Had 21 Charger they made sound like a beefy Dodge. Deleted rears added FlowMasters. Just went back to beef up my dad s 2010 Dodge Ran and it is awesome! Thanks SteveService: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I'm not able to give the general public my experience with West Coast Muffler of Concord because every time I called (3 times) no one never answer the phone. I never received a return phone call after leaving a message as well. Therefore, I decided to call Mission Muffler of Hayward.My telephone call was taken and my questions answered. With that being said, I was able to go to Mission Muffler to have my high performance exhaust system installed with spintech mufflers at a fantastic price!

A very friendly place that fixed my problem while I waited for a good price.Someone had tried to steal my catalytic converter and had made three cuts in the tailpipe; they diagnosed and fixed the problem all within about a half hour and I was out the door for $60.I also liked that they had no problem with me coming in and showing me the problem under the car. Seems like a lot of places won't let you near their shop.

Like others have said. Great, fast, well priced service. I had my catalytic converter stolen and this shop made replacement easy and they were a bright spot in a rough week. They provided deterrent installation as well.

Great customer service, honest desire to help. My catalytic converted was stolen and West Coast Muffler was the 4th shop I reached out to. I was told what I can do to save money I didn't need to spend. The work on top of that was grade A work and I highly recommend this shop for any services you need that they offer.

Good place, competitive prices and gets the job done. I was looking for a new place to take the car whenever I do need work done which isn't to often. Came here for an x-pipe. He got one from his shop and welded up the rest of the piping. Quality work and I will definitely come back for any other jobs needed.

Very good place to have your car worked on. A honest business that knows how to repaire your car. Been using them for more than 30 years Steve is a great guy and a good guy to work with. Your car has a problem call Steve .

I needed some custom pipe bending done and the only place in Contra Costa that would even consider the job was West Coast Muffler. Steve and Dave are fantastic! Thanks for the great job! I would definitely recommend this business!

Contacted Steve and left a brief message on doing some work done on my exhaust, next day he called me up and put me down for the day I had suggested in my message. I had a bad tailpipe and resonator with multiple holes from Wear and tear over years. I wanted to slightly modify it but staying true to the original sound.I had a vision and within a few hours hand crafted my pipe and did some extremely professional work and exactly what I had visioned at a incredible price.

Several years ago, the exhaust pipe on my '95 Del Sol Vtec got snapped on the freeway due to debris I couldn't avoid. Concord Honda wanted to charge me 350.00 just to tell me they couldn't do the repair. I asked my chiropractor, Dr. William Haley (who's awesome) who he could recommend to repair my car. Without hesitation, he recommended West Coast Muffler, and said they had done wonderful work on his cars. I called them, and had my car towed there. Apparently, my car originally had a curved pipe leading to the muffler. I got a call about an hour after they got my car, and I was told they could custom make another curved pipe, but that it would be far cheaper, and just as stable, for them to put on a straight pipe. The difference in price was about 400.00. They could have just done the more expensive job. I wouldn't have known any better. But they gave me an option, so I of course took the less expensive route. I've never had any problems with the replacement pipe, and I recommend their shop to anyone who will listen. Thanks again for the great work, great customer service, and most of all, the great ethics.

Steve and West Coast muffler do outstanding work, are super helpful, friendly and highly recommended. I brought a little old Honda Elite 80 exhaust/muffler to get repaired and they did a fantastic job, even cleaned and coated the unit with rust inhibiting paint! Looks brand new and saved me lot's of $$!

Always excellent service and high quality work. My dad and I always bring our cars here for exhaust system work, the latest being my 2000 Ford Excursion for a catalytic converter. Past cars I ve brought here were my 1936 Chevy Pickup, 1990 Jaguar XJS V12, 1997 Dodge B3500 van, and 2002 BMW M5; all for different types of exhaust work.

I have used West Coast Muffler a couple of times now. They dueled my truck before. This time they added K&N CAI system. Both visits Steve provided excellent work and service.I grew up knowing the sign of a good automotive service business is that it is a busy business. West Coast Muffler is a busy business.

West Coast is wonderful. They essentially built my '67 Camaro with an LS2 drive-train and completing a great resto-mod. The car is featured in some of the photos (blue-white).Steve was great at managing the project and it moved quickly with the expert help at his disposal. The car is the best conversion I've seen thus far - a joy to drive!You won't find a better or more honest person to deal with your needs.

hello i had a 1974 chevy 4x4 that my dad had since 1975 and it was just passed down tho family from my brother then to me .. anyways i took my truck to West Coast Mufflers to get a pipe fixed cause i had one blow though the mounding plate that bolts to header and Steve fixed and he it wont do it again .. i asked him how it did that and he who ever put those pipes on they didnt crimp it right.then a month or so later i had Steve put some used Flowmaters on it.. it had glass packs on it when my dad had it. and i dont like noise they did so i took them off and put flowmaters on it .. and hour or so later Steve said it was done ... boy it sound so much better. and i'll take my cars and trucks back to Steve again.just 6 months ago my g/f has 64 chevy Impala and want him put some new pipes and flownaters on it and he (Steve) gave a price of $700 to $800 bucks. and ofcourse my g/f cant afford that. and i told my g/f i rather have West Coast Mufflers and Steve to put them on.. what did she tell me lol ... i cant afford it ugh! well we'restill driving it with those old pipes and worn out glass packs. and darn car being a X-body car it hard to route pipes for it with lots of bends and turns and alit of it is thelabor to do it. so i might have just buy my own mufflers and pipes and just have Stevebend pipe make it fit. and i hope it just pay for his labor and time to do it..oh and i'll rec other people to West Coast Mufflers :)again i was very impressed in Steve and his work. GREAT JOB!!thanks

Took my Fiesta ST to get a muffler delete and exhaust tip installed, they were super quick, great price, and my car sounds great now. Would definitely recommend.

Went to a popular place in Antioch. They told me it was going to cost a crazy amount to fix my truck. Steve did it for less than half of the other place.
