Carlos is the best! He fixed my car gave me his discount on the parts and didn't rip me off which is rare these days. He's just a good person somebody that you would want to do business

To be honest l wasn't sure about calling mobile mechanic. I never used that kind of service before. I'm glad l call Carlos. Not only he answered my call on Sunday, but he also help me with my truck problem next day. Carlos is a very good mechanic and also very nice person. I'll definitely contact him again.

Carlos is very knowledgeable and experienced mechanic. He changed my break pads quickly and went on a test drive with me to ensure the job was completed correctly. I definitely recommend him and will be doing more business with him soon. He also is available 7 days a week.

My starter died and mechanic shops were about to close. I called Carlos at 4:45pm and he showed up in 15mins. He did diagnostics first to rule out battery, fuses, starter relays, power to the starter. Everything checked out and it was a dead starter. Now, it was past 5:30pm, and he not only replaced my starter but even used his discount at Oreileys to get great price on the spare part. Despite being dark at 7pm, he got it fixed and sent me home happy.

Carlos was very helpful and professional. He went above and beyond. I went to get the parts from O'Reilly's with him. However, the first alternator was faulty. He was patient and we changed the parts and he installed it again. He made sure that I was good to go for my job the next day. I would definitely call him again if I have any trouble next time. Carlos replaced my starter for a reasonable price - diagnostic of about $150 (initially thought it was the battery) + starter repair of $300, + got me his O'Reilly's discount for parts about 40% off - from everything I read online I still saved about $150 from a normal mechanic visit for this service.My sole caveat is make sure you know exactly what parts you need replaced - we had an issue with the starter replacement because we got the engine mixed up between 6 cylinder and 4 cylinder. I am not very experienced with cars so I just went with whatever Carlos suggested but ultimately it wasn't a big deal and I should've just referred to the pictures I took of the engine, it was a mutual mistake :)Overall good service, good guy, very pleasant to deal with. I recommend

I can t even put into words how great this mechanic is. I had bought a used car a few days ago and right away it started having issues. So I go on Google and Carlos came up. Great reviews so I give him a call. He comes the next day on time and does a diagnostic on my car. Something with the valve needs to be fixed. He asked me who I bought this car from and so I told him and he had me get the person on the phone who sold me the car. He told the guy that what was wrong with the vehicle that he had sold me and asked him how he was going to make it right. Carlos told him that its not right that he sell me a vehicle with these issues. Carlos made arrangements with him so that I can take the car back to the seller so he can take it to his mechanic to be fixed for me.Like who does that! Carlos went above and beyond from what I expected, I cannot thank him enough for having my back like that. Its hard to find a good, trustworthy mechanic but I did. Carlos is AMAZING! Very pleasant person to work with. He set me in for an appointment the same day I called. Gave me a time frame and communicated he was available to help earlier than scheduled. He drove us my nearest Napa Auto Parts to purchase a battery, we indulged in fun conversation with the associates, headed back to my place and quickly finished the repair on my car! My car would not start and I thought it was the starter. Carlos came and figured out it was the battery instead and charged it up so I could start the car. He recommended I get a new battery and showed me how to install it, which I was able to do later that day, and the car has been running stronger since then with no starting issues. Carlos came to my house in 20 minutes after my car gear shift completely broke. He was fast, kind and very considerate, especially since I called him on a Sunday afternoon. He also didn t over charge me! I would definitely recommend giving him a call if you need a mechanic.

Carlos is very reliable. He was able to assess my problem with a sensor that was the cause for my check engine light turning on. Carlos is a man with ethics and a high level of professionalism.After calling two other mobile mechanics in my area and not getting a response I called Carlos. He responded on a timely manner and after I explained to him the problem and responded to his questions, he was able to make an assessment of it and even though it was out of his region he agreed to come out and do the repair.Carlos arrived on time and immediately performed a test and verify he was correct on his initial assessment. He R&R a bad starter motor and problem solved.On time quality work for a very reasonable price.I highly recommend Carlos.By the way Carlos is bilingual, had a great time chatting with him both inEnglish and Spanish!

Carlos came within 45 minutes and diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. My boat had an electrical problem that I could not diagnose and with his smarts and expertise he had my boat running that day. carlos is great. after calling many mechanics he was the only one to answer and get back to me. i had issues starting my rv and he came out and diagnosed the problem, got the part , and had it running in a hour. very reasonable price. so if you re looking for a mobile mechanic i would highly recommend making carlos your first phone call

Carlos is a man of integrity and is extremely kind. He went out of his way to come to the car dealership to do a pre-purchase inspection on a used car I was interested in. Carlos gets the job done while most mechanics would have called it a day when encountering a tough situation. Replaced my stubborn alternator from my car and got it running. Very pleasant person to have working on your car.

New year's day, on a day where there's no mechanic to be found, I made countless calls to mechanics that flaked or bailed on me after I made a 2hr drive where my vehicle was stranded. Carlos appeared like a knight in shining armor and had my Mercedez Benz CLS500 running in under 30 minutes!! for a extremely reasonable price. Thank you Carlos!

This is the best mechanic I have ever encountered via google hands down! I have had prior horrible experiences and as a young woman who is often taken advantage of, I can honestly say Mr. Penuela is a very genuine and honest mechanic. I no longer have trust issues regarding mechanics after my experience with Carlos!
