I visited this place to get service done at night on Feb 19th. After service, I stayed at their location for the night. In the morning before heading to drive I checked the oil and their filter socket was on top of my motor. Good thing I checked my truck and saw the socket or If I never saw it could have caused major issues. They also left the fuel pump valve open and it was also loose. Today when I got up I saw my truck had oil leak. I took the truck to mechanic shop, they said the drain bolt ring is missing. I m used to coming to this location during the daytime. I ve never had any issues coming here at daytime but this night I had a very bad experience.

Techs are not the best here. Had bad repair on brake cylinder and oil change. Replaced brake cylinder, went bad one week later. Came back for warranty service, went bad again three days later. Oil change tech did not replace oil fill cap nor screw back down fuel primer nozzle. I drove for a few days before I noticed.

I visit in early morning 3:am but there break time 3am to 4:30am After I need aa service to truck full synthetic oil they have only 10 gallons but our truck need12 gallons the guy tell me u buy some gallon TA Patro ? I say no need an oil change? That s burshits and Wasting My times ? Never come again?

Its a warning don't go to this place for mechanical work for your truck, the staff there rip customers off, prices for items and labor to fix way to pricey compared to other garages in the neighborhood, same work to be done with part and labor is half the price.. so whoever is reading this, PLEASE CALL FOR QUOTATION FIRST before taking your truck for maintenance repair...I recommend not to go there at all, I was not happy with the service, cost and repair from this place****

Got a nail punctured in my trailer tire.. took them 2hrs to apply the patch.. didn't even get 100 miles before that patch came off.. had to go somewhere else to reapply a patch.. lots of time and tire tread wasted on a easy fix

Never come here, they charge a lot just for a small work.They will tell you different estimate for the job and charges you a lot more than the estimate.Never come to this location

I get super bad service today from this location one ladie work in shop she is super rude to me she don t have sense how to talk customer totally unprofessional I don t no why speedco give job to her super bad totally disrespectful

One of the worst Speedco on I-5. They always have excuses that they don t have filter in stock and oil in stock just to turn the trucks around. If you go evening time for oil change they will always give excuses but in morning they have everything available. I just went for oil change they gave me excuse that they don t have filter and oil in stock but they enter the other truck in for oil change. I asked three different workers for the manager and everyone said I am the manager Poor service. Staff need to be changed. Time is very valuable for everyone.Service: Oil change

I came in for 2 trailer tires. After sitting for 3 hours I went to check on what the hold up was and they were doing breaks too. Didnt inform me just left me sitting there with out saying anything. When I asked for one of the old tires back (my company requires it is the spare is used) they were rude and the guy just rolled it to my truck and half threw it to me while i was on the catwalk. No communication at all. Almost felt like I had inconvenienced him by asking. They work on enough of our trucks they should know the drill. I think better communication and a better attitude are needed. Truck drivers make their business no reason to treat us like dirt.

I went to go get an oil change on 6/22/23 they change my oil on my way to Los Angeles my filter fell on Saturday oil was coming out I was able to stop and go check when I check my oil filter came out rolling under my truck. they did not place the oil filter correctly.

I think they are sales people more than services Center.THEY TRIED TO CHARGE $600 for simply OIL CHANGE ONLY. When I asked they changed it.Don t go there for oil change. They hired trainees for this job. I am sure you don t want to make you thousands of dollars worth trucks , toy for some rookies.I saw them struggling with every nut and bolts.They left some leaks in fuel system and now my truck is taking rounds and rounds to get start.

Poor service, technician went on lunch after pulling me into the bay. 50 minutes later comes back. He then looks for a new tire instead of trying to remove the bolt and patching the almost new drive tire. The truck in front of me was there for 8 hours and they only changed one of the 3 tires that needed to be replaced. Sold him the other 2 and told him to go somewhere else to get the tires installed. Over 3 hours sitting here and a wrench hasn't turned. Very disappointed in the service.Service: Tires

This place is down right ridiculous employees just sit around playing on there phones or siting in there cars smoking weed not working must be nice to not do your job and get paid...

Very detailed and professional oil change, greasing and torqued. Really to see that attention at loves. But than moved to the tire bay and thats where the new guy came in and after an hour I wanted to change the tire myself. Still place is good we all have been new at some point soet them learn.

I pulled in here about 4:30 to get a battery replaced for the reefer unit, it's now 8pm and they just now started it. This is the slowest Speedco I've ever been to. When I need my truck service done I try to not come to this one.....just way too slow ALWAYS.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

I was there today around 8:00pm to get oil change on my truck. And they got really friendly staff and they do very clean job there. This was my second time getting the oil changed. I was satisfied with there work. And there Assistant manger joe was really helpful in customer service.

been here many times. good service good people. while you wait, there's a lunch wagon due south. like 200 feet off the street. prices are about average. tire service done timely and efficient. thx

I'm very well pleased with the exceptional service I received at this location in Corning,Ca, between the gentleman James, and Ms.Nicole whose both been very help & knowledgeable. Being an O/O i can really appreciate how my truck was thoroughly inspected for safety/awareness, and not for up sale. Thank you guys again you've definitely earned a repeat customer, I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for great customer service and truck care!!

These people are looters just here for aur check on tire and ask Machanic that how much for tire ceco he told me 60 bucks but when I go to counter he charged 139 dollar and told me we don t care about Machanic what sayService: TiresService: Tires

They are fast only on oil change. Replacing of a single tire can take you up to 2-3 hours waiting before they start,because 3 guys trying to figure out how to install a brake chamber on a truck which is came before you (reading paper instructions). They can't put an air in tire with regular nozzle, but have a big stand (two of them and non of them working). Pumping only 100psi when tire says cold 130 psi. WASTE OF TIME.

Same problem every month,We keep sending drivers for oil change and night shift make excuses that they don t have filters in stock. Next morning 07 am shift change and oil change done.Another excuse that sorry we are not able to remove filter ( it s too tight)I don t know when this group of lazy people kicked out from night shift and speedco hire someone who really wants to work .Service: Oil change

Please don t come here they take for ever for even small jobs they took an hour an half just to patch my tire. The employees work less and talk more with each other never coming here again

Fueled up at the Travel Center across the street from this Speedco. Called while fueling to see if I could obtain service. Pulled right in after fueling up. Service tech was very friendly and efficient. Obtained my customer information and they began servicing my Tiffin Phaeton CAT350 immediately. Love Speedco!!

Came in to put a few pounds of air in my front tires on my tractor ...All I got was excuse after excuse ...The 2 guys this morning were to busy painting the floor , than to make sure my equipment was safe and road worthy ..."BAD ATTITUDE".Don't go here.
