Don't trust them with your car!Good prices, but such horrible service it's not worth it. I had issues when I got my tires installed, and both times I went back to get them adjusted. It's always a realllyyy long wait, even with an appointment. The first time they dug through my whole car leaving things a mess, with my glove box contents dumped on the floor, and ruined a blanket I had in my trunk with motor oil "looking for my wheel lock" even though I told them it was in the cup holder, and asked them to call me if there were any issues. When I went back next time, I handed my wheel lock to them at the desk and had them put a note saying that they had it, to try to avoid the same problem - came out to my car dug through and trashed again. They also tried to keep my wheel lock, and I had to argue with them to get it back and prove it fit my wheels.My brand new tire also started leaking after only two months.They are rude and unorganized, and I really regret buying insurance through them because I don't trust them with my car.Go to America's Tires instead; they are super nice and helpful and actually do a good job!I really tried to give Costco Tires a chance, but they are absolutely not worth it.

Worst customer service ever, DON'T TRUST EVERY WORD THAT THEY SAID!! My tire repiar appointment is on Sunday 5:00pm(the only that is available at the moment), the tech take a glance of the damage tire and refuse to repair it due to the nail is on the side ( but it is more on the edge, clearly it is repairable). I end up went to another shop(tire chain shop start with A) to get it fix. I hope Costco tired center Manager will see this! Because this is really waste of time and ruining the COSTCO brand.

Overall, this experience was very easy and convenient. I bought 4 tires and scheduled my appointment online. I walked up to the counter, checked in, and handed over my keys. After about an hour and a half (during which I got all my shopping done), I received a call and my car was ready. I picked up my key on the way out. The staff was professional and efficient.

Purchased a full set of nice tires for my car costco online. My tires sat at Costco in Concord for a month, waiting for the installation appointment. Finally get tires installed and within 5 months I have a slow leak. I tried to get it fixed right away, but they had no availability within a week. Had travel plans, came back and they still had no availability outside of my work hours for another two weeks. TO FIX A FLAT TIRE!?!?!? They told me try walk-in after work. Did that about 4 times with no luck. Now it's been 2 months, its holiday season, and I had to take a day off work because it's a 4 hour wait for the walk-ins. That money I saved on tires is now spent in missing wages. Won't be doing this again, I'll pay the extra $100 to another tire shop and not have the headache.

Yesterday I purchased 4 new tires. Today, one tire had a slowLeak. When I called, they said next appointment in 8 days orSpend 2-10 hours as a walk in? What? It was your mistake ..not mine? Any savings realized you PAY in the hassle and they do not stand behind their service. Go elsewhere!

Horrible service. Found what I wanted online, then called to see if they had them in stock. Took 5 calls and almost 3 hours before I was able to talk to somebody on the phone. Told me, not in stock, but ordering from them (rather than online) much faster if in other local stores. Asked to check and told available, but couldn't pay or order over the phone; had to go in. Drove in, very slow line, then informed me that now only 2 available; need to order online. Asked if they could order and told that I had to do so. Drove home, went online and discovered that had become "temporarily out of stock" while I wasted time at the store. 2 days later, May26, became available online and I ordered and paid. Told should be in Jun 12. Heard nothing. June13 checked online and saw they were delivered to the store on June 5. June 14 tried to call and every time rolled over to opening message. Finally called the main Costco desk and the guy told me that he had a paper list of people trying to call the tire center. He could add my name and number to the list and walk it over. 2 hours later they called. I asked why nobody had informed me that the tires had been there for 9 days. He said that they "should" have informed; like talking to Gomer Pyle. I asked when I could finally get them on my car and was told that the next available appointment was June 23. Said that if I walked in, "might" be out by their 8:30 closing. If I came well before 8AM, I "might" be first in the line when the y opened at 8:30 and "might be out by 1PM.I drove to the store and cancelled. Called America's Tire who answered on the second ring. They ordered the tires which arrived 2 days later and gave me an appointment for the next day. Oh yes, about $107 cheaper than Costco.

About a week ago I ordered new tires because I thought I was near the end of my tread life. They had Michelin tires on sale so I went and had an ordered them. I went in today with my appointment to have them installed and one of their employees said you do not need new tires at this point. You still have 45% of tread life. They refunded my money for the tires and I will see them in about six months. They are so honest and I appreciate them very much. Finally had my tires installed and ordered and everything turned out great. Took about 45 minutes after checking me in for my 9 o clock appointment. Highly recommended.Thanks Costco tires

Customer service is Not what it used to be here! I bought new tires and they installed them. Normally tire reps tell you if you need to replace your tire monitor pressure sensors when the tires are off. Not this time, no call, no mention prior to discuss. I drive away, tpms light is on, and after calling to discuss why they didn't tell me or fix it, there is no apology. The rep hung up on me. I think I am gonna stick with great customer service over at les schwab!

I just want to give a special thanks to George, he was very patient and polite with me today while I was angry about the tires that I purchased 10 days ago and didn t arrive on time. He also tried his best to find four tires and replace them for me.

We've purchased a few sets of tires from this particular location. I enjoy the fair pricing, warranty and generally professional work. My only gripe is that this tire shop is always absolutely swamped and booked for weeks ahead of time. Going in for an emergency repair will take you the whole day. The team do the best they can, but they're completely overloaded with work. Appointment times are rarely kept. Always plan for your vehicle to be pulled in an hour past your appointment and my advise would be to simply drop it off and move on with the rest of your day if you can so you're not sitting around for hours waiting. Good place, good tire selection, good prices, but getting any work done here always takes longer than anticipated.

My parents bought this from Costco for me, so I went here to get my tire fixed due to a slow leak, which I found caused by a screw in one of the treads. They got me in right away and I was able to shop during my wait. It was very convenient and everyone was very friendly! Best yet, this purchased from Costco have warranty, so it was covered!

Do NOT let them touch your car!!!If they damage your lugnut like breaking it ( it happened to me twice), they will not admit it, and you end up paying for it.Even though you are standing watching them work from the beginning, they won't say anything like "sir, you are missing a lugnut" before removing the wheel but after taking the car out and blaming it on you.They are LIARS and DISHONEST.AVOID THIS TIRE PLACE !!!!!

Had Costco install 4 brand new tires with a appointment and noticed that my sensors where not reading. I then came back the next day to have them look at the tires and the found a bad sensor and told me to come back the next day to have them change it out. I have waited for a hour and a half just to tell me again that sensor was bad which I already knew that. I had to wait another hour just to fix one sensor. If they didn t damage it in the first place they would have wasted my time. I m pretty sure other people have experience this situation. Horrible customer service.

Absolutely zero knowledge and incompetent. My Car was loosing air slowly because of a puncture (a 1/4" needle size puncture), I came in and asked them to check and took an appointment. I was OK with waiting time but told them if the car keeps loosing air, then the sidewall will rip off due to the car weight. They nodded but didn't do anything and now I have to change all 4 tires (all wheel drive SUV) because the tire sidewall did rip off. All because of their stupidity.

Now you can schedule an appointment online for tire services. I did that, then just dropped my keys and mileage at the tire counter. I was told an hour for the job and they called on time to let me know my car was ready. When picking up my keys I was given a very detailed explanation. Great knowledgeable staff.

Not happy with the treatment of vehicle and wheels. Last time 4 new tires installed on with visible mounting damage to the wheels. They also wrote R and L on face of the wheels it's not coming off. Today left it for simple rotation and flat tire repair and I have a ding with small paint damage on rear door as a result.

Great Prices, Great Tires, Great (although very busy) attitude on the part of the employees who are not paid on commission and never try to rip you off. Costco honors the tire warranties, and I swear (at least at the Concord, CA store), give the customer the benefit of the doubt, not the tire manufacturer. Very busy place. Only way to go is to drop off the car and come back later to pick it up.

I have been going here for years. I cannot tell the number of times I came in thinking I was gonna need new tires and only got rotated. Or a slow leak was super as a nail and repaired. They are honest reliable and nice. I only wish they did brakes too.

Made an appointment for tires purchased beforehand. Still had to wait nearly 2.5 hours to have tires installed. Somehow, they killed the battery in my car and didn't know that's what they'd done. After they stood around bewildered acting as though they'd never seen a dead battery before and had me try to start it, I suggested that they jump start it, and, sure enough, started right up and has been fine since. Will go back for the free service on this set of tires, but next time I need to buy tires, I'll trust my instincts and pay a little extra at Les Schwab.

To avoid the very long 2-3 hour wait times, I suggest you arrive 15-30 minutes before they open, and wait in line at the door. Incidentally, they have replaced tires for me under their road hazards policy at very little cost to me. They will fix a Costco purchased tire free (if it is fixable).

Plan on waiting a MINIMUM of 2 hours for something as simple as fixing a flat. Don't waste your time, go to Big O Tires. They actually have people that treat their customers well, not like cattle or as a inconvenience.

Tire part is fine, .....................................but the 'free flat tire' service is useless. You either call to get an appointment and stay on hold for an hour, or show up and wait 3 hours. How they say "avg visit is 20 mins" is beyond me, my avg is 4 hours.

Not very efficient in the tire department. Shouldn't take 10 minutes and 3 workers to handle a core charge refund.

They lost my wheel lock and wasted 3 hours of my time. When I brought in receipt to get reimbursed for new wheel lock they gave me attitude and told me qhear wheeel locks are a waste of money. What this really is, is a waste of time while I wait for reimbursement.

Always busy, a staff is not helpful. Standing for 20 mins to wait for him to talk on the phone with customer, then told me that my tires not available to order. I can never get a chance to use the services here.

FOR SECOND TIME THEY'RE NOT HAVE WHAT I NEED AND SCHEDULE FOR THE NEXT TWO WEEKS SERVICE????NOT GOOD AT ALL BUT SEEING IF THE NEXT COSTCO WILL BE ABLE TO HELP ME TOMORROW SATURDAY MORNINGS OR SO???
