Came here after an accident and Kiko had me laughing about it the day of. Fast forward and now my car looks brand new and I couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend this place.

Came here needing an alternator replaced. I was referred to MBZ Auto by the owner of the tow company that had towed my car after parking in a no parking zone (thanks to my alternator for going out at that exact parking spot). At the end of the day, things happen for a reason & I'm glad I was towed LOL! I ended up being referred to the best Mechanic to date. It was hard to find a good Mechanic but also one that was trustworthy as well.Before coming here I was calling around getting quoted an arm & a leg for work that my car (200 Chrysler) needed done, hands down MBZ is 100% the truth on service and prices. My Over all experience with the owners (husband and wife) have been awesome just like day one. Since then I've brought my car in for other things needing fixed safe to say that I won't be taking my car anywhere else. I'll continue to refer family/friends or anyone looking for a mechanic here.

NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! Kiko is very unprofessional and will drive your car like it s his own. He may also flip you off and cuss you out if he feels like it . Poor service

The service here is amazing. The owners are personable and trustworthy. I didn t get the best quality of work from here. I came after recommended from my recent mechanic who is not open. I went here because my car was shaking really bad when the breaks were touched. They were quick to get my car in and correct issue but the issue wasn t corrected. It was better, but not corrected. Then a week after having my car it wouldn t start out of no where. This has never happened in my 8 years of owning it. I had my car go back in and they got it back up and running. I had to visit them twice and paid over $1500!!!. And my car still shakes when I got the breaks. The mechanic said upon picking it up oh I needed something else replaced to fix the breaking issue. Really? That was the main reason I brought it in to you. I won t be back. I felt that they don t really care about the customer. Only good thing I can say is the work is fast but how reliable?? I have no clue.

They do great work and are so pleasant to work with. They are highly skilled! More than once I've come here with problems that other shops couldn't fix, even a dealership, and mbz fixed them. I bring them my body work and mechanical and they make quick work of it all. Best of all, they are friendly and fun to work with. I work in car sales and come here often for work and they are a bright spot in my day every time!

Had our Mercedes just die out at an intersection late in the day. Googled Mercedes mechanics in Concord chose MBZ in Concord. Called and they were able to accommodate towing the car to there shop after hours. They got the car fixed in a matter of days and did not hurt the pocket book.Great friendly family run business that I would totally recommend to anyone. Car is due for service so see you guys soon.Cheers

Warm, friendly, honest and competent service, they make you feel like family and understand what it means to treat people the right way. I would highly recommend them and have brought my GL 450, S 550 and GLK 350 to them without hesitation, thank you!
