Robert was incredible. By far the best customer service I ve had at the automotive facility.Not only was he kind and had great conversation. But was very efficient with his work.I would ask them to give him a raise, and I would recommend Midas Concord monument Boulevard to any person.

Went in for Uber Inspection and was greeted by Robert. He was amazing. Looked up my information quickly, executed the inspection, and took care of paperwork correctly. Would highly recommend.

Upon arrival was greeted by technicians and was guided towarsd the office with Mark also greeted This location had outstanding performance,the gentleman that attended me Mark was very knowledgeable without having to look into a computer very impressive now in days. Helped me understand all and everything going with my vehicle, waited in the lobby seated with heater and a warm coffee I recommend and will definitely take my business to this location for now on old fashioned but quick service.

Called said I could just walk in & Helped me get me up and on the road with Uber $39.99 within less than 15 minutes!!!! Recommend if you want to just get the process over with and cut the Lines.

I brought my Toyota in for a diagnostic which they did and came back to tell me what needed to be done in an honest fashion. I was impressed with the service there. The job was done on time. This location is my local go to for everything. They are hard working and honest folks who provide their best at all times. Incredibly kind and helpful as well as competitive prices you can t beat for the quality services they provide. As a less informed individual, regarding car maintenance/repairs, I feel safe coming here and knowing I can trust them.

A poorly run shop by a smelly old man, he s not a manager. He can t even manage his emotions. He yells at his employees and customers. He allows his employee to steal from the company losing thousands every year and I m glad to leave.

They cheat people never go there they steal your money bad service they looking for your money onlyAnd all midas branch like thisDon t by any voucher because they don t except every where and there s deferent price and they charge you high extra money . I took to manger he was very rude and asked me to pay for anther parts money but I didn t then I went to another shop they said nothing in the car need change!!!And please if you go to any mechanic shop make sure for double places because most of them they steal your moneyJust be smart

They want want charge me for more then 1900$ for something I did fixe somewhere else for 45 $ seriously the technician doesn t know what he is doing or he knows exactly what he is doing and he wants to scam me with 2000$ , so be careful before you accept any estimation get a second opinion , I totally don t advise this place

I had an oil change appt scheduled for 9am today. I got here at 8:50am. The lady was very nice and I really liked her customer service! She was cheerful and smiled. Positive attitude! This is the reason why I decided to write this review! The mechanic took my car exactly at 9am. This is my second time here. Pricing is lower than others for a full synthetic oil change for a car.Service: Oil change

I went here for change oil and they said i needed to change the break pads & routers. After a week i went there again to bring my gf s car for change oil and they said the same thing again and i just decided to not do it and put it in other shop.
