Easy on/off highway. Pleasant staff. Clean rooms. Mini frig and microwave in room. Lots of nearby places to eat. We did not hear the truck lot nextdoor (over the A/C). Overall, a great experience.Walkability: A couple of nearby food trucks and restaurants.

EDITED TO ADD:We didn t use any improper language at all. The only comment I made over the phone was that sucks I don t get my rewards . Your representative was on a power trip and clearly lied to you if he stated we used improper language. I was on the phone the entire time during the interaction and your rep just didn t want to match the $72 rate we had online thru the corporate website so he made up a lie. Disappointing that you as the GM came back with such a negative response, but it s no surprise considering how terrible your employee treated us.There was some kid running the front desk who refused to allow my husband to check in today. I tried to book a reservation for my husband online and the front desk guy said it was under the wrong name when my husband went to check in. At first the rep said he would match the rate and let my husband rebook with him but then when I told him over the phone what the rate was online, he told us we had an attitude and refused to book it. I had no attitude and neither did my husband. He wasn t feeling well and just wanted to check in to lie down. It s poor customer service agents like this one that are the reason your parking lot was completely empty and you had no guests.

I was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the room and hotel interior. This property used to be known as a dump where cops were a regular sight. However after an ownership change and remodel I found it to be a great little room. Clean and free from the cigarette smell that once characterized the hotel. Very reasonably priced. A very good value. I will definitely be back.

I was so surprised this budget hotel was so nice. Our room was small but really spotless with a pleasant fragrance. All hallways and common areas shared these qualities. The manager was friendly and helpful. Pets however are NOT WELCOME. That's ok with us, but if you need to bring your puppy along, don't come here. We will stay here again. We stayed the weekend. With our AAA discount and tax taken into account our stay cost $127.00 a night. There is lots of parking. It's close to the freeway and a truck stop but we didn't have any problem with noise at night. I recommend staying here if you want a clean attractive room at an affordable price

I was hesitant to check in to this budget hotel but to my surprise it was a very pleasant stay. The lobby is clean, smells good and is comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room is clean, temperature is comfortable. Breakfast is simple but good for the price of the stay. Staff checks the breakfast area that it is clean and organized. Very satisfied with our stay here.

I thought this was a pretty decent hotel. The staff seemed friendly and the room seemed like it was cleaned properly. The biggest thing I liked was that a credit card was not required in order to rent a room. I also appreciated that neither one of my friends that were staying with me were not required to show an I.D.There are several hotels in my hometown that require everyone staying, even the visitors of a guest, to show an I.D.If a person isn't able to then they have to leave immediately. I think that is a really stupid rule.

Had a late check in. And was handled greatly through a phone call, they confirmed in a professional manner and once I arrived, they gave me informative details and how the place is. I used their laundry area and it's available at all hours. It's clean and well kept. Breakfast was up before 6am as directory says. And service was great. Slept well in a cozy clean room and no disruptions.

Just needed a room for the night as the I-5 had Chain Requirements and it was too late to buy any. The price seemed decent enough, but our stay was anything but pleasant. The staff was nice, we could handle the trucks in and out all night, but the room was disgusting. The floorboards were falling off around the entire room, it smelled like smoke incredibly bad, the bathroom was dirty and gross.. The worst part was that the sheets had not been changed, when we pulled back the comforter there was crumbs and hair in the bed, the comforter had a cigarette hole burnt into it. Not to mention it would have been more comfortable sleeping in a coffin, the bed was extremely hard and my back hurt!!!

We love that it is a dog friendly hotel. We stayed in a king size bed room and were quite satisfied. Room was clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast was waffles juice and donuts. Coffee available all day long. Bed was comfortable. Price was right.We ate at the Iron Skillet which was 1/2 block away and there are all kinds of fast food nearby as well.Only negative is the that hall smelled like cigarette smoke. Room did not so we would stay here again.

Decent place to stay if it's only for one night. With no elevator, lugging things up the stairs to the second floor was a pain. Plus, my room did not have the remote to the TV. Other than that, the front desk person was very pleasant and helpful.

Keep in mind: this rating is for a hotel you are booking called Econo Lodge , so expectations are probably fairly low. Well, keep them low and you ll be pleasantly surprised! I brought room shoes and was glad I did. The room was very clean, and the bathroom, while clean, had stains on the walls. I also examined all of the towels and half of my stack had stains, but the rest were fine to use. The shower was fine, but the sink faucet had very low pressure. My dad (in another room) and I both woke up in the middle of the night very cold, weird.I thought the smoke smell on the first floor was unbearable, but on the second floor tolerable. All interactions with a staff member were very good.The breakfast was a waffle maker, cereal, and a few pastries. I didn t eat any of it and opted for McDonald s across the street. The coffee, however, was surprisingly good.For the price, you aren t getting extravagance, but you are getting a bed and a shower. Heads up for kiddos: no cribs available!

The place was clean the staff helpful. My dislike was that the air conditioning nearly worked. U were sweating in bed. And it's to late to complain now. It got so hot my daughter could not cool down . So we left at 3am will b back before check out for our things. Birthday not starting out very good.

Just stayed one night, but when traveling through California, this will be my spot to stay. Room was clean, bathroom was clean floors were spotless. The beds, if you like a firm, supportive mattress, this is the place. Called the front desk in the morning and was told I could leave my card keys in the room and go.

This place was disgusting and customer service was nonexistent. I expected at least a clean place to sleep, but found cockroaches on the night stand. The bed sheets and towels were stained, they seemed like they do not wash their sheets properly. The toilet was clogged. I asked staff to come and unclogged the toilet and the manager came to my room and handed me a plunger and left. I am the client and was expected to unclogged the toilet??? I spoke to her later to let her know about the condition of the room and about the cockroaches and of the bad customer service. She seemed she did not care about the issues. She just apologized, and that s it. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

This place is amazing. The rooms are very clean, the staff is super friendly, and they have bent over backwards to be accommodating. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our stay by a couple more days. They have snacks up front, satellite TV, and much more. Highly recommended!!

I didn't stay at the lodge I visited with my client in the lobby and it was super clean and smelled amazing and they had amazing waffles.

Don't stay here. I've stayed here numerous times. I've never had any issues prior until now., I made a new reservation for tonight and theHostess made up a story about how she can't rent me a room. It's completel False and unacceptable. She had no evidence to prove that there was an issue with my stay previously . She has me confused for a different person. You can't count on them having their story straight. Not worth the hassle.

Nice & helpful employees. No elevator to 2nd floor. It appears as the ground floor has smoking & animal friendly rooms, because the smoke travels up into the 2nd floor rooms & hallway. Clean & dated rooms, tattered curtains. I mention this because I needed daylight time, sleep & it was bright in the room. I will stay there again.

One of the worst hotels I ve stayed. I don t usually do reviews but I had to do this one. My family and I made a reservation for two rooms. In one of them, there were cockroaches in the nightstand, strong smell of cigarette smoke, the comforters had a bunch of cigarette burns, the toilet was clogged and when we called guest services- all they did was, bring a plunger so we could fix it ourselves.The other room was slightly better-no sign of cockroaches at least, but the faucet in the bathroom hardly any water. Overall, a horrible experience. If you have othe choices go for it- We didn t have a choice.

I stayed here for one night. Staff at the reception is very polite. The room and bathroom are clean. Bed sheet and pillow smell good. The only thing I did not find ok, there are no power outlets near the bed that I could plug and charge my phone. By the way this hotel does not offer complementary breakfast, anyway there are fast foods nearby.

Friendly staff, quiet and clean. I had a plastic bag wrapped around the smoke detector. The carpet in my room was slightly up the walls on a few walls. It looks like they didn't finish cutting and stretching it out. It was an ok inexpensive place to stay for a night.

The hallways are dirty the building is ran down they charge an extra $10 to your account for absolutely nothing. they allow people to stand in front of all exits and smoke cigarettes. There was a hole in our bathtub you couldn't even use it there was spots of stain blood on her bathroom wall the only way I'd ever stay there again is if I absolutely had to overall one of the worst hotels ever stayed in
