Nice people. Oil change took less than 15 min. They are definitely fast. I am giving this place 3 stars because it needs a spa day. This shop was absolutely filthy. There was a trail of dead ants on the wall, & the desk area looked like a tornado hit. When I arrived there was 2 workers. One was just sitting down on the couch inside and the other was smoking a cigarette. Place smelled like straight cigarettes. I recommend to clean up a little bit on your down time. Nobody likes a dirty business.

TLDR: Run away from this place. It's full of scam and unprofessional people.I did an oil change at their place. Everything seemed to be OK in the next few days. I parked my car in the driveway and traveled out of town for over two weeks. When I came back and drove my car out of the driveway, I noticed a stream of oil lying on the driveway. My car never had this issue before. Clearly something is wrong after the oil change. So I drove my car back to their place. After inspection, we found the engine drain plug got cross threaded. It's clearly in at an angle and leaking. How careless and irresponsible is that! What's even worse was that they didn't admit it's their job and refused to fix it. I tried to argue with them, but Armard and the crew become very hostile and rude. Then, Armard claimed the engine pan of my car needed to be replaced and it's gonna be another $900. He also insulted my English and race. Now I think about it. I think they may do the drain plug thing on purpose so then you would come back and they would lie to you your car has other problems. The next day, I went to a different auto repair store. The mechanic there told me my engine pan was fine and the drain plug needed to be replaced as it was installed improperly. The drain plug was just $8. What a greedy scumbag Armard and his crew are. So, please do yourself a favor. Never do any service in this place.Service: Oil change

I went to Midas this morning asking to fix my TPS light, they stole 3 hours from me trying to reprogram and finally found this place and they made the light gone for 20 min. They are awsome, professional guys

It was expensive but fast and the guys there were very nice. But.... They told me it needs a time up now which was way too much money and it's running worse than when I brought it in but it doesn't make the clattering anymore

The guys here provided excellent service and went well beyond what they were required to do. I had a bad oil leak, which they helped fix for a reasonable price, and I also had an issue with passing smog check (since a computer component had turned off after long disuse of the car). They offered to check the readiness of the car before I got the smog check done, and they did this twice for me at no cost and in a very timely way. This business purchased parts from us from a closed account and gave us another bad check as a replacement, they may be a great place to get your car serviced but it's with stolen parts that they refuse to pay for and make right.

This place ripped me off big time and took advantage of the fact that I had an emergency. They charged me over $900 for 2 hours of supposed labor and additional $157 for parts only for the serpentine belt to break in less than a month, when I had another person take a look they confirmed that it could not have been a new one. I will make sure they are reported to BAR so they don t rip off other customers.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Transmission replacement

The Staff really went the extra mile to help me out. I had an emergency, and a couple of things to take care of, and they started working on it right away. The seemed honest and kind, and actually paid attention to the customer. This is a great place to come for an oil change and inspection. They were able to help me without a long wait. And they even ordered the special oil filter needed for my Volkswagen GTI. Their staff was very friendly and gave me great service. Thank you so much.

Scammers ! !My car was overheating, they checked it and scanned it and they said it was the thermostat and the water pomp . They gave me an estimate of 800 $ and insisted that if I don't fix it the Same day it can damage the engine. After that I was suspicious, I scanned the car with 3 different garage all of them said that it just the thermostat and nothing wrong with the water pomp. I just fixed everything with auto repair garage in Concord for only 300 $ . I highly don't recommend.

United AUTO REPAIR CONCORD SCAMED ME!!They tried to charge me $579 for a sealant and $300 for spark plugs!!When I got there, they saw a desperate young women with a broken down prius and no mechanical knowledge and tried to charge me $579 for a sealant and nearly $300 for spark plugs!! Keep in mind sealant cost $70 dollars and spark plugs cost $25 dollars.I even almost paid it until I called my friend who works on Toyota and he told me that you can't put a sealant on a PRIUS!!! its not how the mechanism of the car works. I rose my concern with Joe and he said "um okay okay, well what to you think is a fair price to pay? ill give you a discount of 445 total if you leave me �POSITIVE YELP REVIEW. I was at a lost for words. I asked John, will this work?Will this take me back home to San Francisco (30 miles away) �he said it would definitely take me home and should last before I need to repair the head gasket. I drove off and 5 minutes later, I was STUCK ON THE FREEWAY!!!!!!! The car completely shut down on me. It was raining and the roads were slippery. I was in fear of my LIFE!! the car started overheating AGAIN and I luckily was safely able to exit but then I had to call GEICO again to tow me once more!!!!!!Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair
