Awesome people. very knowledgeable. It was nice to not be treated like a dumb girl. I will definitely be taking my vehicles there for now on. Took a vehicle for an oil change, they brought me the air filter and cabin filter and showed me they needed replaced, they worked the price around for me, they didn't want me to leave shop with the filters clogged. I really appreciate them.

My car was acting strange, but I made it to Corning for lunch with friends. The friends all agreed that I needed to go to Hi-Tech Automotive. They were right! Although I arrived late-afternoon and Hi-Tech was very busy, they took my car right in, did the diagnostics, ordered the part and let me stay in their nice waiting room after closing until my friend arrived to get me. Not unlike "Gilligan", my 2-hour lunch turned into 5 days (including the weekend.) I didn't even feel bad about it! The Hi-Tech team was very knowledgeable and professional. They kept me informed of the progress along the way and let me know as soon as my car was ready. I will definitely use Hi-Tech Automotive, again!

I've been looking for a local mechanic to go to and needed my oil changed, I received a mailer from Hi-Tech and decided to give them a chance. I am glad that I did. I called in the middle of the day wondering if I could get in there and he said to come right over, he had my car services including the oil and tire rotation within the hour. I work in a place where people are often asking for recommendations and I won't hesitate to recommend this shop. The whole experience from appointment, to waiting room, to going over my bill was pleasant. They have popcorn and all sorts of treats as well. Prices are fair and the job well done. I'm not looking forward to any additional repairs, but at least I know that I have someone I can trust to go to.

I highly recommend Hi Tech. I had taken my F350 diesel to 2 other mechanics who ran codes checked the areas but found nothing. After not being able to locate the problem one them suggested I take it to a machine shop which they said would cost approximately $10k. Instead I chose to look for another shop specializing in diesel truck repair. Thankfully, I found Hi Tech who are knowledgeable, professional, personable and take the time to really find the problem and me updated through the entire process. Great business, great knowledgeable staff can't recommend them enough.

These guys are HEAVEN SENT! Honest, kind, and knowledgeable!We had just started our journey to move out of state when our truck sprung an oil leak. We found Hi Tech 30 minutes before they were going to close shop and they were so kind hearted to take a look and ensure us we would be on the road in the best condition by the next morning (as they had to go get the replacement seal). They even recommended a nearby motel that was inexpensive, clean and felt safe! I can t thank them enough. And did I mention the free drinks and snacks?Thank you, guys! You really saved us!

The team here is so pleasant. Communication is superb. The work is honest and always thorough. I ve had oil changes and other work done without issues or headaches! Very trusting. They go above and beyond, saved me and my children from a tire blowout!! Lookout for their discounts in the mail.

Absolutely love this place, my first time coming here after it being recommended by a close friend and I'm absolutely happy I decided to come here. Super great customer service experience and he does a fantastic job and you can tell he's very knowledgeable about what he's doing. Super nice, super professional and the best place to get a smog, super fast and affordable and takes less than 15 minutes to get done. Highly recommend this place for all you're car needs especially a smog.

We have all Our Tow Trucks Repaired Here, They did a great job ! We had a total engine replacement and they did it in a week as soon as the engine came in clean ,courteous, fast ,and efficient , this Shop is where you want to take your Car or Truck,

So, April 10th, 2023 started out pretty well. I had my Chevy truck with my Lance camper loaded on top and was pulling my Basscat. (That s a Bass boat) and was heading from Southern Oregon to Clear Lake California to meet up with my son who was heading up from San Diego to meet me there. He s on baby leave from the Marines with his wife and son. He is stationed in Quantico, Va as a Marine Corp Swim Survival instructor. Anyways, I was about 4 hours into my trip and was about to exit the Corning exit when my truck shut down. After failing to get her started, I had to see about a tow. While doing this, I had a CHP stop by to see if he could do anything or if I need any help. I said no thank you, I just sent my information for a tow. Within 10 minutes, I had a tow guy call me. Asked me a few questions on what happened. I explained to him what the symptoms were. He said that he was on his way and had a place in mind. They were actually waiting for us to arrive. We were so close that all we had to do was chain to my tow bar and off we went. After arriving, they got my information and were already diagnosing the problem. I blew a bunch of fuses including the 40 amp ones. They figured that the main power lead from my battery to I believe the starter was extremely tight and had rubbed the casing down to where it sparked and fried the fuses. Re ran my setup and had me going.Man, all I can say is that the guys at Hi Tech automotive saved the day. Made it to Clear Lake and spent 4 days with the greatest son ever known. The fishing wasn t fantastic however, being with my kid was my main goal. Made it home with no problem.If you want a great mechanic that will go out of their way for you and treat you right, I would highly recommend Hi Tech automotive.Thank you so much!!!MaxU.S Navy Retired.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Was so impressed with this auto repair business. Getting an appointment was easy and fast. The waiting room was warm, inviting, stocked with water, coffee and snacks. The service was amazing. Will recommend to everyone and will return for any vehicle needs.

Great place very nice fast and profesional. Arrived to my appointment and they got my car in and out quickly for a smog inspection and an oil change. I appreciate that all of the staff said hello as they came in and out because it was a busy monday morning. Most def found my new place to bring my cars.

Best in town! I was having problems with my vehicle I took it to Corning Auto and they didn t care to help. I was recommended to go to Hi Tech Automotive these guys took great care of me. They are very professional and knowledgeable guys. I m not a mechanic so I don t know right off the back of what was exactly happening to my car but I told them everything it was doing and they listened and also told me what it could be without pressuring me to go through them to fix it but like I said I m not a mechanic so I let them do what they do best and haven t had an issue with my vehicle!! Definitely Recommended!

We would highly recommend Hi-Tech. We were traveling from Oregon in a van pulling a trailer to a Reptile Show in Los Angeles. We were very lucky to find Hi-Tech who diagnosed a transmission failure. We rented a van to vend at the Reptile Show and they stored our trailer for us. Hi-Tech is a repair shop that really cares about their customer. They did excellent work on our repair. We would love to find a shop like this in our area.We returned several months later to have a full engine diagnostic, oil change and tune up on our way back from Los Angeles to Oregon. They were thorough and comprehensive. They identified problems that need to be fixed to avoid future complications. We will return to them from Oregon, the service is that good.Service: Transmission

All the staff at HI Tech Auto are wonderful. Great service, clean reception area and very reasonable in their prices. No pressure to do other repairs, just let me know if there would be any upcoming concerns and what they have to offer when they need to be addressed.

This outfit is second to none!!! I was first introduced to Bryson when he was with Elite Automotive in Red Bluff and I couldn t wait to see him open a new business. By far the best place to take you diesel truck for any and/or all repairs. Ryan was super courteous and very professional and he assured me throughout the process that I could trust their work So pleased with the work they did. My truck runs so smoothly now

The service at Hi Tech was above and beyond what I could have expected. They were very friendly and courteous. They went out of their way to help get my car going as there was an emergency situation in my family and I had to have a dependable vehicle. I appreciate all the help they gave me .....and they have a very nice and welcoming waiting area......with popcorn and snacks too. Thanks Hi Tech for everything.

I took my husband's diesel truck in for repairs at HiTech and they we very efficient and told me what it needed done in repairs and how long it would take as well as the list of parts needed. They ordered the parts and had me bring it back in when all the parts arrived. They are true to their word and offered me a way to finance the repairs if needed. I am so impressed with their honesty and grateful that my husband's truck runs fantastic now. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

The team at Hi Tech Diesel were great. The Perform Service notification for the CCV filter came on mid road trip and the batteries died after we got home. The service writer got us on the schedule timely, the work was done as promised and their price the batteries was better than the warranty replacement through the auto parts store. They are polite, professional and really take care of the customer.Service: Engine repair

These guys saved the day. I broke down on I-5 headed back home towards Seattle. When the tow truck arrived at the shop they got right on my problem and in two hours I was headed back down the road. Not only were they helpful, they were very transparent about what they were doing, it was a drag to break down, but I could not have picked a better place . I would highly recommend them. Honest auto repair is getting harder and harder to find and these guys are the best.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I went in to see if I can get an appointment for the next morning for an oil change and to fix the plastic underside of my car. I went during lunch which, was not fair lol. They had said if I come back after the tech who was on lunch I could wait and have it done that day. I did go back and did not have to wait too long. They also went the extra mile and took off all the duck tape that I had used. There was a women in the waiting room that gave me the best feed back. She had been using them for years, and drove all the way down from north county. I am so happy I found a great place to bring both my car and diesel.

First off, I can not say enough good things about this place honestly! Ryan has been so impressive with his knowledge down to his integrity. This guy has went above and beyond for me from the start. He genuinely cared about me and my unfortunate situation and was completely transparent and straight forward about what the issue was and for once I didn't feel as if I was being taken advantage of or ripped off. He made me a priority and got working on my car immediately. I will never take my car to anyone else ever again from now on. I can't thank you enough for the way you have treated me and my car from start to finish. This guy is just all around a great guy and you can trust your in good hands when you bring your car here.

Went in to schedule an appointment to have our pick up serviced, they were very professional and polite and quick to schedule the following day.
