I arrived at the location early and was disappointed they wanted to charge me an additional $20 for early check in. Outside of that being annoying, I was pleased with the room. The room was very clean, the bed sheets were fresh, and the room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was nice, and my overall experience was good! I would have given 5-stars but feel if a guest arrives early and the room is already serviced, just let the person check-in. Thanks!Safety: The location was well illuminated at nighttime.Walkability: There are a lot of places to get food in walking distance.

We were tired from driving all day and needed a place to stay. We just did a close your eyes and point at the choices, and this motel came up. We sent our information while in transit, and our room was waiting when we arrived. We checked in and walked to Burger King and then went to the motel's indoor pool and hot tub. Then, we retired to our room for a good and well-deserved sleep. In the morning, we had a satisfactory breakfast compliment of Best Western.Rooms: Rooms we clean and well equipped. When we were there we felt very safe! There was a first responders training going on, and the motel was full of cops and firemen. As for the motel, all entrances had key card entries, as did all the rooms and the amenities.

I am a Best Western rewards member and am staying in another one of their hotels this evening, just not this one in Corning. This hotel is next to a supercharging location, and most other hotels near supercharging locations have no problems allowing visitors to use their restrooms. This one, not so much When I walked in to use the restroom, the front desk staff was aggressive in stopping me and saying that they don t have restrooms. It may be worth pointing out that my review is based solely on this experience, but first impressions do affect potential customers. I certainly won t be staying here and do not recommend others to stay here either. And if you re stopping here for the supercharger, take your break in other businesses instead, as they are more friendly.Response to hotel s response: It would appear that hotel s response is their attempt to amend public relations, but it is disingenuous and made as a sort of retaliatory statement, given that there was only about an hour between my interaction with the hotel and their response to my review. They attempt to gain credibility by saying they used their video footage, but they were dishonest in quoting themselves. They did not mention public or at this time. Also, anyone in an emergency would appear to be rushed. It is incorrect to call someone aggressive when they complied and quickly walked out the door. This is unacceptable

I am so happy thus review came up. This Inn was as good as it gets, ABSOLUTELY no doubt ever. The room was clean, people were courteous an professional, beds were comfortable, size of room was perfect, AC was powerfull, water pressure was great. Honestly, I could just keep going. Just simply the best. I will always consider them first now, forever. Total satisfied customers.

Perfect location off the freeway. Close to food, gas station, coffee :) Room was clean and big. We had a double king with a pullout bed. Price was GREAT!!Breafast...eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, bagels, yogurt, juice, and some fruit. Enough to get you on the road.Rooms: Clean, soft bedsWalkability: Convenience Stores and restaurants close enough to walk

The bed was comfortable thank goodness but the room had an "odd" odor smell to it. The bathroom was extremely small to the point that you had to step almost into the tub to close the door. It was quite and I got a good nights sleep which was nice for a change.

The chain on the door of our room was broken and would not lock. Not happy with that.Rooms: Clean comfortableFood & drinks: Fresh food. Good variety.

Catalina in the front lobby was super amazing, she was very professional and had excellent customer service!The rooms were clean however have a funky smell sort, carpet is super dirty.Breakfast is from 6:30AM-9:30AMWe were getting the last of our breakfast at 9:31 and the housekeepers started shutting everything down. I had the worst experience ever, the skinny Hispanic blonde kicked us out(front desk attendant). She said it was now closed and we had to go eat in our room. There was another couple whom had already turned in their key and they told them to go eat in the lobby. From other experiences I had never been asked to leave, normally they let you stay a few extra minutes. It was because the housekeepers wanted to sit down and eat. In my opinion the front desk attendant was rude and very sarcastic. She made me not want to stay there again. They should hire more friendly people, the housekeepers didn t earn their tip. Hope you have a better experience:/Replying: I was not bothered by your hard working staff, they just weren t friendly. Hey but be realistic your front staff gets paid better than them. You think we don t know that they re underpaid. They probably don t even get paid $16 an hour! I ve asked around and had a chance to speak to other hotel staff. If you really value them you should pay them more!

First the good: this property was clean, quiet, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Our initial reaction to the property was very pleasant. The pool and spa area was nice and well maintained and without the overpowering chemical smell most indoor pools have. The complimentary breakfast was a good start to the day.Now the "bad" (admittedly most of these opinions are based on my personal preference...your experience may differ): the beds were stone hard, the AC didn't blow air for anything leaving the room very warm, stale, and stagnant. We had to open the window just to get air flow. The hot tub was lukewarm at best.Still, as I said before, the property is well kept and quiet. Honestly, the hard bed was the only reason we didn't stay a third night.

Had a hot-tub room. Not the worst hotel. I stayed in, but The rooms feel like they definitely needs some updating and TLC. Furnishings look extremely old, the TV was ancient, and the carpet around the hot tub was showing advanced wear.

Convenient location right off I5 with gas and food close by. In fact there s a Starbucks right in the parking lot! Parking lot does have some lighting at night although there could be more security cameras on the property outdoors. Fast wifi, bathroom is clean and decent, large screen TV, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. We had our small dog with us and requested a pet friendly room. Two queen beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. There were some random people wandering around the outside area but we didn t have any issues and we had a quiet, peaceful night s sleep. The pet fee is reasonable at $15.The 2 items I will point out is that the tired carpeting in the pet friendly room should be replaced with LVP or tile. Second, housekeeping isn t doing a proper vacuum of the floor in the room because I found plenty of bits on the floor including food and trash. Nooks and crannies need to be done as well but there were crumbs out in the open area between the beds as well which I picked up so my pet wouldn t snurfle it. Goodness knows what people can drop on the floor and anything could potentially make a pet sick so I always search a room before letting my pup loose inside.

Got bit by bed bugs 20+ times. Huge bites then asked for a refund so they called pest control and "checked" and found "nothing". Someone doesn't just wake up with 20 bites that are huge and itch like crazy. The employee probably cleaned the room before the pest control came. Got no refund. If you wanna get bit by bed bugs and itch for a week straight and get no refund, go here

Very nice location, right of the freeway, friendly staff. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner near the bottom of the tub,but had an overall pleasant stay. Considering the area it was in, not too many people walking around at night.

I was checked in by Catalina, she was so kind! The rooms are comfy, room service for cleaning upon request, or every other day if you don't place your, "do not disturb" sign. There is complimentary breakfast everyday from 6:00am to 9:30am, parking is free, the rooms have a microwave, mini fridge, iron and board, and a stand for your suitcase. Wifi is free and cable channels are also available.Only freaky thing was that the tile in the bathroom was cracked, which made the room look tacky. And lighting was also not the best.

Motel charged me twice. And then lied about how many days it would be to be refunded. The room smelt like moldy wet floor and the bed was highly uncomfortable as one side seem to be very worn or you had to lay at an angle to feel like your not slipping off one side and couch smelt horrible. The maids do an ok service but I was disappointed overall by the carpet smell in the room with the hot tub. They need to have the carpet replaced or at least the housekeeping needs to be better kept.
