0 star for this shop. I called them last Saturday to get my car check out due to Emission system problem. The guy I spoke to told me to bring my car Sunday so they can check what's going on and they're going to charge me $130 for diagnosis and they can roll it over to any repairs that needs to be done. I also called Honda dealership that day. Honda is charging me $190 for diagnosis, Went back Sunday and spoke to Alex. He said that they won't be able to check my car because they don't have a mechanic. So I made an appointment for Tuesday. I went back again Tuesday and then Alex told me that he's going to charge me $230 just for diagnosis. A $100 more from the last price I got. When I told him that I called last Saturday, he said that he will honor that price but he already lose my trust. I left the shop and will never go back there again EVER.

Stress Free did an excellent, same day repair on one of our older trucks. Vehicle runs great now after a few months of some intermittent overheating issues! The process was very smooth. I personally enjoy taking advantage of text/chat services these days from all companies who offer them. I received a text from Stress-Free with a link to pay my invoice and this process felt secure and user friendly. I then received a copy of my receipt/invoice detailing the repair to my e-mail address. Thank you to Larry and Josh for the stellar experience and exemplary customer service! Josh was very friendly and so was Larry! A Stress-Free earned my trust as a customer and fixed my vehicle correctly. I ll definitely be back!

I ve had bad experiences with other auto care ( prefer not to mention companies) , I was so stressful even felt depressed.Luckily my good friend recommended me to join Costco auto program and I trust Costco .Therefore , I picked Stress- free auto care as Costco recommended.So glad , I had made the right decision!!It was great experience, they were very straightforward, friendly , easy process and most importantly the diagnostic are right on point honest and solved the problems.Plus , they follow up on their job to make sure everything wasdone right and I m happy with it.I highly recommend Stress - free auto care to everyone.Now I m stress - free and happy to have found good people who I can trust to take care of my cars.Special thanks to Brent, Joshua,Alex, Mario and Ben the great mechanic who had helped me on my first visit.

I came here yesterday in desperate need of an oil change since I was visiting from out of town and had a long drive ahead of me the next day and looked all over for someone that was able to change my oil the same day. Most places I called didn't have availability the same day which started making me freak out. This was the first place I drove to since the reviews were spectacular (could vouch that!) and tried my luck and they were able to get my oil changed the same day which was a relief which I now I realize is rare. Joshua helped me out throughout the whole process and immediately calmed my nerves. Thank you so much again!

These guys were super efficient, went in on a saturday to have some warranty work done. CarMax told me Saturday but really had meant Monday. They were willing to help me out then moved my appointment around, went above and beyond to assist me in completing the work timely, and were super open on the communication end. I Was well informed through the whole process!Definitely would recommend them and will be going back for any future work and repairs.Thank you immensely!

All stress, no joy. Overpriced labor and parts. 300+ for oil, brake fluid, and an air filter. That s crazy. Also asked for a headlight bulb swap and advised that the bumper had to come off Josh completely forgot and then gave me the price for added scope. I agreed. Called me later to say that the bumper has to come off and needed another 240 for an additional hour. He completely forgot. Not once but twice. Then had the audacity to slap a higher fee.Stress free? Hilarious notion. Try putting the name into practice. I came here for HELP and a LONG TERM SERVICE RELATIONSHIP.Left with neither! Never again

Alex was very helpful, I needed a new battery for my wife's X1, but I am only free on weekends. He was willing to help me out with my appointment, went above and beyond to assist me in completing the work timely, and explained every detail thoroughly.Definitely would recommend them and will be going back for any future work and repairs.

Oh my oh my, another satisfy customer. Thanks Alex @ front dest & Mario the Service Tech. These guys had me in and out at the estimated time with no additional hidden fees. Really enjoyed working with Alex and the team, who did a great repair at a reasonable cost and were just great humans. I also appreciated the automation and technology used in keeping me up to date on the vehicle s status and findings (the follow ups could be a little more timely though ). Would definitely recommend

I had an excellent experience at Stress-Free! My 2005 Chevy Tahoe had started displaying a notification to "Service 4WD". Then quickly went off. I was hoping it was maybe a fluke. It wasn't. A few days later, this notification came back on alongside some Stabilitrak and Traction Control lights. Needless to say, I was very freaked out. This happened on a day we anticipated a downpour of rain! Joshua was really understanding and was able to squeeze me in for a diagnosis. It was a very easy process!Ben, the technician who worked on my truck, was very thorough in his diagnosis that my truck needed a Transfer Case Coder Motor. Joshua and Ben explained what this part is responsible for and how this affects my drivability, and also the level of safety I should be concerned with. Joshua and Ben both displayed excellent and professional customer service skills and made me feel confident in their capabilities and in the suggested repair. They were both so friendly and spoke to me with respect and appreciation. I opted to get my truck fixed with Stress-Free and had an appt when it worked best for my schedule.I just picked my truck up from having the repair done and it went seamless! It was exactly the price I was quoted, my truck is running excellent, all notifications and lights are officially off the dash. Stress off my shoulder =) Thank you so much to Ben and Joshua!! I recently brought my Volvo XC90 in for a high pressure power steering hose replacement and they were able to take care of in a few days for me. I'm very happy with the work they did and will be going back if other issues should come up.

Another dealership said my car was "shot". Stress Free diagnosed and all was fine. Thank you Stress Free as you definitely lowered my stress level. Sure didn't want to buy a new car if I can drive this one!

The person I talked to at this place set an appointment for 10am on a Sunday and said the job would only take about an hour and a half. When I got there I was told that they would have to keep my car overnight, they didn't have a mechanic, and they didn't have the part I needed and they would have to order it. I was never told this and I didn't get a call to let me know they didn't have a mechanic. I drove over 14 miles for nothing! I was truly stressed being that I rearranged my schedule!

Had my engine replaced by Stress Free after they diagnosed a manufacturer defect, causing a complete engine failure. This was the only Stress Free that worked on diesel engines. Took about 2 months to get the job done after the warranty repair was approved. Had a few issues to include a faulty wire and smoke coming from the engine after the the job was complete. They did the best they could to accommodate me. After a third return back to the shop regarding the strong smell of exhaust in my cab, they told me they couldn't find any issues causing the smell. They told me to be patient as they believed it was due to a new engine.Drove it for about a week before the smell got me nauseous on the way home from work. Since I used up all my AAA miles for tows to Concord, I took it to my local Stress Free in Milpitas. The team in Milpitas quickly determined that a gasket was missing that caused the exhaust fumes to go into my cab. Could have been neglected when the engine was installed.I appreciate everything that Stress Free Concord did for me but I'm concerned about the installation of the engine now. Especially after it was missing something as simple as a gasket and could not be diagnosed by them after several attempts. Glad my kids and I didn't get exposed to Carbon Monoxide for a longer period of time.

Alex was great. I know i was going to have an expensive repair. I talked to Alex several tiles about what i need and my expectations. Alex put together a quote and then two of us went over it. I decided to go with them. I just picked up my car and it great.

I have been around this area a lot due to shopping at Costco; the purple building is beautiful and definitely something to stare at when you drive by. I entered the premises 15 minutes before my appointment (they do walk ins & appointments can be made online) and was immediately greeted with a smile and assisted with my Groupon voucher. I came in for a wheel alignment (I spent $66 on Groupon, regular rate is $149) They offered me a LYFT (up to $15) so I didn't have to wait around for my vehicle. The customer service is absolutely amazing; and the inside is so clean and organized nicely. They have complimentary snacks, coffee, water, and free WIFI. The service itself took less than 2 hours and they send text messages throughout the duration of service so you're always up to date about what's going on with your vehicle. They also perform a 21-point inspection, which helped me know exactly needs to be repaired immediately and in the near future. This place is full of trustworthy advisors and wonderful mechanics. The experience is out of this world and I will be a reoccurring customer here! Stop by and get your car fixed at a fixed rate!

Went in for a discounted 4 wheels alignment, got greeted by a top notch customer service representative, gave my info and scheduled an appointment. two days later, dropped off the car for service. An hour later I got a text message with a link for a complimentary Multi-Point Digital Inspection with detailed information including pictures of every point inspected and recommendations, I was talking to my self what service!!!This would be my go to car service for anything they provide, it just shows the time they take to service a vehicle and how much they care about their customers and their reputation. Came for a last minute oil change and they were able to complete it - they did a courtesy inspection of the car as well and didn t try to upsell me on anything I didn t need. No complaints !

I needed my fuel injectors replaced. The quote is half what the dealer would charge. Great price, pleasant customer service and expertise advices. My check engine light came back on after I pick up my car. Alex said to bring it back for a free diagnosis since service was done here. Error code P0420 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1). Larry tells me what the problem was and had due to the previous stuck fuel injector dumping excessive fuel to the engine. The unburned fuel had caused the issue . Recommend Catalyst system cleaning prior to replacing the Catalytic converter. Keeping my fingers crossed for the cleaning to work. Definitely will come Back for any future maintenance services. Also to mention, they have two loaner cars depends on availability.

It s not a good experience I have. After the finish. My alignment, they text me to come and pick up my car. I ask him for a document for my alignment. He don t have a document he sent me a couple picture. I don t understand when I ask him for a document he said oh, we don t have a document. And for the customer service it s not good experience. I don t recommend this place at all.Service: Tires

Larry is great! Helped me with all of my worries and concerns, & put them at ease. He was so helpful & empathetic. He definitely deserves a Raise/Employee of the year for his awesome customer service/support skills.
