day to replace a hybrid car battery and oil change. Only 1 hour wait and I was back on the road. 10 degrees has now been my go to shop for about 3 years.

I m so pleased with the help I received from an employee at 10 Automotive. Roberto took the time from his busy schedule to help with a check engine issue and fit me in before I head out of town with my car. I had another concern that I brought up and he checked that issue out also. Thanks again for the great service and compassion for a nervous moms long distance trip. Definitely would recommend this shop.

Ricardo and his team at 10th degree automotive have been my goto since I ve moved to Corona for over 5+ years now. He has done all the maintenance on all of my vehicles as well as all the preventative maintenance as well as breaks. Always has the best prices and is very reasonable. I even take my work vehicles to him for all the maintenance to be done on them. I m very fortunate that I have not had to have major work done. But there s no other place I would take my vehicles to. I ve been doing business with Ricardo for such a long time now. I consider him more as friend than my mechanic.

Very polite and accommodatingNot only were they fast, but they had a lounge area for us to wait, and on top of that they were very nice to us and even gave us a token of appreciation(stylus pen) as a thank you for our business! Wow, we we re so impressed and won t think twice about going to them for another oil change and future mechanical work! Try them out!

I have been going to 10� Auto for four years. I am very mechanically inclined and very picky with the quality of work done on my cars. The guys at 10� are people that you can trust with the largest investment you will make outside from buying a house and the safety of your family. They are dealership trained and quality/experienced mechanics at a very fair price. But the difference you will find out when you service your car with them is the they care about the work. It can be an oil change or a motor change they give the same attention of work. And that is how I describe 10� Automotive.
