Decent and fast service. Friendly people. However, the pricing is the same as you would get at the dealership. The prices for the windshield wipers were truly astonishing. You re definitely paying for the convenience. The skill level of the craft working there is also questionable.

Quick and efficient. Was done in less than an hour. Oil changed, variety of liquids topped off, tires rotated, filter changed. Sure I could do it myself but it would take a day, this just makes sense.

The gentleman with the tattoos on his neck was an awesome worker. He answered all my concerns and was very polite. Granted he could look intimidating his vibe was very the opposite. I see him taking his career to the top in a jiff. Also he helped me on getting my son to sign up for a job. I trust these gentleman working here. Thank you

SCAM alert.If go to jiffy lube (Concord, CA Clayton Rd location) you know they try to up-sale you right before they get started. Well, when it was time to pay, my bill was a lot more than what we originally signed (on quote).Why? ... They "thought" they heard me say "yes" to air filter changes and other items where they will of course charge more for. When I assured the guy I indeed had said "NO" to every up-sale attempt he and the "manager" on duty got an attitude while also having a bit of a smirk while looking at each other. It was very clear to me that this was done on purpose. I assume a lot of people let it fly with the idea being, "I "needed" it anyway," or at least that is how they want you think. SCAM way of forcing things on your bill. They swapped my filters again and I didnt pay the extra charges.Last time I take any of my 4 cars to this location. Hopefully the same experience does not happen again elsewhere or I'll take my and my families money elsewhere.

I never knew I needed a specific coolant for my vehicle, which they don't carry. I went to my part store and confirmed it. It's nice to know they really checked out the proper needs!! I'll definitely be back to my Concord, CA shop!! Thanks you all!

Brought in a fleet vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation after being told by another branch they could do it, told the guy when I got there I needed to go to lunch (state law) he said give him 5 minutes,so I went in side and waited a half hour... so now not only did they hold me up and get me written up at work, but they also claimed the vehicle was to heavy and never did the tire rotation or even asked for vehicle information (authorization is required for any work done to a company vehicle) this location is a joke, thanks jiffy lube!

Great speed at performing oil changes. Call first and they'll tell you the wait time. Also, they'll do a bunch of complimentary touches too like cleaning the windows. They also check other basic things to service like air filters, transmission, tires and let you know if you need to do work on it.

They do change your oil but very unorganized. They force you to leave your vehicle then dink around while a bay is open then you wait to discuss filter change and oil choices. Then I get back to my car and their is oil all over the handles the steering wheel and controls. SMH....Oil Changers is a much better and quicker service.

Great, fast service with friendly staff. I have been going to this Jiffy Lube for over 10 years with all 3 of my cars. I drive a lot and am there for service 3-4 times per year. These guys do all of the factory services for 50% less and are always friendly and helpful. Zero stars. Just awful. This was my 3rd Jiffy Lube in 30 years, and I always say "never again." They ignored me at intake, but I had parked in the queue so after 12 minutes a guy finally had to come and "help" me. All he did was ask for my keys. Before committing, I asked how long it would be. He said "once we start on your car, 10 to 15 minutes." I said how long 'til you start on my car? "Altogether, we're running 35 minutes today." So I fell for it. That was 72 minutes ago (84 since I got here), and my car isn't in the bay yet.Go elsewhere.

I have been parked in line for the past 25 mins and not one single tech has come out to acknowledge me. I have been to jiffy lube in Fairfield and Vacaville, despite having all stalls occupied and having lines of cars, within 5 mins a tech would still come out and acknowledge me by saying "a tech will be with you shortly. " The same franchise owner owns this location and the Vallejo location. If it weren't for a brake problem that was originally done at Vallejo, I wouldn't even be using this location or any other locations owned by this franchise owner. I would have rather gone to Vacaville (owned by a different franchise) where the techs have excellent customer service. My experience with the jiffy lubes owned by the same franchise owner has been atrocious and if it weren't for the fact that my brakes are under warranty with them, I wouldn't use them but i have no choice. Ugh!!! If I could give zero stars I would!UPDATE- TOOK 45 MINS UNTIL SOMEONE CAME OUT TO CHECK ME IN. I WAS TOLD MY THE DISTRICT MANAGER (PHILIP ARNOLD) I COULD COME IN AT 8AM TO GET MY BRAKE PROBLEM FIXED. I DROVE FROM FAIRFIELD AND MADE SURE TO GET HERE BY 8AM ONLY FOR THE BRAKE TECH NOT TO COME IN UNTIL 9AM! THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND BEYOND RIDICULOUS AT THIS POINT!!!

After advertising ou get 10 off if you get signature sevice, when I paid I notice they did not gie me the discount. When I asked why they said you should have said something when you cashed out! So got my car serviced there. And whoever that tall light skin guy with curly hair is on the bottom is freakn awesome! I seen him doing stuff upstairs to 3 cars then going downstairs to do whatever gets done underneath the car. This guy is like 3 guys in 1. Shirt said Gino but heard everyone calling him someone else and can t remember. Maybe bill. Billy. Will. Something of that nature. He s so fast and kind. Definitely need to give this guy a raise or I m going to offer him a position in which i know pays more than that place. Not to mention he s hot! Way to go superstar! If you see him make sure you talk to him if it s allowed and make sure he services your vehicle.

The technician started to perform oil change quite quickly after i arrived. The female staff tried to put more charges such as tire rotation, synthetic oil, filters purchase, on and on. In the receipt, it was my exterior windows were washed and completed bit it was not. Technician did not even know how to erase the "maintenance record" signal in my car. I have no Confidence the oil change was done properly. Hope it would not cause my issues on my car.Service: Oil change

They broke my glove compartment and refused to take responsibility. Philip Arnold district manager advised me that employee that was onsite or/and wrote the comment is no longer with company hence they will not proceed. I told him that I am not lying. I don't recommend using this shop as they are not very experience. I recommend you using them for only oil change at best. Dealership these days are looking for your business as their prices are comparable if not cheaper then jiffy or similar shops.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Woefully understaffed. It took over an hour to get the oil change and I was the third car in line right at 8:00 when it opened. The main guy didn't know how to work the cash register. This is just a poorly managed operation

Just terrible I have ordered tire rotation and oil changing. I have received my car all in dirty fingerprints inside on the handles and on the glove box. I have been charged for tire rotation, but my tires was on their previus places. Actually they didnt rotate tires at all. I have mention it because I had a three old tires and one new at the driver back seat. All at the previus places after rotation .

$250 for an oil change? They left my glove box sitting on the floor board. Don t believe they changed my cabin filter but was charged for it. Was there for 2 hours and customers who came after me left before me. I went to get my oil changed today at this location and they were Amazing as always and even took my coupon! Unlike the other location I m concord on concord Ave next to Taco Bell and Sams club, do not go to that location, they will overcharge you and not take any coupons. There is a guy named Robert at the location he s very unfriendly and not nice I would avoid going to that location.Service: Oil change

Overall service was good. I took my own oil and filter and I was charged $50 plus tax! They charged taxes on labor. I've gone to other Jiffy Lubes and they've always charged me only $30 for the labor without taxes. When I looked at the receipt, charges were reflected as if they provided parts. Needless to say, I won't return to that location any longer.

I used to go here all the time. I don't know if management changed, but the employees and quality of service has gone down the drain. Not sure if the owner is part of a juvinil release program for troubled youth. This place is as ghetto as you can get. No one greets you when you arrive and on two separate occasions I waited 10 minutes without a greeting or direction and left. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Go to Jiffy lube on Concord Ave. Best service with people who care about customer service.
