Very professional and friendly service. Marcos gave me thorough updates and explained in detail the work done on my car. My car is in great shape again, and I d definitely take it back to Fix Auto Concord if I ever needed to.

I highly recommend Fix Auto Concord, Marcos took care of my car needs in a timely manner, they let me know every step of the way and they made it easy to reach out to them in case I had any questions. Lastly my car looks like nothing ever happened to it, if I ever need repairs on any of my cars I ll will becoming back here, thank you.

Marcos was honest and friendly and gave me a complete, and affordable estimate within a couple of hours. He assisted us with some small additional tasks and did not hesitate to confirm that cost and did not add a mark up fee. The work was completed on time and professionally. I went to three auto shops to get a quote to paint my car. The man at Presicion auto gave me a quote that cost 4x more than the others - $12,000 to paint a car with no damages and he said that it would take 6 months to do it. He could just have been honest and said he didn't have time or manpower to do it, instead of giving me an overpriced quote. Next time just tell me you don't want to to do it, no need to lie. Other auto shops in the area quoted me between $3,000-$4,000 and a timeline of 7days.Service: Painting

STAY AWAY!! Wasted time trying to get the supplement. This shop promised to get it done but did not even bother to respond to my messages or deliver the supplement. If you don't like time wasters - stay away from this shop.
