I only buy my vehicles from here. Best prices, selection, and overall customer service in the state. Hector is the most knowledgeable in the service department and Danielle is the best in the sales department. They both deserve a raise or a bonus for all the hard work they put in. I can honestly say that after buying four cars from them.

Nice people, great service everytime. Make an appointment, show up, they do their thing in an hour just like they say. (Oil change, tire rotation, check fluids etc) I won't take my Colorado anywhere else.

I bought a new Traverse a few days ago and it was the most pleasant and easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Our salesperson was very nice and the finance guy was great. There was no pressure and it was not stressful at all. They gave me the price I wanted for my trade in and a good price for my new car. The whole process was incredibly smooth and very fast.

This place really is the one of a kind! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, not to mention my Salesman really just felt like an old family friend Greg was so helpful and informative when I came in, I really didn't know exactly what I wanted until he showed me my trailblazer! It was everything I needed! He also explained how to operate all parts of my new vehicle and even called to check how I liked it a few days later! Come in to Corning Chevrolet for quality treatment!

This place rocks! Didn't purchase my car here but I decided to come here after Lithia Chevrolet in Redding had me fed up. It's smaller but the service was excellent. Glad I drove to corning instead.

On my way driving to Williams to meet up with carvana since Redding is out of their delivery area they called me and told me the vehicle wouldn't move so i canceld the order and turned back. Decided to stop at corning chevy on a whim. Late in the afternoon and gary came out to greet us. Told him my situation and what i was looking for. They happened to have something on the lot and he got me driving it home within a couple hours without ever seaming pushy. Buying a car is a stressful experience.My family and I thank you Greg and team for taking care of me and making it a positive experience.Enjoying our new Traverse,The Rochas

Highly recommend their service dept. I put lots of miles on my vehicle and they do the maintenance on it. Quality work, and they are stand behind it. They sell quality used cars and trucks. when it's time to buy again, I'll be going there.

Went in to meet with Greg and he was very nice and got me into my first newer car off the lot. Excellent customer service and I would recommend not only this place but this person if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.

Its not the people who work at the dealership, but in my 2021 Premier Tahoe I have been getting a message saying SD Card is not functioning or has been removed. The Navigation and other items that I had when I Purchased my car and a very EXPENSIVE Warranty haven't been the same. GM told Tom @ dealership that GM doesn't have a fix????? And the existing SD card could not be restored to what it was when I purchased. SO, we are very unhappy about this.

We bought our 2019 Chevy Silverado here, and we were very happy with our service. I have had my required maintenance ( oil change, tires etc..) also done here. Easy in and out even thru the covid19 flu thing. Have not had any issues with the service, everyone is very friendly!

"BEWARE" Brought in my car to get the weatherstripping fix and then had it detailed. It took a week to do and the detailing shop employee "accidentally" forgot to put my belongings back in the vehicle after they detailed it and never called to tell me. I had to call the next week when I notice they were missing and then they told me they forgot to put it back into my vehicle after they detailed it. That was over two months ago and I still have not hear a word from them after several calls and don't have my belongings back. Make sure if you get your car detailed from Corning Chevrolet remove all your belonging or they will not be there when you get your car back.

This is specifically for the service department, super professional and fast. We were in a bind and they snuck us in at the last minute. The issue was minor and the didn't try to upcharge us, very much appreciated!

Terrible service dept. Wasted a day with nothing being done to the car because they didn't listen to the original complaint on car, and didn't even perform a scan for any codes. Wont be going there again!

Hector and his crew did a superb job in diagnosing what was wrong with our 2017 Chev 3500HD, fixed the problem and got us on our way in no time flat !! Kudos to all the crew there. No further problems as we journeyed on to Myrtle Creek, Oregon.

Extremely rude employees worst customer service experience I have ever gotten. I was prepared to buy a car until the rude woman at this lot opened her mouth. I recommend going anywhere else if you want to buy a car. I am surprised they are still in business.

I bought my car, a used 2011 Toyota Prius in April of this year. Thankfully, the car is running very nicely. However, I do have some complaints about the service. My mom purchased a car from these guys about a week or two before I did, and she recommended them to me, saying how helpful and nice they were. I got set up with her same salesman, Beto. From the get go, he promised me to knock of $2,000 from the top of the price, and that, because it was an older vehicle, I would only pay around $110/month for the payment. This was AFTER he did a pre-check on my credit and all that jazz. When I finally get down there with $3,000 to put down, I find out that the price was NOT discounted by $2,000, the end price would be $20,000 (instead of the EIGHT THOUSAND I was promised), and my monthly payments for FOUR YEARS are $330/month. When the manager called Beto in to talk about it, he lied straight to our faces, saying "I never said I would discount that much" when he did. Multiple times. I can probably pull the texts to prove it. Then, because the car was dirty when I bought it, I was promised a full detail by "his best guys". I went yesterday to drop it off for the detail, and they left a huge yogurt stain on my floor in the back seat. I know it was free, but geez, they couldn't even try to get it out? They did a decent job otherwise. However, the service guy was pretty unprofessional, making the comment that "unfortunately Beto still works here" after some confusion with a discount Beto promised for my oil change. Like I said, I'm happy with the car, it just ended up costing me a fortune (I'm a single mom with two toddlers, $330 payments instead of the promised $110/month isn't easy). I think they could use some help in their customer service training. People buy cars because they need them. And when they are willing to spend a pretty penny for these cars, they should be treated with respect, and not be lied to broken promise after broken promise.

We were traveling and my duramax decided to give me fits. I have found that not all dealers have tech's that are real well versed in the duramax engine. That is not the case with Corniing Chevrolet! Had me up and running in a reasonable time. Actually improved my fuel mileage about 3%. Doug, Hector, the mechanic and the young lady that was the cashier were awesome. All extremely helpful and very understanding of our predicament and we were treated probably as close to family as a stranger to the area could be.

Friendly dealership. The big dealers don't have the personal approach that the small dealers have. Glad we bought our truck there. We recommend finding small dealerships to find your vehicle.

I always do business with these guys and gals. The best service in the car business. never will you get pressure to buy a car. I'm 52 and I bought my first car at 18 there.
