These folks are on it!! They know what they are doing and are willing to come out and get hands dirty to help!! My 94 y/o father had battery issues. I told him to go there. They told him to relax in his car as they tested his old battery, then replaced it. Even took his payment card inside and brought back the receipt and warranty info. THANKS

The worker Gerardo was super nice and helpful and went the extra mile to help put 3M tape on mirror that got loose from the car wash in front ! But he helped install the Tape as a quick repair for the mirrors , thank you

We needed a battery this morn badly, the manager opened half hour early, had the right battery n then refused a tip. Great, great customer service!!

Took my car battery here to have it recharged after it had died in my car. Picked up my battery after they called me and they forgot to actually charge it. Had to take it to another place to get it charge. the battery worked fine after.

Giving a shout to Kei at O'Reilly'sVery helpful providing bulbs for my tundraI came back the following day unable to devise how to change them out myselfHe quickly showed me how and helped me install them. I thought I needed a whole headlight assembly but he squared me right away. Rather than sell me something I didn't need and further frustration, he created an O Reilly customer and advocate for lifeThanks again Kei! I told him he deserves recognition and a raise

We had to buy a battery and I didn't have my tools with so, they let us borrow theirs. Thank you so much in and out real fast and they give us our military discount.

Staff this morning very friendly and helpful had some issues with my brakes and they went above and beyond, I'm glade they up sold me regarding the air cabin filter and showed me how easy it is to change.

Staff is very helpful and friendly and this is my go to place for car parts due to its proximity to my work although i have noticed over the last couple years that they often dont have the parts i need in stock but the Monument store in Concord will always have them. I dont know if this is just due to them not having enough stock space or what but it can be irritating!

They do a great job here. Even if one guy is a Cowboys fan lol, this place is legit. They are helpful and go way above and beyond just trying to sell items.

Would have been 5stars if they have had small automotive file in stock or let me order it could NOT order... NOT in their HUGE Directory! I drove-reparked at other end of center, entered Ace Hardware where over a dozen or so of my files were In stock!!! Amazingly Cheap!-----$7.00. So 5 Gold Stars for Ace Hardware;-=-O=-O

While they do have a good selection of parts available the employees seem to not be very knowledgeable about getting you the right part resulting in multiple trips just to get what you need. The staff is friendly though and parking is very abundant

It's a little cheaper than auto zone and nappa. Not the most friendly staff but not bad.
