Fantastic, they said yes when others said no. Josephine was extremely helpful and went the xtra mile!Driver was as friendly as they come. Charged a reasonable rate as well. Only tow service in my Contacts now!Thanks y'all! Hope not to talk to ya soon, because it probably means l got another pricey repair bill comin'! ;-)

This place is amazing. Bought 2 pit bikes one for me and my 12 year old. After a few rides my son took a nasty spill and destroyed the engine. I had the bike back at R&M and within a week a new motor is being put in. Very professional and they do not price gouge. They always answer the phone and let me ask them dumb questions about pit bikes, * I know nothing about Bikes, et alone a dirt bike* maintenance etc and they are always so nice. I Will be back to pick up a couple bikes for me and the wife from R&M. Highly recommend.Service: Engine repair

Rick has been working on my motorcycles for years. One time the frame broke and Rick called the manufacturer and got me a new frame. Easy to work with, great work, and finishes in a reasonable time. Best shop in town. Wish more business were as professional as R&M.

Excellent dealership! Rick is responsible and experienced mechanic and simply a great person to deal with! Have bought a couple of scooters at R&M and service if always fantastic! Highly recommended.

I bought a motor scooter from R&M and had several of my motorcycles serviced there. Great service, very fair prices, great integrate. I've been dealing with R&M for 15 years. I highly recommend them..There is a post by Dan M that gives R&M one star. Read it and you'll find he is upset with the Fort Dealer not R&M

I have had relatively minor work performed at the shop five times. Each time everything was just as expected. Dropped off in morning -- came back at night to pick the repairs up.Sincerely good peopleService: Tires

I went to R&M after a suggestion and many failed repairs from a local dealer. The guy there fixed my problem immediately and for an excellent price all in one day. I will never go anywhere else again! THANK YOU R&M for taking the time to do the job right the first time!

Called for information and a quote about the Benelli TNT135, salesman was professional, provided all information and pricing immediately and didn't harass me for anything! I would give them my money based on this phone call alone. Straight up business, no games.

5 star no question...... Owners are amazing brought a benelli tnt 135 lime green with a pearl also had black benelli brake levers installed everything came from R & M ENTERPRISE not only did I experience a great deal but the conversation with the owners was priceless very welcoming

Backlogged usually, but he s one of the only guys around. Fixed my rectifier/regulator and harnesses on my 1998 VFR800.

Would rather garble razor blades than deal with that husband and wife mom and pop shop again. Went in to get some shocks serviced and was treated like the scum of the earth. Will never deal with them again!
