I am still waiting for Norma to return my calls. Stuck in my car this morning with a p lock malfunction warning light. The phone operator in Concord spoke to Norma who assured her that I would receive a call right back.Unfortunately, Lexus of Concord service has changed. I will not be purchasing another vehicle there.

I had the worst experience ever in a dealership car service my car got worse after the service and it s a brand new 2024 car I tried many times to explain what happened he wasn t listening at all so not recommended at all

We tested two cars here, the agent was very informative, friendly and positive he gave us detailed specs of each model. He spent enough time to show us interior and exterior and explained every specific question we had.He also gave valuable info about financing and leasing.

I wouldn't take my IS 200t anywhere else. My service representative was amazingly friendly and took great care in detailing what services would be conducted.

Worst experience ever, I got an appraisal on my car, which I was very happy with. Then, an hour or more later, the "manager" of the whole place decides to bring up the "fine print" and recinded the offer. I asked him why he was recinding the offer and it's because of his inadequate ability to sell cars. I wouldn't recommend going here because they clearly only care about a profit. STAY AWAY. The staff were all great except their manager is actually braindead. He only knows how to punch in numbers into a calulator and that's all it takes to run a business like this clearly.

I bought 2022 Lexus nx350 four months ago and since i bought ' i had problem with my car player Bluetooth and i took car two times to concord service but their answered was nothing wrong with Bluetooth. they people who call me or i call them 'they alwayscompliant of eco sound on BT .THAT IS SO DISPOINTING . I DO NOT RECOMENT THE LEXUS CONCORD LOCATION .

Worst experience, don t take your car here, they are not fixing it, instead they will salve it, I took my car for flat tire, but they damaged my new wheel and told me that it was already there.Worst worse.
