The staff was friendly, professional and very efficient. Changed all six tires on my RV in a couple of hrs. I appreciate the quality of their work and will recommend them to friends and family. They are a true blessing.

Never had a better experience fixing up my car. Have come here twice now and both times I ve gotten fast honest service. Really can t stress this enough, if you re local this is the spot to go to. Very friendly staff running a great business. Matteo and the mechanic who helped me today are the best. Will be back.

Quickest and easiest tire purchase I have ever been through!! Jim is very knowledgeable, and a very honest businessman who will make sure to get you right with whatever you need with no beating around the bush. Best prices in the area for sure and I will be back for all my needs.

My mechanic recommend to go to The Discount Tire for my new tires alignment. The owner, Jim, was so friendly and honest. The technician texted me the photos showing the work done.There is no need to make an appointment for alignment. They completed the work while I was waiting. With some extra cost, they offered life time free alignment, rotation and balance.

Great Customer Service - Jim, Brandon and Melissa are great to work with. They keep you up to date on the status of your vehicle. I recently went in to get my shocks and tires replaced for my truck. I've done a few modifications to the truck so I was a little concerned that the aftermarket parts would make the job a little more difficult for the team. But they assured me that they had the experience and knowledge to get the job done right. Whenever they had a question or needed to do something different, Jim called me to let me know what was going on and waited until I was comfortable with the approach before doing anything. When I brought my truck home, there was a noise coming from one of the tires and when I called them back, Jim had his team come out and pick up my truck to look at it. Turns out it was a rock that got caught between some moving parts. He took care of it right away and dropped it back off to me. The team at Discount Tire went the extra mile to make sure I got the highest level of customer service.This was my second vehicle I brought to them. What brought me back the second time do my truck was the excellent customer service I got the first time when I went there to purchase a set of tires for my other car.Discount Tire has consistently had great customer service. I'd recommend their business to any of my friends or family looking for a great price and service for their vehicles.

These guys are GREAT!! Super fast, incredibly affordable and very friendly. All the staff is knowledgeable and honest--shout out to Alex for being extra cool. Family owned and been around a long time, I drive 40 miles just to have them work on my car. I worked in the automotive industry for 15 years and to find a shop you can trust like this is truly unique. Couldn't recommend any higher.

This place is amazing! We were renting an RV in the area and had an issue with the tire. The RV owners sent us here to get it replaced. They got us in quickly and had it done by the time we got back from picking up groceries for our trip. Wonderful customer service!

Great service with honest ethical practices, that is difficult to find nowadays. Jim explains everything to me in advance and made sure I understood what he was doing, or not. Also, he made sure I was aware of the longer wait time due to shortage of mechanics during this period. He made good on his wheel alignment lifetime warranty that I appreciate very much. He really cares for his clients' safety and welfare in driving their autos. A very responsible business, indeed. You will be delighted if you seek his store services for your auto including tires and batteries. Thank you, Jim.

I wish I could give Discount Tire 100 stars. I came in yesterday with a screw in my tire, Jim said he could get me back on the road with no problems, and the wait time was short. When we discussed my car individually, before beginning the work, Jim said I had two options. He explained to me that he could get me back on the road with the tires I had, but he also let me know my tires were roughly 5 years old (I bought this car in October). With a heavy rainstorm coming, I decided the best thing to do would be to get new tires. He let me know I might need an alignment, but he would let me know. Jim then ubered me to work (by 9:30a when I arrived at the shop at 8:30a). Halfway through the day Jim sent me text showing how bad the alignment was on my car (I would have believed him either way!) and I gave him the go ahead on my alignment job, I returned at 5:15p after work to my brand new tires and alignment, for cheaper than JUST TIRES I bought last year (same type of car, that was totaled). Highly recommend!!!

This place is the best! The most honest, straightforward mechanics I have ever met. I had just been to meineke, where I had gotten an $1800. Estimate on my brakes. I took it to discount tire, and Jim showed me my brakes were practically new and just needed adjustment and bleeding. Total cost $85. They didn t try to sell me on anything. I asked about new tires for my rv and they gave me the ones I needed for a price far below their competitors. The work was professional, clean and done quickly. I cannot stress how impressed I am with these guys. From now on they get ALL my work.

GREAT..... I mean EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service. Jim is an awesome person and the sweetest guy I've encountered at a tire shop. The staff is just as GREAT and thoughtful as he is. I didn't get the name of the dude who actually work on my truck tire, but words can't express my gratitude and appreciation for how he helped me and made sure I left with my problem solved. I would recommend this place to ALL. The best place in Concord.

I've gone to Discount a few times, when I need more done with my wheels than what Costco provides (tire purchases/rotations). They do a great job setting and meeting expectations, and they stand behind their work; it's nice to deal with folks who are professional and honest.

Car repairs are never fun, but this shop makes it easy. They are so incredibly helpful, prompt, and don't try to force services your vehicle doesn't need. Our company has been sending our fleet to them for years and, unannounced, I took my car in to see if an individual could get the same great service. Melissa and the technicians were just as courteous, attentive, and quick with the scheduling/repairs--and still for a great price! Wow is all I can say about this business and it's employees.

LOCAL BUSINESS AT ITS BEST!!I was here a year ago after a downfall with Big o Tires. Those guys made me wait forever, had horrible customer's service, and most importantly, they didn't notice, advised or care to fix one of the bolts broken on one of my rear wheels. Discount Tire not only completed the service, but noticed the broken/missing bolt while rotating the tires, gave me proper advise and had the problem fixed in record time. Excellent customer's service and super-reasonable prices. Support this wonderful local business, stop waiting in line for under standard service in Big-o-Tires and bring your car here for service. They not only have a great selection of new tires, they will also do the complete oil change and basic scheduled maintenance your vehicle may need. 5 STARS!!

This place is not playing around, they are competitive and professional. I spoke with Jim over the phone and he quoted me the best price. Then Melissa rang me up and was very patient with me and my three kids, explaining different tire and insurance options. Another guy who worked there gave my daughter the remote control so they could choose something on tv, most places will not do that, same old boring news. I could tell this team was strong. They stuck to their ideals and it showed.

Great office staff. She was friendly and has a wonderful smiling personality. The are effient and quick. I was getting a tire patched. Got there without an appointment and was told that I would have a little wait. I was done within an hour. To me that's not a wait. I was very impressed with the shop.

SHOPPED AROUND NORTHERN CALIFORNIA FOR A SET OF Tires FOR A MBZ 2008 SPORT MODEL THAT REQUIRES TWO SETS OF DIFFERENT TIRES. DISCOUNT HAD THE EXACT SET IN THE SAME BRAND....INSTALLED AND BALANCED TO OEM...PLUS THE PRICE THAT I PAID WAS BETTER THAN THE OTHER BIG BRAND COMPANIES..

I have been buying tires from Jim for years and hope to for many to come. Jim is a man of his word and has always stood behind the service and products he has given to me. His prices are very competitive. Hope you have checked out his three different payment options he provides on his alignments. All three are great! I recommend Discount tire !

I'm not from CA and I didn't know about the whole Discount Tire/America's Tire thing. I wanted my tires rotated and the representative I talked to let me know that they would have to charge me but America's Tire would rotate them for free. I am so grateful for the honesty instead of trying to make money off of me. That honesty is a sign of a great company.

I've been going to Discount Tires for almost 20 years and 4 vehicles. They are extremely caring and honest, always looking for the best deals for my wallet. I had my taken my commuter car in for issues it was having. They found some major front end problems that could have caused me an accident at some point. I dropped my car off with them and they took me back to work. They brought it back to me at the end of my day. I walked outside and immediately saw that it had two new tires that I did not say I wanted. I was told that they were not charging me for them because Jim, the owner, knew I didn't have the funds but, he felt my safety meant more than the price of the tires. I have never heard of a shop doing something like that. I recommend this tire shop to everyone I know. Thank you Jim!

This manager, Jim, you can absolutely trust. Because I didn't 'look deep enough' in the trunk of my Prius,' I thought that my spare tire never got put back in after I bought a new tire 15 months ago. Turned out the spare WAS there in a deeper section I didn't know about but Jim was prepared to give me a new spare if the mistake had been theirs. This is a guy with integrity, and I will come back here every time!

Honestly this place is a gem. I live and work in Berkeley, but I make the trip out to Concord because they consistently provide quality vehicle service and fantastic customer service. It can be a daunting task to find an honest mechanic, which is why I m happy to leave this review in support of discount tires. If you re looking for a place for oil changes/ brakes/ or any full service issues like check engine lights or tune ups for the maintenance of your vehicle, and want honest experts in the field who appreciate your business and honor your needs, then I strongly recommmend discount tires!

Unfortunately I ve had tire problems twice within a month. FORTUNATELY, I was recommended to go to Discount Tire in Concord . I was so well taken care of on the first visit that returning the second time was a no brainer. I highly recommend Discount Tire on Monument in Concord.
