I Took my Mercedes to RG Motors Auto Repair Center in Concord. I was very impressed of their professionalism. It was done correctly and wasted No time. They put the MB Original parts. The services department are very helpful and knowledgeable.They even checked the performance of the car. Without extra charges. Fabiola is a good professional. Explains work well, and keeps her promised timeline.A scratch that happened after I left the car with her, was also addressed professionally and with reasonable options.

My rack and pinion had gone out on my 2014 Mustang gt. I had my vehicle originally towed to big O tire, I had called before relaying my problem, and I got an estimate, so I made sure they could handle the problem and the price I was okay with. The following day, after using my last AAA tow to get it to big O, I spoke with the same person a few times going back and forth with issues they didn't have the part that he originally said they had so I waited another day the next day he calls then to tell me the mechanic says he can't do it do to them not having a code reader??? I am not sure what kind of mechanic shop doesn't have a code reader but it sounded like am excuses to him not checking with the mechanic before hand and the mechanic most likely didn't want to replace the electric steering rack in my car. The only good thing to come of that Big O tire mess was the person referred me to here.After speaking with the man who helped me from RG, I forgot his name :(, i belive he was the head guy at least that day, I was much more confident in having it done by them and the price was much better then Big O price and big Os price didn't include an alignment. I was able to get my steering rack replaced an alignment done oil change and a tow from Big O to his shop as he does tows for a total price that was lower then Big Os estimate on just replacing the rack. So far, there are no issues. Everything is great. I will be coming back with my cars , friends cars, and more for life. As a matter of fact, i am bringing my Mustang down again for a window regulator or motor. I'm not sure which is the issueService: Steering & suspension repair

WOW. I have never had a more positive experience at a car shop these guys have a new customer for LIFE!!! Don't look elsewhere they will fix your car fast, well, and without taking advantage of you. I am using this mechanic shop for a very long time. They are very expert in fixing car issues especially check engine light. Kevin used to help me a lot and last time he found the parts with much lower price than dealer price. I came to Roberto and Fabiola to get my vehicle's damage repaired. Fabiola went above and beyond in communicating the issue with my insurance and resolving my claim, even though my insurer was giving me a hard time with the situation. Very trustworthy and fair. I bring all my vehicles here. They do great work and they're very thorough. Once I had them fix an oil leak and when I got home a few days later my truck started leaking slightly again. It ended up being a different place that was leaking. Roberto fixed it promptly and for free. Great people! Thank you Roberto!

RG Motors is the best! The whole staff is extremely friendly and helpful especially the owner RobertoWho is very knowledgeable. I brought my car in to replace my front brakes and replace my spark plugs and the guys were able to get the work done really fast all for an affordable price. I highly recommend RG Motors for all your automotive needs. Thank you so much RG Motors!!!

First off, this place is beyond unbelievable. I brought my wifes 2007 Honda Accord here about a month ago, her front right fender was completely wrecked. So bad that the frame itself was damaged as well. We pretty much gave up and was gonna junk it. I brought it here for one last try and I have to say after 4 days of work RG Motors had my wife car looking like it was brand new off the lot. On top of fixing the damage they actually fixed my glover compartment for free!!!! (I broke the glove compartment trying to fix it myself). They washed the car and had it looking so beautiful when I piocked it up. I will FOREVER recommend this place for collision repair. Def give them a try.

i highly recommend this shop, professionalism very at front about all entire repairs for my vehicle, after my car was declare a total loss, the where there for me.i will refer my friends and family if they ever need one .

Roberto who is the owner of RG motors is honest and Doe's quality work and Price's things fairly. He has been my mechanic for about 10 year's. There is no other shop you should consider for all your car repairs

It s hard to be impressed by mechanics when most often it seems like they re trying to rip you off. RG Motors was so honest and helpful. Our car wouldn t start, had smoke coming from the exhaust on our 115K mile Scion, we were fearing the worst.They called and said it didn t appear to be anything major and recommended a small fix and to watch and see if it happened again or got worse. They didn t want to charge us for anything we didn t need and walked out feeling so relieved we found RG. Muchas gracias por todo!

It is very hard now days to find a shop that is trust worthy, But I found one R&G. They are the real deal they care about thier customersAnd tells them the truth of whats really going on with your car. They tell you what you need and dont need!!! I will always bring my personal and company cars here!!!

We were overdue on oil change of our Honda Civic. We got this place from google maps near us and it got good reviews. So we went.. Excellent Service. We were lucky there was no line and didn t have to wait long. Great Experience.
