I ve taken two cars here and both times they did an awesome job. They were great about keeping me updated throughout the process and they make it look like no accident ever happened! Their pricing was also very fair for the amount of work they put in. Overall a great experience with no complaints.

I had an excellent experience at Kee s Auto Body in Concord! The staff was professional, the service efficient, and the communication clear and thorough. The quality of the repair work was exceptional, making my car look better than ever. They truly exceeded my expectations in both craftsmanship and customer service. Previously I have them 5 stars. Down to 3 now. When I brought the car and they mentioned there was a problem with the wheel. When I received the quote The wheel was not included. They had also asked if I needed an alignment. I said yes and when I got the quote, the alignment was not on there. Lastly, and I don t know if this is their fault thermostat was damaged and they did not mention that, but maybe that s a mechanic thing and not a body shop thing I m not sure but the other mistakes should have not happened.

Great customer service! I came in to get my side mirror replaced and Kees Auto Body did an amazing job. Ky was able to order the replacement mirror and get it replaced in a few days. He got it replaced quickly and gave me a great price. Kees Auto Body provided me with friendly service and great attention to detail. I will recommend Kees Auto Body to all my friends and family. My family has been using Kee's for now over 20 years I believe.Always great work and they go above and beyond when working on your car and making sure you know the progress. Just in the past 3 months they have replaced the hood of my parents car and fixed some damage to the rear bumper of my TESLA Model S. I have to say the bumper looks better than it did from the factory after they where done.I highly recommend Kee's to get the job done.

Kee's Auto Body is excellent! Great service from their detailed estimate, to the up to date notifications and beautiful completed work. Terrific customer service from Vu! They provided the lowest cost for quality work compared to all other estimates I received. My car looks amazing! They even offered to help me with a rental car, if needed. Work was completed early and I received timely notifications of work progress. I really appreciated Kee's personal service and quality work. 5+STARS!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I called about my truck that was pretty damaged in an accident. It also had pre-existing rust. Kee took the time to go over all the photos from the previous shop which would not repair it and he gave me a quote. He then gave me good solid advice about whether I should repair it and referred me to a place that buys wrecked vehicles. He was so helpful and he did not charge me a dime! This is definitely my go to auto body shop from now on!

So glad I used this repair shop! They did a great job fixing my car quickly and it was the same price as the estimate. I also really appreciate how they cleaned it up too, shining rims and an interior vacuuming! Very nice staff. Thanks Kee's.

I've brought my car here for two occasions, both have ended with my car looking fantastic and looking as good (if not better than when new). I've appreciated the update calls whenever something had been done to my car and the attention to detail. I'm very happy with them and I recommend them proudly.

Kee's did a fantastic job on a nasty scratch that was down to the metal. Quick process, easy to get a quote, and the job took as long as they said it would. The car is back and looks like new! All this for a competitive price. If I need to use a body shop again, I'll be coming back here.

I am thrilled with the body work done by Kee's after a small fender bender. Vu went out of his way to get me the parts I wanted and his team flawlessly completed my project within the estimated amount of time. Their work was beautiful and I can't say enough good things about their friendly staff.

I've been here 3 times and sent a few friends. The quality of work is amazing and the prices are very competitive. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and you can talk to the owner directly. I would expect to pay more for work this good, but it's a small family owned business and they seem more focused on doing good work and making an honest living.

I was very impressed with Kee's service and how receptive they were to getting my work done the exact way that I needed and wanted. I was happy with the whole process, from bringing in my car to picking it up. Very professional with customer service.

Needed the bumper on my RAV 4 replaced after I left it in the wrong parking lot during lunch. Cooperative, reasonable bunch of dudes. Good communication, everything was done on time. Price was good. What more could you reasonably want?

Kees Auto Body is awesome. I came in to have my wife s minivan bumper fixed, as something came loose. They fixed it super quickly, and noticed a large oil leak.Their caring observation saved my wife s engine, as it was the oil cooler that was leaking and had to be replaced immediately.Thanks Kees Auto Body!!!

I got a quote from another shop for $7-$8K for repairs based on getting new body parts. Kee did a great job for $2.3K (as estimated) without needing parts and they delivered on time.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I went there for an estimate only i was shopping around . I talked to Jose this gentleman know what he is talking about very informative he explained evrything . I had my driver side door , fender both sides fixed and paint . They did an excellent job and i am beyond satisfied . If anyone of you guys needs some job for your car give them a call or go visit them . Look for Jose .....

Kee's Auto Body is where you want to take your vehicle for all your repairs, first of all Customer Service is 5 STAR! Vu Kee was Awesome! My car door was damaged from someone trying to break in and would not open without me having to crawl through the hatchback iam 260lbs. not easy to do, Kee's Auto Body took my car in and repaired it in 45 mins. My car is a 1996 Eclipse the parts inside the door cannot be found! I tryed, Kee's repaired the part and now i can get into my car like a normal person!..=)!..Amazing! thanks Vu Kee you guys are Awesome the best!!!!

I left several messages for Boo to call me but he never did. Not very good customer service.Also to paint job is poorly done. I'll have to take it to another shop for proper paint job.

This place was good till they charged me 150 to put a bead of silicon in my door jam to stop a water leak..unfortunately it didn't stop the leak and they wouldn't give me a refund. Poor customer service
