They have moved to a new location but overall I'm so disappointed to find out that because I have a 2015 sonata that the blue link feature is no longer compatible because of an update with years 2018 or older as of December 2022, this was one of the reasons I purchased this vehicle 2 years ago and my experience has been less than I would say great , in trying to pursue this option Melissa was rude when she said she would call me back to initially research this I ended up calling her to inquire what's the status and only to be told that she got busy with other clients and I wasn't a priority because I wasn't there at their store. I understand that customer service is important however regardless if I'm in the building or not I should have not had to call them if you tell a customer you will call them Follow through with this.

First of all, I rarely write reviews. If service is bad at a restaurant, I don't write reviews, I just never go back. I felt I needed to say something here. I had a great experience with TIm in service today 2/21/20. It's a different business and attitude now that they were bought out by Future. I had a simple oil leak and a software update. He kept his work every step of the way from time he would call me for the estimate and pick up. I heard in the past service was slow, but my car was done in <4 hours. The driver was a nice kid who was very engaging. I asked him about the change and he said they let go quite a few people who weren't customer service oriented and those who didn't acutally care about quality of work, speed and service. I can see that. They offered to have a courtesy shuttle drop me off at work and take me back to the dealer if I wanted. I have to pick the car up in the morning, so he texted me back to extend the offer to the next day or whenever I needed it. WIll definitely return if I need work done.

I called to see if they had a steering stabilizer for my rwd 96 Ram 3500 with independent front suspension. This is a difficult part to find as Dodge no longer makes it. I had tried five different aftermarket parts and they all limited my right turns to about a 60 foot circle while my left circle was 50 feet. The parts guy was super helpful and emailed me a list of five different dealers from other states that might still have one in stock. He included Vintage Auto Parts that did have an OEM in stock. The parts guy went above and beyond. Don t know about the rest of the company but this guy was super.

This place does not honor first come first serve, service is horrible. People are friendly but do not work to expedite process. Been here several times for an oil change on my wifes car and had to wait over an hour and up to 2 hours. May be better to pay, I think this is why they take forever on the lifetime oil changes.

Likes to make appts and then either cancel at the last minute or not do anything at all, even when they keep your car all day. David, the service manager does not answer phone calls and does not returns calls (still waiting for my return call). Take you car elsewhere!

Horrible experience here, what a joke. I tried taking my Chrysler Pacifica hybrid here to get a software update and they explained that they don't have any updates for our VIN number, but clearly in the instructions I have it says to apply the update if the customer is experiencing problems even if the VIN is not in the list. So instead of taking a look at it, the guy tried to charge me $180 saying if he can't reproduce the problem I reported then it's going to cost me. Never go here if you want a good experience.
