I've used Jim's autobody before and there work was very good.This time around I had the pleasure of meeting Lisa auto advisor. she kept me updated on the entire process of restoring my SUV and I must say the time-line and quality of work they did was exceptional.If you love your car, truck or SUV this is the place to bring your vehicle. The entire staff is great.

They did a really good job on my vehicle ! There was a hit and run on my Parker vehicle & they did fix it in about 2 weeks , unfortunately my insurance took long to pick up the vehicle to take to the shop , but they left my car like if they never hit it , Sandra was also really nice upfront at the desk and gave me a box of see s chocolates as well when I paid at the desk , here s the before & after

Overall great service and work from the shop. Parts and repair was quick and easy. Had 2 of my cars repaired here and both came out fast and repair was great like nothing happened. Highly recommended shop for any repairs

They did my first car very well but then held onto my second car for 6 months due to parts delays from 10,000 dollars worth of parts missed on the initial damage inspections. When I got the car back, the front seat was torn and the grill badge was upside down. They kindly told me to come back to fix the grill badge which I fixed myself in 30 seconds, and that I would have to pay out of pocket for the seat repair because they "frequently fail". My car had zero signs of stress in the seat before I dropped it off, and they came to the resolution that I will have to pay OUT OF POCKET for the seat cover which comes out to $450, but they will cover the labor. I was told that the job was incredibly labor intensive so they were doing me a solid by covering that, come to find out it's no more than 3 bolts, one plug and sliding the leather off like a phone case and putting the new leather back on.

I got my car fixed here and the lady who was in the back desk helped me and she was kind. The office was clean and nice inside. They have a car rental next door which was nice. I am waiting to see if the paint stays on so far so good.

I always hated getting my car fixed! You feel like a number or no one cares. Basically you need to know someone in the business. SO here's WHERE YOU GO and WHO TO ASK for in the East Bay!!!!Ask for Matt, depending on your insurance you might get another adjuster but just ask anyway. He's quick, listens to what you want (yes ladies..a man that listens) and calls and keeps you up to date on your car.Next ask for Jesse to work on your car. He's a car technician that takes pride in his work and has over 20 + years experience. I'm really picky and he did a great job.In a nutshell.... I dropped my car off within a few minutes and picked it up within a few minutes. They also gave me a ride to where I needed to go. The guy was really friendly and offered to pick me up when the car was finished. Great customer service!My car was detailed inside and out. No check engine lights were on! I'm happy!!

Had a person in the parking lot hit my car, came to Jim's for an estimate.10 minutes later he came back and said it all polished off and I was on my way.What a time saver, I will definitely be coming back for all my bodyshop needs.

I had a dent repair done on my Honda CRV and the quality of repair and after care instructions were outstanding. The staff is incredibly professional and they worked closely with me on a very tight schedule. This our second body work repair done by Jim s and I will definitely come to them for any future repair needs. Thanks guys!

Brought in my brand new 2022 Corolla to have work done on it. Service was great. Constant communication and updates were provided. The shop will do everything they can to help you out. Time will tell how the repairs turn out, but the warranty their work. So a nice peace of mind. Dana was extremely helpful.

Excellent service. True value. Very professional. Make you feel like family. Take their time to explain what will work best. Had a part that was taking longer than expected to arrive, but called me right away and gave me an honest answer.

Don't waste your time or money here! The people I spoke to inside where nice when I was picking up my car. I spoke to someone over the phone multiple time during the repairs and he constantly gave me conflicting information over and over again. I finally get my car back and I noticed that they broke a bunch of clips to the Door panel and some crash sensors are messed up now as well. I should have just gone to Auto Repair Garage by park and shop and talked to Fred or Jesus. Live and learn I guess. Overall I DO NOT suggest taking your vehicle here. I will not be returning!

First off, this place deserves a million stars. My 2012 Acura TSX was hit on its side and I thought my car was completely done for. The guy who helped me (I wont say his name) was open for any questions I had and his customer service was amazing! My car came out looking brand new in less time than I anticipated. I recommend that if anyone has repairable collision damage, you should most definitely come here. They have a beautiful facility and the front desk host is very friendly. (sorry I posted so late, i told you I got you!)

I needed an estimate for some body work. My Farmers agent suggested Jim's Auto Body. Everyone was very pleasant, and while I didn't have an appointment, I was helped immediately. They reviewed my car, and gave me an honest opinion on my various options. They didn't try to convince me to have work done, that in the end wouldn't be worth it. They also had one of the cleanest waiting rooms I've ever been in, for a body shop. Next time I need body repair, I will definitely go to Jim's Auto Body again.

I had an accident in 2019 in my new car. The staff at Jim s were very friendly and helpful and even though the work took longer then was expected to be completed they communicated with us and got the job done well! There was only one small issue involving a rattle in the door (which is still there) - I took it in to them to check it and they tried but if course it didn t make the noise when they were in the car! Lol. Great place!

Highly recommend getting any kind of repairs!I brought my 2015 Toyota Corolla in after someone ran into my bumper and left without leaving any info.I have AAA insurance and Jim's was on their list so I felt comfortable getting the estimate and work done in one trip.The whole staff was very professional, I worked with Dana Auld and he was compassionate to my situation, which made me feel better, and had my estimate completed in less the an 1/2 hour. He told me it would probably take three days but there could be more damage once they removed the bumper. Great communication with both estimated time and unanticipated problems.(AAA also accepted his estimate and all I had to do was pay the detectable at time of pick up. I was also verbally told accepted forms of payment so there were no surprises!)I brought the car in on a Monday. Tuesday at around 10am Dana called saying there was more damage, which he warned me may happen, and said it would take an extra day but should be ready by Thursday. Wednesday eve he called and said it might not be ready but he'd call me early Thursday morning. (We were getting hit by a major rainstorm and it was backing them up) Since I had the rental till Friday I said no worries. Thursday at 9am Dana called to tell me my baby was all fixed and ready to be picked up!!!I was updated daily and knew what was happening without ever worrying about having to call and check up.I picked my car up that afternoon. They also let me leave the rental car and they would take it across the street to return (Hertz) if you know how crazy Monument BLVD gets this was a HUGE bonus!I was outta there within about 15mins, happy with the whole process!Exceptional craftsmanship, Excellent communication, front office staff friendly and quite knowledgeable.I would take my car there even without the insurance coverage!! Can't recommend Jim's Auto Body enough!!!!!

Steve was great to work with. The repairs were done thoughtfully and with quality. The text updates need to be better communicated I didn't like get my hopes up for car pickup only to have the date moved back multiple times

Came for insurance fix. Staff is very friendly but actual repair was not great. Took them way too long to fix for just a bumper. (Had a nice rental so can't complain) when I received the car the parking sensor was falling out and the grill that they "replaced" was the same one that was still cracked. They did order a new so have to go back again and get it fixed. They just need to take more time to make sure everything is good before sending the vehicles out.

The staff was so professional, easy to deal with and on point. A 3wk expected return date, turned into 4 business days. The quality of work performed was the best I've experienced thus far. Thank you to Dana, Ana and Darren. You guys ROCK IT!

I'll never have them do any work on any of my vehicles. I've been a concord resident 41 years and have never had such a horrible experience at an establishment. Poor customer service and professionalism. Do not take your vehicle here!

I Called before I driven all the way out there to get an estimate for my vehicle they made me drive all the way from Oakland to Concord before they pulled out my information after I provided it initially on the original phone call. then They told me since I already had a previous estimate from a different shop they wouldn t go ahead and offer an estimate but they wouldn t provide that information over the phone to me. they made me drive all the way over there waste of my time gas and effort and then didn t even have the respect to offer me an estimate quite the opposite they were quite punctual and unprofessional about it and they basically told me to go away

I scheduled for 12 and once I arrived to the shop they said you adjuster or the person who Estimate the damage is on break come back in 30 minutes.

Excellent! Dana was a pleasure to work with very professional and helpful. Job was finished when he said it would be ready. Will go back to Jim's on my next repairs and paint. Plus job was done perfect. No complaints.

I called in at 4.30pm and it was already time for them to start closing, justin was the person I spoke to on the phone and asked about releasing a vehicle at that time and told him that my driver got stuck in traffic who was supposed to be there earlier and he advised me to come on down and he will make it happen. Well I appreciated that he without a question helped me out and even it was friday evening and all those who worked there was not mad on him, like why did you let this guy in and they had to stay back extra couple minutes. I thought that's what a A class customer service could be if people have the right intentions. Thanks.

After my relatively new car was nailed by some road debris that hit my bumper, bounced up my hood and smacked my windshield, I procrastinated when Covid hit and didn t go get it taken care of right away. Said road debris left me with an unnoticed chip under a windshield wiper that I didn t notice until I had a runner crack that ran from up under the wiper and straight across my line of vision. So in October I went to Jim s Auto Body.The repairs performed left my car looking like new again. 5 star review came easy....And now for the rest of the story:It is now January, and I took my car in for service at Concord Honda. One of my issues was that the washer fluid no longer dispensed (it stopped after the body work, Jim s ran diagnostic and said all was fine, take it to Honda). Because the body work was not performed by Honda, they wouldn t cover it under my extended warrantee. The hose was unplugged under the bumper. I went to Jim s Auto Body, paperwork in hand, thinking that maybe I could squeeze a car cleaning out of them.To my surprise, they cut me a check to reimburse me for almost $200.00 that Concord Honda charged me to plug the hose back in! You just don t find Customer Service and High Quality repair work that often anymore, especially in this Covid world.So Thank You, Dana and Jim s Auto Body for restoring my faith that my business and satisfaction mean something. I would give more stars than 5 if I could

Had insurance work done here, and overall had a good experience. There was a discrepency with the final price and paperwork, but in the end the manager made it right which is all I can ask for. The work was solid and was the best for the vehicle.
