Brought my 3rd Gen 4Runner in due to a blown head gasket after a road trip and was blown away by the service and detail Carlos took in making sure everything was perfect for my daily. I made it known up front I only wanted to use Toyota parts to keep it factory and increase the lifespan. Every part was ran by me prior to installation and everything was dialed exactly how I wanted it. He even sent me pictures of the cylinder walls to show how they looked and kept me in the loop when we sent out the heads to get machined. Overall, super impressed with the work and was really glad the recommendation on going here was given to me. Thank you!

I had to leave a review after a positive experience with this business. My jeep was having issues and the dealership couldn t see me for a month. The owner went above and beyond explaining what the issue was and what the options were. I would recommend to anyone in need of a car fix or maintenance!

Honestly wish I could put less than 1 star..Long story short, DONT spend you're money here.Had me spend 300 to get my vehicle released without getting the car able to run. With the same problem it came in for.I didn't like that they were under the hood before I even got to meet them face to face basically ensuring that they're going to get payments somehow some way and I could have declined the services and told me a diagnosis for the car that I already knew.Just not good work I feel like theres too much to say.

I went to Foreign Auto Care for issues with my 2006 Saab 93. They were competent and easy to work with. It was easy to get in and pricing was fair. Would recommend.

My first and only interaction with this shop was no good. was trying to tell the dude about the car and didn't really want to listen.Said "could not do repairs " and sent the car home not running after charging me for a diagnosis

I am a new car owner and own a VW Jetta from 2010, and it's a pretty sensitive car that needs proper maintenance. At the time, I was having engine issues and wasn't sure where to go for repairs and an oil change.My experience at Foreign Auto Care was amazing! The customer service is excellent and the prices are very good for foreign cars (Jiffy Lube expected me to pay ~250 for an oil change whereas it was 150 here). I have to give a big thank you to Carlos for being a great manager; he genuinely cares about meeting your needs instead of taking your money. Overall a 10/10 for the business and the people who work here.Services: Transmission repair, Oil change

Carlos was fantastic to work with! He was trustworthy, so fair and did such a great job! I dropped off my car in the morning and we got the call it was complete even earlier than I was expecting. And the cost savings compared to not only the dealer but other shops we called. We were thrilled!! I would forever use his business to work on our Mercedes! I've been going to this shop for several years with the different cars. Always received excellent service and advice about my cars. Carlos is an honest and great guy, It's hard to find a place like this. My parents also take their cars here, I've also recommended a friend.Every time I need some kind of repair or work done, I know I can always trust to get the best service and prices here.

I've been taking my BMW to Carlos since I bought it in 2008, and I took my Nissan to him before that. Both of my parents also take their cars there (Nissan, BMW, and Volvo). He's always honest about what needs to be done, prices, and the amount of time it's going to take. As you can see, he has experience with all kinds of cars, and his hours are very convenient.Even though I've moved about an hour away from his shop, I still take my car there because I trust him with my car.

I have been bringing my cars to Carlos and staff for over 22 years, I would never have any one else work on them.I have always found Foreign Auto Repair, to be very accomodating with my schedule, reasonabley priced, my car is always fixed in the time quoted if not sooner and I have never had any problems with any thing that has been repaired.I would and have recommended Carlos and Foreign Auto Repair to any of my friends.

I received great service from this place so I had to write a review! I was in a time crunch and needed to get to work. The owner (Carlos) allowed me drop off the car before the shop opened at 7:30a.m. He helped me with a ride to work and provided me a ride back to the shop. My car was fixed and in working condition in no time! I would recommend this auto care place to anyone.

Carlos was great to work with in regards to repairs to my Jag. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explaine what the issues were with my vehicle.I will continue to have him complete future repairs on car.

As many people know - being an owner of a foreign vehicle requires intricate & expensive repairs! Thankfully I found an auto shop that I TRUST! The shop owner Carlos provided specific info on what fixes were required and made sure to get my APPROVAL before making any repairs.Owning a 95' BMW requires expensive parts but I made sure to price check. Their prices were reasonable & fair. I will definitely continue to take my vehicles (BMW/HONDA) to the auto shop.

I came in for a CEL. They were very informative on what the issue was and was very clear on estimates(looked up the CEL myself so I knew what the issue was). He explained what's going to happen to my car and when I can expect the car back. Very easy to talk with and would recommend for any European imports.

I have taken 2 vehicles here and they always provide the best service. Both of my German cars get the repairs done right the first time. The staff is friendly and knowledgable and assure you any extra repairs they find are in your best interest. I have referred several others here and will return again for next repair or oil change.

I have serviced a couple of different cars here a few different times. The service has always been very quick and extremely reasonable. This is my go-to place for my BMW in Concord. This coming from someone who works at a dealership and gets discount work there.

The owner at this place is fundamentally dishonest and crooked. After Foreign Auto Repair worked on my car, I had to spend over 2 grand to fix the damages they did to my vehicle. When I raised the issue with the shop owner, he got violent and argumentative, yelling at me and then asking me to leave, refusing to fix the mess he made. I will NEVER go to this place EVER again, NOT EVER.

very simple honest qualityservice fair prices ihad my mercedes for brakes and tune up done cost me almost half prices compare to other shops with the original parts.i will recoment this shop.
