I just have to give a shout out to LARRY on 4/8 I walked in distressed as anyone would be after locking there keys in there car and a very rough day (of course no roadside on that vehicle) Larry went the extra mile above and beyond to go out of his way to help and nvr once made me feel as if I was a problem or nuisance. Keep up the good work LARRY you made my day a little smoother thank you so so much we need more employees like u in part stores with more understanding then frustrating employees when ur a difficult customer

I called the store and got ahold of Miguel I explained what I needed he searched the product and informed me it wasn t available but he had an alternative for me I arrived at the store he got it to match PERFECTLY he was VERY helpful and even installed my connections on the end of the hose for me 10 stars for this guys customer service!!!

Absolutely wonderful, caring, and efficient service! Pulled in with a flat tire about a week ago on a road trip and the staff had it patched, (at no charge!) and me back on the road in less than 10 minutes. They also took the time to show me how to fix a tire myself in future, recommended I have it looked at by my mechanic in the next few days AND reminded me to put more air in the tire before got back in the freeway. THANK YOU!!!

Oh man do we ever owe these guys!! We blew a radiator hose en route from Northern Idaho to Sacramento on a Saturday night. Luckily they were open and helped us get fixed and back on the road. Miguel and Larry saved the day, we are grateful!! Thanks so much guys!

Recomend any parts store besides here. Horrible assistance manager, makes excuses for their mistakes and trys to put it on costomer.. they couldn't even order me my up graded spark plug that I wanted in iridium. And the person helping me even showed me the iridium spark plug I wanted on the computer but some how when he turned the screen around and clicked on the basic spark plug not the iridium one I agreed on hum ordering. So now I have to make another 20mile round trip to get the parts I need. Wast of time and money going there. People behind the cou ter has no parts knowledge of anything. Can only go off the directives of the computer.

Hey if your looking for help with finding the best solution to fix your ride . Hands down the best help you can find i wanted to give a big thanks to Larry and Gonzolo helping me with finding what i needed and getting me back on the road thanks again guys for your help and knowledge and kindness you showed to me . We had our alternator break while we were in town we ll before that we went to get a new battery and saw this place and they told us our alternator had broken but we were stuck there for hours and they were helpful the whole entire time they refused a tip after every thing and we re just amazing thank you so much guys Godbless

Everybody at this store is cool ! And nice ! Yay oreillys , screw autozone or how they say vatozone!!!! These guys helped me change a difficult light bulb when vatozone wouldnt!!!

The guys at this store are shining example of what an auto parts store should be. My truck broke down several miles out of town and after �alling every parts store in Corning they were the only one who could get the parts to us the same day. They not only brought us the parts but made a 2nd trip to bring us the tools we needed. If it wasn't for them we would still be broken down in he rain. Thank you !

I showed up at the shop Saturday morning at 8am needing help with something under my car. I was in a rush and don't know enough about cars to have known what to do and the ducttape was not holding up.I went inside asking for help and Peter came out to assess the damage, came up with a solution and helped me fix it up enough for me to finish my roadtrip and get it home to my mechanic.I am super grateful the store was open so early on a Saturday and that the workers were so nice and helpful!!Give peter a raise and a high five because he saved my day :)

All the team in this store are great at helping all with your needs. I drove over to this store to get a battery for my RV , brought old one in to be tested. It went from a 12volt to a 6 volt overnight. And since the electronics in new chargers go 6 volt to 24 volt it tryed to charge it as a 6 volt. Slaping it and dropkicking it !#!# .the store started to test it charge after charge still did not look good for it. It was first installed 11/2016 agm from batterys & bulbs 300 $ . with a 4 year warranty///. Still looking for the why. But the team at this store helped as much as possible and luged the old one and the new one from car .. So if your looking for parts/from cleaning to trailer hitches books ect. Or just a ear to help. Come on over. Once you get there eye. Thay will find what you need. Keep the questions coming .

Clean shop and super helpful staff. A definite asset to the community and travelers alike. Manager Peter helped me with a lock out in the parking lot they share with a number of other businesses. The goodwill with kind deed will go further than any soundbite ad, coupon, or fancy signage towards earning my business. Thanks again Pete and the Corning O Reilly Auto Parts team!

Jay and Junior are the best! They helped us find a belt to bypass our AC condenser pulley to keep us on the road, they had my fan clutch without having to order it. They were very knowledgeable and creative!

Dude that was working the register was extra helpful in finding the correct part I needed to get my f-150 repaired and also was able to correctly match some e3 plugs for my Harley Davidson. Awesome store

I am a distressed traveler needing help and they couldn't help me so they sent me 10 miles to another o Reilly's because it was understood that they would help me....nope. the kid even said "I don't know why they sent you here"....now I am stranded ,10 hours from home.
