I thought I was going to lose my vehicle and totaled out. Dentpro was the only company willing to work with me and they were the nicest by far! They kept me up to date throughout the process and the owners are so sweet. I highly recommend going here for repairs! One of the owners, Anna makes it the best experience for a crummy situation! They are amazing.

The owners were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. They kept me updated and aware of all the work and steps involved. They made the time to get me in as soon as possible and take care of the issues I had. Did great timely work. I cant recommend them enough!

I had a truly exceptional experience with DentPro Colors! They exceeded my expectations in every aspect.The repairs were done very efficiently, and my car looks as good as new. Matt and Anna and their team did an excellent job repairing our Toyota Rav4 which had a manufacturer defect causing the factory paint to peel in multiple locations. The paint repair work was done promptly and very economically, and the quality of the repair was superb. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing any kind of paint repair, and our vehicle looks great once again!Gary & LoriService: Painting

These guys did an amazing job for and for a very reasonable price. I went to several shops to get a quote and DentPro was the ONLY place that gave me multiple options and asked me what I was looking for specifically. No games, no gimmicks, just top notch customer service. , Anna was incredibly responsive and communicative, willing to work with me and explain options, all while being very personable and transparent with me.I had a side-view mirror that needed to be replaced on my Nissan after a run-in with my own garage column and she and the team took care of me in such a small amount of time that I couldn't believe it. I think we all have that skepticism that car mechanics/autobody places are going to take advantage of you, so it was very refreshing working with them, because the second I walked in Anna was so incredibly kind to me. I've already recommended a friend to them and I will definitely use them again if I need to... but like, I hope I don't have to anytime soon... BUT IF I DO... this will be my first stop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I will start by saying that service pretty much everywhere is beyond terrible! Just when I thought there were no good ones left, here comes Matt and Anna. They are simply unreal meaning the best of the best! You want no headaches? Go to them. They re the type who take pride in their work and service. They are accountable and take responsibility! They have the true old fashioned service values! Want that old school real service feeling? GO TO THEM! They re real! Thanks so much you guys! Anna saved me. There was paint from a pole I went into while backing up but I thought it was a scratch but thanks to her, my car is clean and looks fresh. This place saves lives

This review is waaay overdue and hella long but Dentpro is amazing and I'm so thankful for them!I have a 2017 KIA Soul that had been off the dealership lot all of 3 months when a little old man side swiped me. I immediately called the KIA dealership in Concord to ask who they recommend for body repairs and Dentpro was first on their list!As a female and a longtime customer service agent, I am very leery of auto repair shops and I have a high expectation for customer service. I was looking for honesty, reliability and care in customer satisfaction. After the first phone call with the owner Anna, I felt very confident that Dentpro was going to be the right fit but after meeting her husband (also owner) Matt I knew I was in good hands. Anna and Matt are not only professional in their work but I would go as far as to say they are just genuinely good people.I was dealing with the other gentleman s insurance company (which was a nightmare) and they were very much trying to fix my BRAND-NEW car the cheapest way possible. They wanted to just fix the skin of the door when in reality I need a whole new door. Matt made sure everything was done correctly and not half-assed, I m sure there was a little fighting on Anna and Matt's part with the insurance company but they handled everything. With that, Anna was amazing at contacting me and keeping me updated on what was going on. I commute 100 miles a day for work and sometimes work 8-9 days in a row, so I m hard to reach most of the time but Anna called and left a voicemail letting me know the status and giving me a much need peace of mind every step of the way. (This is my first brand new car and basically the love of my life, so that was much appreciated.)That said the car was fix in less than a week and looked just like Matt said it would, BRAND-NEW! Anna let me check out the car and gave me care instructions for the new paint which was also very helpful.Over-all, if your hesitant about who to take your car to, take it to Dentpro. The work, customer service and amazing owners are one in a million and worth more than 5 or even 20 stars.

As far as having to have body work done, this was a GREAT experience. I needed a large bumper dent pushed out and they did a wonderful job and it took less than half an hour. The price was extremely reasonable and the staff is very nice and knowledgeable. I recommend Dentpro Colors!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Excellent work. They worked with my insurance company and repaired my vehicle in less than a week. The insurance co. agreed the accident was 100% the other guy's fault so went ahead and paid to have my car repaired right away. Dentpro will work with you and waive a portion of your deductible if you ask. They have a great work ethic and great customer service as well.

SIMPLY AMAZING!!! Both Matt and Anna are customer-focused and understand customer service excellence! I brought my SUV in after being hit by a service vehicle on the freeway. The other driver's insurance was less than cooperative as they were trying to cut corners, not use OEM parts for my less than one year old vehicle. Through their respected relationships with parts suppliers and local dealerships, DentPro Colors ensured all original parts would be used on my vehicle. They went above and beyond to make this happen when they didn't need to. Matt and Anna communicated with me every step of the way to ensure I was kept in the loop and was never left to wonder what the status was with my vehicle. I would recommend DentPro Colors 100% every time!

Matt and his wife were so very helpful and worked with my budget. They also did an amazing job on my side fender, you wouldn t even know my side fender got damaged. They went above and beyond.
