I've been trying to find a trustworthy shop to work on 5th gen 4runner. Recently I had Frank, Camilo and Genaro assist me to fix a problem I've had for many years with my after market suspension. Camilo knew exactly what my runner needed and had me back overloading in no time. They are all very knowledgeable in their profession. I'm extremely satisfied with their work. They definitely have a customer for life. Thanks again to the whole team.

I just took my car to Franks Repair Service and he was excellent. Very nice and very professional. Did the work in a timely matter and very good to work with. I definately recommend Frank's Import Repair Service. Thank you Frank.

I badly wanted to fix my truck and in four other places I was already told that it wouldn't be economical when I was recommented to go to this shop. He told me he can fix it based on what I told him that gasket is blown on high milage engine. I paid for towing and he charged a "diagnostic fee", but failed to tell be anything new that I didn't already knew that my Truck could't be fixed economically. Four other places already told me exactly this for free based on what I told. I didn't ask him what is wrong. I asked him whether he can fix it! For what was a charge?

Just do yourself a favor and take your car to Frank's shop. It's rare to find honest, professional and trustworthy people like Frank these days. I had my timing belt and oil serviced and Frank and his team got everything done in the same day. Price was fair and the work was extremely professional. Thanks again!

We love Frank s! He s the only guy my boyfriend goes to if he can t do a repair himself, and when my car was in dire need of repair he was adamant I go to no one else but Frank. Probably one of the few mechanics that doesn t try to scam women too, which is one of the reasons my bf was so insistent I go to him specifically. Highly recommend! My car runs smoother and safer than it did when I got it! He even gave me a great deal on one of my repairs!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

So happy to find a mechanic I can trust! Not sure why anyone would think he's shady (referring to an older review) because he seems anything but that...I suppose anyone can have an off experience or misinterpretations, but for me, Frank has been great to work with...honest, straightforward, only does necessary work and has decent prices. I haven't gone anywhere else for my cars since I've found Frank.

Not shady!!! Are you kidding me? Frank has been working on my cars for years and now he has his own shop. I recommend him to everyone! He won't fix it if it isn't broken, he tells you what's up with your car and he will adjust the cost, maybe doing less than needs done...if you can't afford it. He truly cares about people and if you had a bad experience, it was probably you....or you work for a nearby shop and are trying to discredit him. I don't know him personally, but never, in 40 years of driving, have I ever met an honest mechanic until Frank...teacher from Concord...I'm positive your car will leave fixed right...or he will make it right...and he's not overcharging or "over-fixing"....I promise!!!

Frank worked on my family's vehicles for years at a Toyota shop. We found an honest, trustworthy mechanic! He's also a certified Toyota and Honda mechanic. Taking your vehicles here is worth every penny.[Chris Mickens has posted 3 negative reviews on 2 different auto shops in Florida and this shop in CA. Now sure what his deal is, but too bad he's having car troubles.]

I have been bringing my Lexus and my Sequoia to Frank for at least 10 years. I am sure he has saved me lots of money. He is very clear about what the problem is and what it takes to fix it. I know he moved away from Toyotapro but I only went there because of Frank. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for good quality service at a reasonable price.

Knowledge, confident and friendly service. I brought a used vehicle, I recently purchased, for a loom over for any major issues. The service was done within a day and Frank was very personable with me. He also offered his further assistance with any items I may want to undertake myself in the future.

Incredibly honest. If Frank doesn't think your car is worth the expense of fixing it, he tells you before he does anything. Highest integrity!!!

Frank is honest, fair, and reasonable. He won't fix it if it doesn't need to get fixed and will help you by looking for off brand parts to keep prices down.
