I left the Fairfield Ford-Lincoln in Fairfield, CA and drive from Suisun City to have my car serviced by Concord Lincoln because of the excellent yet professional, and personal service i recieve and the peaceful atmosphere.Even though I miss the previous staff, I appreciate you have continued to bring in genuinely good people.Now, please put the TV back on in the Lincoln wait area and we have perfection!

The service advisor, Jay Adamos was a great help. Got the car in and out for a recall in one day and round trip transportation. Friendly and managed expectations well.

I contacted Lincoln because my car had a Shift System Failure, I talked to Nate who worked with me to give me an appointment that suited my schedule.At the dealership I was helped by Jay and fortunately the repair was simple and I took my car back in a couple of days.
