Sid is super helpful and genuinely honest guy! Shop is great and they are great at what they do. 2 tires changed. In and out in 30 minutes.

Once again, since I drive quite a bit, I had to get a couple of new tires, and this place rocks. Great prices, very good customer service. The only thing is that, you must be patient, thank GOD they have more customers now and so you just have to wait a bit more. Highly recommend them for all your tire needs, used or new. Call in advance to check and see if they have your tire size.Se habla espa�ol.

They are fantastic there! Extremely professional, efficient, and reasonably priced! I hope I don't have tire problems again soon, but if I do, I coming back to see the pros at Concord Tires! I've never had better service!

Sid was awesome. Great communication, best prices, and only 1 business day turn around to get my large suv tires that had to be ordered. I wanted to shop around for the best deal and Sid was very patient and helpful, and his follow up was amazing. I did price and timing comparisons for both the local tire shop and the Mercedes dealer. Both were $75-85 more for EACH tire, and it would ve taken at least 2-4 more business days to get the tires. Don t hesitate to have Concord Tire and Sid take care of all your tire needs. Amazing and easy experience. Thank you Sid!

Decided to call in a day before my appointment since I was off for the day and the good ppl at Concord Tires didn't hesitate at all,. They had me drive over and within the hr my new tires had been installed. The owner is a chill guy, I recommend visiting this place.

This shop was very good. I talked to Sid and he was extremely helpful. Brought my 2018 Tesla in because it needed 4 tires, and I had a warranty company that I was going through to get the cost covered. The warranty company (Safeguard) is a HORRIBLE COMPANY!! They are absolute garbage. They gave Sid so much problems and like a champ Sid took care of it to try and get the whole cost covered (which Safeguard is not wanting to cover) but Concord tires is a great place to do business with. Take your vehicles there Sid will take care of you. Thank you again Sid.

This place got the worse customer service! Brought in for tire change and 2 of my wheels were scratched. Sid denied and was extremely Rude!

As soon as I walked in. I was greeted with a Smile. Good customer service.I usually come to this shop to get my tires changed and often checked to rotate or detail my truck. I noticed they are under new management. First time they got it right!.. I was here to get new tires. I commute often for work my truck need it...They offer varieties of tires, many option to choose from. I was looking for Michelin tires. They didn't have it on hand but was ordered and delivered next day in the morning. It was great! I usually head to work and catch the freeway down the street from them on Market. Very convenient shop. I recommend to friends and family and anyone on the neighborhood. Try then out!

I unexpectedly discovered a low back tire yesterday. Found Concord Tires online and gave a call. They were able to see me immediately and within 2 hours my tire had been replaced and I was on my way. Throughout, the team was extremely cordial and professional, answering all the questions I had. Plus the price was very competitive. I like supporting smaller local shops and felt like that s what allowed them to provide such personalized, speedy, and high quality service. I highly recommend this place!!

Diagnosed my tire issue quickly and called me right away. Very honest about my options--didn't try to sell me on new tires. Professional, courteous, fast service. I will definitely return to Concord Tires next time I have a tire issue and just wish they were a full auto-mechanic shop so I could take care of all my car needs with them.

Really great folks. I had a troublesome issue with tire pressure sensors. Concord Tires spent the time needed to help resolve the problem. I was very impressed with the customer service and fair pricing. It is always great to support local businesses, and Concord Tires excels!

I called in after I had a flat and they were able to see me same day on a holiday weekend and get the tires I was looking for. Affordable prices, good customer service, and had the new tires on and spare back in car in 20 minutes. I ve used them before and had similar experience, and will be using them for any future tire needs.

Great service! I went there on my hour lunch break and they fixed my tire that had a nail in it. They are big on safety first and also offered advice on tire purchases with no pressure, I'll definitely go back!

They answered questions over the phone that I had. The tire I needed was not available so they found one that matched the one I wanted very close. It was speedy professional service. If I need tires I ll go back to them for sure

My experience getting tires at Concord tires was excellent. I need a 2 front tires for my daughter car. He got the tires in one day. And I was able to pick the day I needed the tires to be installed.I would recommend him to anybody.

I came here as an emergency and as soon as I pulled in I was greeted. They listened to my concern and provided AMAZING service! They told me exactly what they were doing to my wheels and even adjusted a couple to make my ride smoother. They are so nice and really do provide amazing customer service as they understand I was on a time a limit

I went to Concord tires because I needed to change the wheels and tires for my Toyota Camry. Sid showed me the diff options to get via his laptop large monitor, we agreed on the details and I paid a deposit, two weeks after, he called and we planned a date to get the tires and wheels replaced. All worked out very well. I am happy with the wheels, tires and the service.
