These guys squeezed me in last second! I can't thank Vincent enough for being able to replace my tire so quickly and get me going on a Friday! The whole side wall of the tire was split open and I could see the steel braiding underneath. Surprised I didn't have an issue sooner. I wouldn't have made it home on the spare - can't recommend these guys enough! Plus Vincent was great to chat with excellent customer service.

I was treated very well! I brought my car in for an oil and filter change. The car had a check engine light on and the shop recommended a diagnostic inspection. The light went out thirty minutes later, so I decided to wait until the light comes back on again. But I will return when I need service again.

This is a decent joint. James, the proprietor is very helpful. Guy also knows a lot about cars.They have a lot of good products. Prices could be a little better, but you get what you pay for. They are very flexible and scheduling and that s helpful. They do quality work and on time.

Came into town and my tire pressure warning light came on. Victor was very helpful, knowledgeable and took care of the issue. Highly Recommended business!

simon and the other people at the front desk are very friendly good people, they always explain what s going on how much it s gonna be etc. been going here for years and i will continue to go here. prices could be a bit better but other than that i recommend anyone to go here. no scamming

Always great service with this place Called Friday morning to make an appointment, they were able to get my vehicle in and serviced on Saturday within a couple of hours .

Not a fan. Website said they had the tire. They didn't, 3-4 days after ordering. Website said competitive prices. No, 80% higher than competitors. Website said, very clearly in all caps, "RESPONSE WITHIN 24-48HRS!" Four days later, I called and found out the first two facts.Do not recommend.

Left a wheel with a puncture on the tire to be repaired. Was called and told the tire was not repairable. I requested the tire be left there on or off of the rim so I could pick it all up. Which they agreed to. Upon my arrival hours later the manager tells me they junked the tire. Clearly did not listen to simple instruction from the customer. Won t be taking my business to this tire provider or any of their locations moving forward.

First thing in the morning I had a super low tire and was running behind. I googled local used tire places and was prepared for the dreadful task of finding one reasonable - without the crookedness.The moment I pulled up I was greeted with care and concern. Instead of replacing my tire, they offered to plug where the screw had been and fix my headlight they d noticed was out. It was an awesome experience and I HIGHLY recommend this business.

Fast, friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. I never have to worry about paying "pink tax" or getting mansplained here either. Kudos to Simon and his team for keeping me safe on the road!

If I could give 100 stars I Would! EXCELLENT SERVICE, GREAT STAFF and EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! Simon went above and beyond to take care of me and the entire experience was great! He is very knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to explain everything! I have been there multiple times and the service, overall experience has always been consistent(GREAT)! I definitely would recommend CONCORD TIRE CENTER! THANK YOU SIMON!

Third set of tires purchased and installed. Perfect balance, alignment. Lug nuts evenly torqued. Sidewalls blacked. Stickers peeled off. Could not be happier. Will return for great service.

Got my vehicle alighted here they did a great job price was reasonable only complaint is I was accidentally charged $80 on my credit card so now I have to go back to get refund, yet the lady was very apologetic and was extremely nice!

I have been dealing with Concord Tire Center for a number of years.They still provide quality service at reasonable prices.Every time I see Simon in the shop I feel reassured knowing that my vehicle needs will be taken care of.

My family has been bringing various cars here with all sorts of repair needs for over five years. The customer service from the staff, knowledge of techs, and overall integrity as a whole is ONE OF A KIND. Anything I say doesn't do this place justice. If you're contemplating bringing your car in...dont think twice. Just bring it in and you'll be so happy you did!Thank you to Simon and team for your expertise and unwavering professionalism time after time again!

They're honest, helpful, and pleasant to work with. I visit CTC often as part of my work and they are one of the bright spots in my day. Melissa is so friendly and efficient, the owner goes out of his way to take care of my vehicles and make sure i leave pleased, and the techs are all friendly and do their work quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this tire center for both tires and alignment but I'll also point out they offer full auto service so get your oil changed or dig into those bigger issues you've been putting off while you get new tires and knock it all out at once!

Very professional service. They go above and beyond to ensure that your vehicle leaves their shop fully inspected. There are never any surprises with them. They take the time to look at everything to ensure that you always know the current status report of how your vehicle is doing. They have done all of the work on my car since I've owned it. Would never go to another shop.

I had tried a couple of other highly rated repair shops in the area only to be disappointed.I decided to try Concord Tire Center and couldn't be more satisfied. Simon is the real deal, honest and trustworthy.He is taking care of five different vehicles in my family for mechanical repairs and tires.If you are uncertain about your current mechanic, give Concord Tire Center a try. You will be happy.

I've been going to Concord Tire for years now. Simon is a very knowledgeable mechanic, prices are fair, service is excellent and most importantly honest. I highly recommend Concord Tire to all my friends and family for tires and car repair work.

Great place to have your tires repaired or to get a new one. Friendly professional people, and even the waiting room is nice. Good prices on tires. My go-to place for tires as for some reason, I always end up with a nail in one of my tires.
