If your named Jiffy Lube, shouldn t being fast be a part of your service?I went to this location to get my oil changed. Not a big deal as I ve done it many times before. But I ve noticed that service times have been slowly getting longer. And they seem to be fully staffed, so I think it s quantity over quality.I pulled in and there was a van in front already getting serviced. I pulled in at 9:45. (I know because I had a phone call that started right after I pulled in to the bay) I get off the phone and notice that it s been quite a while that I ve been sitting here. 2 trucks pulled up behind me so I was stuck for the moment. I asked the service tech how much longer he thinks it ll take before I can move up and he says something to the effect of The guy in the pit is being slow cause he s mad. I couldn t tell if he was joking or not, but I didn t press the issue. I sat there in my vehicular prison. I m sure that leaving them the key and getting out would have been an option. And I ve done it before. But this tech brought me in and kept me close to the bay door so I couldn t open my door enough to get out without possibly damaging it. So there s that.Finally, the van is done and pulls out. I get to move forward and get my oil changed. This is at 11:00 now. So I e waited in my truck for over an hour to finally get this done with. Part of me wanted to just drive through and leave. But the van driver decided to leave while getting serviced, so the tech just pulled up enough and left it there in the main driveway.I get my oil done. Pay. And leave. I will not be returning to this, or any jiffy lube. I ll go somewhere else.TL:DRIt took 90 minutes to get my oil changed, and that s way too long

Getting a oil change and tires rotation at the end of the day, this crew has a strong ethic in jiffy service. The clerk that attended me checked in had me sit back in breezy waiting room. He returned and described my car requirements gave me a total, assured me that payment was not necessary until it's done. Quality service in that last minute pick. Cost was 188 oil and tire rotation and it was worth it when you don't wanna get you're hands dirty. It was a gang of (2) that made it smooth. Robert (assistant manager) was on point and made it efficient

Didnt reinstall my oil cap so now there is a huge mess under the hood.Staff was unprofessional yelling at each other and arguing in front of customers.Computer system failed so they created a new record of service history even though ive had the vehicle serviced there regularly for years.2hrs for an oil change that wasn't done correctly.Never again.

I'll start this review by saying I've been coming to jiffy lube for years ever since I first owned a car. They've been known to be quick, efficient and cost-effective. About 6 months ago I first took our Ford Escape here for an oil change, and afterward I noticed that two bolts on the brake fluid reservoir were not reconnected and the splash guard underneath the engine was not reconnected. Stuff happens, I figured maybe they had a new tech who didn't quite know the job. 6 months later I took the same car back, had them perform an oil changeFirst I was greeted by a young man who, from experience, I believe to be hungover. Then the same problem happened; after the oil change the splash guard was not reconnected. On top of that while I was waiting for the oil change to be finished, me and the other customers could hear the techs arguing in the auto bay. We heard raised voices, some shouting and complaining, and overall general unprofessionalism. When I asked to speak to the manager it turns out that the manager was the young man who greeted me who appeared hungover, he proceeded to complain to me about his personnel problems, as if it were they were mine. I didn't ask for a discount or refund, they're still a business and they still did the job. But I will not be returning with my vehicles, I will pay more money to take them to the dealership next time because at least I know me and my vehicle are going to be treated with professionalism and respect.

They never changed the oil filter. I got home and was looking at it and discovered my old oil filter was still there. And they didn't do half of what they checked off as being done. Too busy trying to sell me an air filter. I don't care about the extra stuff, but I do care about the oil change being done correctly, especially with the ridiculous price of $92.00 This is the second and last time I go there. The first time the guy couldn't get the oil cap off, I did it for him. Terrible service.

I took my car for oil change. I requested synthetic oil to be used on my car. After driving 4,200 miles warning message keeps popping up saying low engine oil. Note, there is no oil leak on the car. How come synthetic oil did not last eve 5,000 miles? Most likely they did not add enough oil, but charged me for the full required amount. If you want to save yourself future engine headaches run away from this place

Asked for oil & filter only to be changed. No other services but top off washer fluid. I noticed the "tech" about to pour Universal Power Steering fluid into my Ford's belt driven power steering system. I opened the door and asked the tech to stop just before he poured it in. He acknowledged my request but then became argumentative and continued to pour about 1/4 quart into my reservoir. I had to get the manager cause I asked them Not to Start my vehicle thus pumping the wrong fluid through the system. They stopped finally after arguing with me more about it needing to be driven out of the bay. I showed the manager and "techs" that my OEM owners manual from Ford states "Mercon V ATF" ONLY for my truck. Bob pumped out the reservoir and I bought a quart of Mercon V ATF. The snotty imbecile bay "techs"(not Bob) left oil & grease all over my truck fenders, grill, hood and steering wheel. One tech was using my fender to lift his body off the ground so he could swing his legs back and forth! What a nightmare. It's one thing to employ idiots, it's a whole different thing to be disrespectful to the customer and their personal property in your facility. Sorry, won't ever be back after 4 yrs of patronage with 3 personal vehicles.

I was happy with my oil change and tire rotation. Only issue is I have a reusable air filter. The guy pulls it out to show it to me, it was filthy , he said 'all you need to do is clean it so we wont replace it since its reusable' Then puts it back in and all the dirt and leaves etc were shake out and my vehicle ran bad until my son vacuumed the air filter and the housing area out . He should of just shaken it out before placing it back in my car.Services: Tires, Oil change

Omg!On 2/7/23, I am still staking from my experience at this place. I just got off work and wanted to get an oil charge. The young black man, who said his name was Robert asked me to put my keys down in the seat and wait inside.This young man first call me by another name and when I asked he said, did you borrow this car? I responded by saying No. The car is mine but he added by saying; did you buy the car new from the dealership. I said No dear, second owner.This young man had the worst attitude. Worst of it all I am a black woman and felt so disrespected by this man who was yelling and saying I had an accent therefore he could not understand me. I have not felt so respected in my life. Tried asking him to adjust his attitude and even asked if he was having a long day but left and went outside explaining to his coworker that I had a horrible accent little did he know I was right behind. I will never recommend this location to another one.Service: Oil change

It was OK. I wouldn't go back.. They didn't have the air filter I needed install and I had to sit around and wait for it to be delivered. I was also using a company sponsored maintenance program.. When I went in there for an oil change, they automatically wanted to charge me for $300 worth of work. I told them oil service and air cleaner only. Manager was a cool guy though.

I had an oil change service at this Jiffy Lube in Concord and I thought the overall service was below standard. Unlike others, I chose to stay in my car during the service rather than waiting in the lobby. As a result, I got to watch the service process. First, the process took way too long despite only a couple of cars ahead of me. Secondly, when I returned home, I reviewed the service noted on the receipt and saw that several items were shown as completed when in fact they were not. I don't like doing business with companies that are not honest when it comes to services you expect and pay for. I won't be going back to Jiffy Lube in the future. If you utilize this company for your oil change, I hope you pay attention to the service details and what you should expect to receive as part of the service.Service: Oil change

The work that I needed was done, however couple hours after I left I noticed that my yellow vape pen was missing from the center console. Now I am not going to go all crazy because not much was left in it but that s just not cool man. You don t work on someone s car then go help yourself to steal stuff from a customer. Knowing that they re thieves working there that go thru your car and steal stuff I am not going to to use this specific jiffy lube location again. Next thing you know something bigger can be stolen out of a customer s car while it is being worked on for service. The photo below is my vape pen that was stolen from my center console that was in plain view.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I like going to this Jiffy Lube even though I now live in Pittsburg, CA.The line is always reasonable and they do a good job at a fair price.Robert helped me out today. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.Great experiences overall. I highly recommend this location.

I've been to a few of these Jiffy Lube, this one right here has best customer service, always fast, and explain things to a non car guy. Cannot express how much they have assisted me and my car!!!!

Not good... Went in for oil change, went as expected. 2 months later less than 900 miles my "change oil" warning came on. I checked my oil and level was fine and oil seems clean. Went back to Jiffy Lube and a tech checked under the car for leaks... I think I would know if they're was a leak and I mentioned I checked the levels. The tech days there was nothing they could do and blanket my car for a faulty warning for oil change. I'm feeling they could have missed changing the filter or used wrong oil. No one seemed to care. This had never happened. I've owned my car new since 2013 and I've never seen this oil change warning come on. I'll stick with the dealer oil changes and never go back to this Jiffy Lube on Concord Ave by the Concord Airport

I went here to get an oil change and they just wanted to sell me about everything. Things I had just replaced, but the one that took the cake was when they said my break light was out and they wanted to change it. No, my break light was not out and it was working perfect! That s why I hate doing oil changes.

Overall a good experience, and they did the work in timely manner! Only star docked because when I pulled in, there were no cars, and this worker was sweeping the floor. He turned around, looked at me, then kept on sweeping...and sweeping...and sweeping. It was bizarre. Ok, so do I pull into the garage? Hang here and wait? Are you guys free to do the work? Finally, what seemed like a manager came out and greeted, and took care of the biz.

Staff was friendly, and visit was speedy. The team all spoke very loudly and clearly through their masks (which I appreciate them wearing), and communicated plenty with each other about the jobs they were doing, which was reassuring.A bit pricier than other locations I've been to for oil changes, but as of today at least coupons are available for their locations on their website.

Never again. I'd been using a different location because this one never does what they claim as far as what the include in their service. Tire pressure, vacuum, check lights, etc. When I arrived I asked that they check the tire pressure. The tire pressure light was on. The assured me the always put air in the tires. When they did check me out they went over the "services". I asked if they took care of the tire pressure and was told they did. They didn't. I know this because the indicator light was still on...the tire was still low. and also because I was standing outside watching them change my oil and no one went near the tires. They checked off many items on my receipt that they clearly didn't do. One of which, checking the lights. I was pulled over for a rear tail light out within ten minutes of leaving.Service: Oil change

Went for Uber inspection and the interior and exterior were in oil spots- door handles, seats and belts. Totally careless service.
