I called Elite Auto Body for a collision estimate on my vehicle. They were able to complete it the same day at no cost to me. I really appreciate Julio for staying overtime to complete the estimate because I really needed it done. 10/10 would recommend! The staff really cares about their customers

my car was taken very good care of over there. The customer service was great, everybody was very straightforward with how everything worked with the insurance, and the quote....They even detailed the inside of my car which was embarrassingly filthy.there was some how a little gouge taken out of the back of the bumper when I went to pick it up, which was not there when I dropped it off. I asked Tony if he would check it out, and he checked the pictures, yes they take pictures of your car when you bring it in, and told me to come back the next day to get it fixed. Only took half a day.No hassle, great customer service, responsive and good communication. I hope to not need their services again, but if I do, I'm going back to them.I hope they charged the mess out of progressive for all that good work, because I've been giving them money for years now....

Brought my car in because they were a AAA approved auto body repair shop. My car was done in a week when every other shop was quoting a month before they could even look at it.The day I got it back I noticed at night the headlight on the side that was hit was still sitting low-I called the next morning and they took care of it immediately. (I don t think they actually forgot to fix it/did it wrong-it was probably within spec, but way lower than I was used to.) Everybody I talked to was also very patient and friendly.Service: Body & Trim

Poor service! Went to the shop to get an estimate for repairs to my fleet vehicle. The office was locked up tight at 2:30pm. Spoke to one of the body techs who made a phone call. He said they the office staff was at lunch but would be back in 20 minutes. I decided to go to Chili's around the corner for lunch myself, only to fine the Elite auto body guys in the bar drinking beer and having lunch. I sat down, ordered, ate and paid. When I left 45 minutes later the boys were still drinking and not even close to leaving to reopen the office. I went back to the shop and told the tech I was taking my business elsewhere. You should too!

I had a great experience here. They were very straight forward with what needed to be done. I has given a timeline and the repairs were actually done ahead of schedule. They even offered to give me a ride to the rental car place. I would highly recommend this shop for any repair work you need done.

I'm giving this shop 5 stars to nullify the below review by a Rob Frost, who gave the shop a 1 star simply because they were taking their lunch when he visited. Come on, Frost, you can't get mad at them for taking a long lunch, maybe it was someone's birthday. Their hours of operation are their prerogative, and have nothing to do with the quality of their work.

Watch out for the owner; went to get a quote and was waiting for the estimator.Met the owner in the parking lot; unfriendly at all. Inside the office, he was keep throwing off-mark questions, while I was filling in the form.It's like he is the king, not the customer.On the way out, he was calling out, "I AM THE OWNER...". Well you can just keep it just the way it is!!!

Best work environment I ever worked with. I miss working for charlie and the guys there. All the work performed there is top notch quality that is unmatched by any other shop. I learned alot working there it was great!- from Ryan
