Kathy C., the Service Manager, is without question, a professional of the highest order. Warm and inviting, well spoken and personable, conveys superb people skills. I recently visited her office with an attitude and she disarmed me swiftly. She s everything a loyal customer would want! My family has purchased 3 cars from them in the last 9 years, and we won t be going anywhere else for our next.

Outstanding team at Concord Toyota! I haven't purchased a new car in 13 years. I absolutely DREADED the thought of dealing with car salesmen. When I purchased my previous vehicle, I ordered it online so I didn't have to deal with anybody. This time I had to go in and test drive and ask questions. What a great sales environment it was! The salesmen weren't swarming at the front gate like vultures as they usually do, and that right there was the perfect start to the perfect vehicle and transaction! My salesman, Cas, was as friendly and as knowledgeable as could be and not pushy at all. Everything just fell into place when it came to my vehicle. I grew up on Toyota vehicle and it feels good to be back. Financing through Toyota (with Bill) was a breeze as well. They all made me feel like family. I got a top-notch safe and stylish vehicle, with more bells and whistles than I could imagine! I am extremely satisfied with the entire team and of course, my new Highlander! Highly recommend this dealership!!

I am unhappy with the service department. This has happened before and I think the way it is handled should be changed. I will no longer be taking my Tundra for service to the Concord Toyota. There was a recall issued on my truck back in 2023. I had brought my truck in 2 times prior and there was no fix for that 1 recall. On the 3rd time,(truck was taken in for other issues and wanted to also get the recall completed), Toyota had a fix but parts needed to be orders. After waiting for 2 months for the parts they finally arrived. I was notified that parts were in and called to make the appointment to fix that outstanding recall. The person made the appointment knowing what I was coming in for and that parts were there. I arrived at my appointment time and waited in the line to be checked in. Now, please note here that my truck is less than a year old and just hit 10,000 miles. There have been a few other recalls that were dealt with on the previous visits for other things. Also know that I can only go to Concord Toyota on Saturdays as I live in Alameda and work in SF so can t get there during the week. On the previous appointments I sat there almost all day and let both the person on the phone and my service consultant that I did not want to do that. Wasting 1 of my only days off sitting in a lobby waiting for my truck recall to be fixed, is a complete waste of time. They offer a ride anywhere but that does not make include Alameda. So this time I was told 1/2 day. I thought, well that was a little better. At the 3 hr marked I texted asking for a status. No reply. At the 3.5 hr mark, I again asked for an update. I was told my truck had not even been started yet and it would be end of day. I hit the roof. Bottom line is: it is not the customers fault that the vehicle had or has a recall, yet we are punished by losing a whole day waiting department's the fix to be done?I spoke to the service manager and because I was upset and was told 1/2 day they push my truck in after the I complained. So my appointment was at 9:00 am and I got out of there, even with the push through at 2:45pm. It seems to me that since there are only a few master technicians that can fix the recalls that appointment and tech should be scheduled together so the work is started when you get there. Also, I was the only recall there that day so they knew or should have known (since parts had to be ordered and appointment was made) that it was on their books and should got to work and got me out of there. They explained what their procedure is but it obvious that I disagree with how it is done there and will not be going back (if I can help it). I purchased my Tundra from Concord Toyota and was trying to be loyal even though it was more of a hassle for me but that obviously didn t mean anything to them.

Billy, the service advisor was excellent. I had been told that the Perma Plating would take three hours, 9 AM to 12 PM. When I got there, Billy said that it would be done by 1:00 or 1:30. I told him that I had volunteer work that began at 1:30. He somehow managed to have my car completed a little after 11 AM. I really appreciate him going above and beyond to help me out. It would ve been quite late to have canceled the volunteer work, so I really appreciate his kindness.

Everything was good until I saw the service advisor throwing my key over the counter to the guy in the front. Watching my key dropped on the ground wasn t funny but they both laughed and didn t even apologized to me. Weird way to handle a customers keys and act like it s completely normal.

I had an appointment for 8:40am. I was on time. I asked for an estimate of when the car might be ready and was told that the car should be ready between 11:00-11:30. I felt that this was a reasonable estimate. At 11:27 I received a text providing me with the results of my multi point inspection. I immediately responded declining additional services suggested. I waited until about 2:00pm and called Toyota service to ask how much longer it would be before I would get my car. The service rep returned my call and said my car was ready! Why the 2 1/2 hour delay? The shuttle driver picked me up at 3:03. I paid my bill at 3:20.I am certainly NOT pleased with this! I had other things I needed to use my car for, today!Jon Martin

Our experience with this dealer and, especially, with Jan Paul Palomo is a 20/10. No mistake here, 20/10. Jan was at all moments super helpful, understood what we needed and adapted the offer to meet our goals. So, we re very happy with the experience we had and will definitely come back next time.

Concord Toyota has the most honest employees. I took my car in today for oil change because the light came on for a week and Jose showed me the right service that I needed instead. It was fast, it took less than 2 hours.

Great service. Kendy is a personable and efficient service representative.I came in for my 5000 mi check & asked if a small paint ding from a rude parking lot neighbor could be repaired. My car was returned with a complimentary wash & the sad little blemish all gone.

Jordan is amazing very friendly and humble person. We went back and forth over the price. He never once showed any sign of frustration. I will recommend everyone to ask for him. I really appreciate all he did for me on the that day.

We are very happy with our salesperson Niko Jallali at Concord Toyota. He was very courteous and not pushy at all in trying to sell us our 2023 Tacoma. We went to other dealers and right away we felt the pressure so we left, but Niko was different so we decided to buy from him instead. He assisted in pairing our phone with the truck and explaining all features. Highly recommend Concord Toyota, you won t be disappointed.

This is not a specific review with dalton but with the overall experience. Service had spoiler for about 2 weeks but neglected to check if they had everything to install properly until I came in for appt. and discovered not everything was there - after being promised it would be done within 3hrs. 5 hrs later they tell me they can t do it and sign over the due bill to my local Folsom shop (oh - which sales promised when I bought the car would be done in the first place so I wouldn t have to spend 2 hrs to get there). So major incompetence and waste of time. Then they had the nerve to ask me to NOT fill out the survey - that was the last straw

I had a great experience all around with purchasing my 2024 Corolla XSE from Concord Toyota! Everyone I worked with was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous from beginning to end. This included the test drive, the purchasing/financing and finally the introduction to all the "bells and whistles." Those I would like to acknowledge are Karsen Skinner, Jan Paul (JP) Paloma, David (Financing) and the IT Technician who helped me set up the app and reviewed all the options with me (so sorry I forgot your name!) I would definitely recommend this dealership for purchasing a Toyota.

Concord Toyota has amazing people who are always there for you and willing to help. They make sure you're well taken care of and you leave happy. Been a customer with them for years and they've always been awesome! From buying a new car to trading for another to servicing, etc - they're just great. I would just walk in wanting something to be checked in my car, let say pressure light being on or whatever.. they help right away making it possible for me to leave asap and go on with my day. They don't turn their back on you or they would refer you to another place that would offer better help.

My car, Highlander 2013. With 141 thousand miles Had a problem and I get a message saying : low oil pressure So I took it to Concord Toyota I paid over $230 just for diagnostic check. Later on was told that the problem of my car is very critical and the cost of repair would be almost $8,000 almost the value of my car so I got my car back and took to local shop for repairs and I paid only $3,400.Just want to share the gap between a dealership and private party Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I was disappointed that a service that included an oil change and tire rotation took over three hours to complete.Also, I overheard a conversation between a disgruntled customer and a service agent, of which the service manager could hear. Rather that step out if her office and make contact with the customer, the manager let her employees stumble through the exchange.Concord Toyota has done all services on my Camry for the eleven years I've owned the car. Thus was by far the .ost disappointing visit I have experienced.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well this team worked together to fix my issue with my 2022 Toyota Corolla Hatchback. I made a reservation online and they were not able to find it. Kathy(Cathy) took me into an office, got my info and found me a service technician straight away. At first they told me if they have to patch my tire, it would be $45. At the end, I get a new tire, covered by a claim that the team took care of for me. I m going to be sure to make Concord Toyota Service Dept, my #1.

My car has been serviced here for a few years now. Daric was my original service advisor and for the last year or so it has been Tomas. I ve received excellent, friendly, informative, and non-pushy service from both advisors as well as from their support staff. Highly recommend Toyota Concord for service!

Cas Henderson is knowledgeable about Toyota products. He listened to our needs and wants, presented balance options and costs and guided us through the leasing process effortlessly. I came in late to see if the car I wanted was available. It was. Came back the next day and met the same sales person (Fernando). After a quick drive, and going over the pencil, there was not too much of a wait for finance. We got thru finance amazingly fast with being able to sign on the tablet.Delivery was fast, and got everything connected to my phone.Overall an amazing experience compared to buying my previous Toyota years before.

In my opinion, the service department needs a lot of change. Even though I had an appointment & there no other cars waiting & there were 4 techs available, I had to wait about 25 minutes. Only when I threatened to leave did they respond. There was no apology for the delay. They need organization, teamwork, better procedures & a focus on the customer. It was a very bad experience.

Absolute worst dealership/service I have ever been to.I dropped my car off around 1100 on Wednesday morning for an oil change. I was asked if I do have time (waiting around 2 hours) to do recall work. I responded no, and I was not aware I needed that.I waited 1.5 hours outside, and when I came back, I found my car without any work done.Never come back to this place.

I was met by Rafael when I dropped off my car. Check in was quick. My car was ready an hour before the estimated completion. Check out was also quick. Overall a pleasant experience.

Overall good job. Dec 23rd made contact with the dealership regarding a used Tacoma. Jumped on a flight day after Christmas. Pass down from internet sales to in store sales staff didn't happen which is understandable during the holidays. I didn't have a cashiers check due to the holidays so funding wasn't as smooth as normal week. Salesman was good and easy to get along with during the purchase. Fedex a check to the finance department the next day. Finance manager called to tell me they received the check. Nice customer service. Car was detailed while I completed the purchase paper work. Again nice customer service.
