One of my biggest mistakes to use this place for tinting windows, I work close by the store, so I thought will be easy just drop off the car and pick up after I finish my work, after I pick up the car, I find out the window have scratches, so I let the manager know, he is ok to fix that , so I bring back they fix the window, but still have scratches, I pick the car and try to change the mirror, my mirror is not working properly anymore, they I drive back right the way, then I find out the open the door panel, and didn t connect back, after they guy fix , then I found out they make a lot of scratches by the door handle, and the door panel have gap now. If you looking for quality work don t even bother to come this place, you get what you pay for, That s just true.

Edit: I came back in today and the owner kept his word and looked at the camera with me- which was very honest and kind of him. Did not have to actually take the time out his day to do that but he did. Many places don't care enough to actually make things right so mad respect.These guys are awesome. Super down to earth and REAL people. They are willing to work it out with you- especially if you are reasonable and respectful.They've always done a good job in the past and I have always been happy with their work. All employees are very kind as well. Will definitely be coming here in the future for future tints and any other jobs that are applicable.This review would normally have been 5 stars... This place has always been down to earth, unpretentious, fair, and had solid customer service. The owner and the main employee, who has been working there forever, have always treated me very kindly and respectfully. I have had zero problem in the years I have frequented this place prior to yesterday.However, my experience yesterday changed that. I always get my tint done here... 4 cars to be exact. I always ask for 5% all around - on all of the vehicles I have had tinted there. This time I asked for 5% on everything and then a shade lighter for the front...Apparently there was a misunderstanding between me and employee- which is fine- things like this happen. I can also admit mistakes but I am positive I never said 35% whatsoever.Anyways- when I brought up that I had wanted the windows darker in the front- I was met with a defensive attitude and I was pretty much blamed because of what the computer/receipt said ( like no one has ever entered something into a computer wrong...) Also- I never had a printed out receipt- it was automatically sent to my phone so never had it in my hand to examine it well and spot the mistake in order to tell them there was a mistake. Furthermore- I did not even think to open the receipt on my phone because I did not have any reason to at that time....I was also there for 4.5 hours (which is fine would rather have a quality job than a fast job) so I was tired and when confronted with blame instead of understanding- after sitting there patiently for so long and then having to defend what I believe to be true- did not feel good at all.The owner told me he would look at camera footage for me and that made me feel better- but he left and never told me the outcome of that. I will say the owner was fair and said I could pay "whatever I felt was fair" (the other employee was not present when he said this) but then he left before my car was done and so then the other other employee ended up charging me $50 which was a apparently a discounted price.However- I feel I should have been able to chose what I wanted to pay (like the owner said) or at least treated more fairly and been given the benefit of the doubt had this happened. Had I been offered the choice rather than feeling like it was forced- I would have been more than happy to pay something. As that is the kind of person I am- and it is more about the principal than the money at the end of the day.So I just paid as I did not want to argue anymore and I did not want to someone to suffer or not get paid if I did not pay. I also apologized for the misunderstanding and tried to be as gracious as possible as I try and treat people the way I would like to be treated- and to take care of any responsibility in the situation, but I do not feel this was reciprocated whatsoever.I left with an extremely bad taste in my mouth. Which is too bad because I have never had any problem prior to this, whatsoever. I would be more than happy to work this out and come to an agreement that feels good to all involved. I hope my continued business is valued enough to make this right.

Second to none. Great management and staff, professional and accommodating, great selection and excellent quality. Go there and see for yourself. Doesn't matter what kind of vehicle, or how many wheels - hands down The Best of The Best, with Honors! Very reasonable price for the results; these folks know what is up.

This is the one stop shop for all of your vehicle audio electrical needs. It doesn t matter what type of vehicle you need to enhance either. They do cars, trucks, off road vehicles, or any vehicle you could install stereo, alarms or lighting effects on. They install car alarms, custom wheels, LED lighting and stereos, and they even install windows tint.Yesterday I saw them doing an install on a dump truck. No cap. They had a boat in one of the bays where it looks like they were installing a sound system. They do it all! These guys are not only competent, but they are courteous and professional. Bashir, Jerry, and the rest of the crew are doing a great job in the field of automotive electronics and audio in the Bay Area. I highly recommend them. Just tell em Chill EB sent you .

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Paid a RIDICULOUS price of $410 ($375 without tax) for an installation of a sub and a bass knob. I took my car in around 10:40AM and they told me it would be done around 3PM but wasn t finished until 5:40PM. My sub was sitting for a long time, I wasn t going to install it myself, it was a Sunday (only place open), and I don t have any time Mon-Sat. I would recommend looking for a better deal and has a more professional environment. In San Diego, I paid $180 for an installation of the same sub and a bass knob in a BMW 4 Series with a premium sound system and took them only 2hrs and it was done neatly.

I have always been very impressed with this business but today I feel like I got robbed I paid to get a new stereo in and told me it would be 150 to install it and put mic and everything then got a call saying the stereo wouldn t move from the main screen so it didn t work I told them to put the old one back come back almost at closing for my car then charged me 200$ not to say the cashier was very rude so disappointed I paid 200 to keep the same stereo that was already in

Don t take your vehicles here these guys are rip offs. Bunch of cheap overpriced stuff. Had to take it to someone else to fix what they did. Don t do it.

See bad review below. Owner tells you to buy American brand head units like Alpine, Sony, Pioneer, Kenwood, JVC. Dummy, those are Japanese companies. All of them. Go somewhere that knows their stuff.Edit: I'm over 40 and rock ARC, Helix and SI gear. Don't make your shop not having an RTA, knowing nothing and being a low rated POS make you turn it into an issue if me being cheap. Quite opposite, you couldn't do quality work and DSP integrations if your life depended on it. Bing at SiS smokes you, along with several other shops being just plain better than you. If you're so great why are you the lowest reviewed shop? Trick question, huh?

Brought an amp and sub to be hooked up, they installed everything but when I was called to come pick it up they installed a new dash screen because my old one I guess wouldn't work. They did this a couple times where they install something without you giving them consent and then charge you later for it at a high price. But what can you do they already installed it. Took my car back because the back up cam wasn't working and same with the hand controls on the steering wheel. They said it's because of my wrangler that they can't connect the hand controls or the back up cam. I called another shop and they said it will Be no problem to connect my hand controls and back up cam.Overall a bad customer experience and a lot more money than was originally estimated. I own a local small business and it's disappointing to see another local small business run like this. Unfortunately I can not recommend this place after I felt they took me for a ride with getting a simple amp and sub installed. Total cost me about $2200 and still not satisfied what's so ever.

Been coming here since the early days when pops was selling at the concord flea Market. Before both shops were built! Yes I am an oG!! Love how the business is ran and everyone on staff is nice! Shout out too Jerry and basheir for the great work and customer service!

The place is Great had issue with my battery being installed at Lehmers GMC which kicked in the auto thief security which couldn't turn vehicle off....I drove up told them what's up they took a look at the situation. ..Told me $100 bucks had some hidden issues so out the door $150.Talked about my vehicle and key fob I will be returning next month..For me just popping in right off the street.. it was great service and time in and out under 45 minutesFriendly and again Great service..

I had a great experience with Bashier and the MB Auto Lounge. I called Bashier early on a Sunday. He asked me a few questions and gave me a ballpark estimate right over the phone to replace my car stereo. The entire experience was straight forward and as pleasant as possible. When I arrived he was ready and gave me some background on the various products he has in stock. I ended up going with an Kenwood deck. He had everything installed within 45 minutes. After install he walked me and my wife through the entire process of how to sync bluetooth and the various things that related to my new deck. Just a great experience overall. They also have a nice little lounge to chill while waiting for your install to complete or head over to starbucks and various foods options across the street to kill the time. Thanks Bashier!

Jerry and Tony put an amazing, reasonable, good quality audio package together. Got home and began breaking everything in for 8 hours as instructed, over the course of 2 days(start your car every 2 and a half hours, let it run for 15 minutes or you'll be calling AAA). Any who, during this time, the throb is getting louder, and louder, and crisp as well. I'm very pleased! I don't lose much sound/bass when the top is down. Nondo was my installation tech; he was amazing as well. He did a quick, very clean job; being a noon time walk in, I still had my whole day left over when he finished.

They went above and beyond for me, the owner help me out with a head unit issue where I got a JVC deck in 2011 and they didn t have a firmware update for my car available on their site and so he cut me an excellent deal and replaced my head unit now I can drive from CA to the east coast with music and not in silence. No kidding entertainment makes long distance travel a lot easier so super thankful to them for having a heart and helping me out!

I've been coming here for years and it's always good everyone of my cars slap the hardest so I would like to first thank my two favorite gentlemen Basheir & Jerry for all they hard work and of u can deal with me than u can deal with anything I'm a piece of work and don't mind owning it but I want what I want and work hard to get what I want GM Electronics / MB AUTO LOUNGE has always treated my family and I as family and there is not another shop better than them I put this on everything I own now let's argue

I've been to many stereo shops. This place has been the best place. Their staff is very knowledgable on car systems. They when above and beyond with the service provided to me. They are willing to work with you in pricing. They have so many different brands. Over all. If you are serious about BEAT in your car; look no-where else.

These people are extremely rude on top not having a set price. I came here and got a quote from the manager for $500 for installation and I come back a couple weeks later and talk to someone else and the Goes from $500to $1900 because I wanted to add a high amp. Mind you I have all of my equipment So this price is just for installation

I was super nervous to walk into GM electronics. But when I did walk in the nice sells manager Tony helped me with pricing and figured out what stereo best fit my car. I will definitely be back and let my family and friends know.

Let's see if you're going to answer this one Mr. Bashir. I spent $1,500.00 to upgrade my sound system and since you said that your installation has a life time warranty. I went back to your place twice to have a few issues resolved you were on top of your roof and didn't even come down to listen to what I had to say you said a few bad words( I am not going to mention them here)and I'm still not satisfied. Just like a few people that reviewed your services i feel like i got ripped off. Sorry but i am going to take you to court maybe I'll get my money back if justice serves right.

I went in to G.M. Electronics in concord hearing good things from my friend about their pricing and work. They don't charge for labor, they just charge parts. This place is getting 1 star because they did a terrible job on my sound system. They didn't know anything about their products and they used the phrase "I think " a lot while answering the questions I had on their products. Every time I would ask a question they made me feel like I was inconviencing them and the boss there wasn't very friendly. The service was bad, the products put in my car were "low quality and incorrectly installed" as described by an actual audio place. Overall bad experience. Ghetto. You'd get better service in Oakland or Pittsburgh than here. Don't waste your time or money. I spent over 600$ and all that I got was headaches from the whole experience. They take forever and when I wanted to upgrade my amp they installed a used one and charged me another 100$. I got screwed. A lot of other reviews on here are fake. Pay the extra money and get the quality sound you want elsewhere.

I've had at least 10 alarms over the years put in with these guys & they have always worked out great & the last setup was a deal for 2 of my friends & myself, we all have Ford F350's & F250's & they made us a package deal for all 3 installs & Viper prices. I've always had great service & a quick turnaround on getting my vehicle in & out. We also had 3 of our cars done with stereos & speakers & some bump & never had any problems either. Keep up the good work.

Had my girls stereo installed her on volume 1 it was at like level 50 lucky the phone has a volume for the Bluetooth took it back and the guy was more worried about his phone car then the car he never was able to fix it won't be coming back

Here's my experience with gm electronics: went in to inquire prices on window tint and an alarm for my new baby....my car! Well,tint prices seemed good but alarm was more important. Was quoted an average price for installation of a newer brand of alarm that I was told was comparable to what I wanted,a directed electronics brand product. I agreed due to the fact that they could install it that day and in fact was promised it would take not long at all. There was one car being finished then I was next. This was at around 10am. I gave my keys and went to lunch. Upon return I observed my car hadn't even been started yet. Three hours had passed already. After seeing alot of standing around and no real work being done I told them forget it I had to work tomorrow and couldn't wait. Oh no,they insisted.... it would be quick. This after already charging me $30 more than what they just quoted as the price. I said ok I guess when he wouldn't give me my keys I asked for back ,and sat on the bench out front. Let me just say I wasn't out of there until 7 pm and was NOT HAPPY with the whole ordeal!!! I'm not satisfied with any of it. There is no starter disable hooked up like they said ,the valet button is dangling from its wires hanging out of a seam in the dash right in front of the driver's seat,and there's Mark's left all over where they pried apart stuff to install it. All for 30 more than I was told at first. I called but if they think I'm going to go thru that again to have them fix what shouldn't be the way they already installed it,they're crazy. I guess I was to go there the first time. Or maybe I just trusted the wrong shop

I feel ripped offCalled them and the owner quoted me 599 plus tax for 2 10 subs, amp, wiring and install. He said it s a great system and will be 1500 watts RMS.I went and had it installed and everything was great.After noticing the amp was only 600 watts and finding out the subs were only 500 watts total, I went back because this was not a 1500watt setup.The owner offered me store credit as a refund, and would make no exception to return my money.Waste of time and money, extremely upset and I feel ripped off. Never taking any of my cars here again
