after being a frequent customer of T/Ait was terribly disappointing when I went in to purchase fuel filters and water separator filter..they had two trucks in the bays and one backed up. I was informed that I would have to wait until ALL the trucks ahead of me, were serviced and released..before ANY technician can verify the part number on said filters.. not to do any service. just to look at numbers to make sure they had the parts.not to mention the three perfect able techs walking around saying they "couldn't do it" because it would be cutting ahead of the other trucks.. so sad.

Bad management Restrooms always dirty..no soap for mirror cleaning always empty or just water filled..there is Women working Her Name Chris with bad behavior with customer talkin aggressive. Not ever coming here again!!!

Make sure you check and make sure you get charge for the parts you tell them to change.like I asked how much is the engine air filter answer 60 to 70 but on receipt 109$ for oil change 339$ but with 109$ air filter and oil change total comes out 486$ good luck trucks.they rip off.

These guys are always friendly as soon issue with the pump and they acted on it right away love these guys this is one of my main stop to get fuel in a cup of coffee good job guys

I took my truck for a oil change in a TA on Sunday and they did a oil change that was a guy training and they fill it up to oil all the way like more than it should be and right now I am having an engine problems there's all seals are leaking and I call these guys ta to solve the issue no but they just hang up the phone on me so please do not do any service in this stupid location
