I went to get my oil changed and l asked them to tight my battery which is little loose .2hours later they call me to .pick up my car without doing anything for the battery even thoug I gave them parts for it. I asked them if they tighten the battery and they said they were going to charge 115 bucks

Took my 2023 Armada into this location for serving due to an issue with the clutch fan. Walter, service guy, was very condescending and said the loud RPM was normal. Received it back saying it could not be reproduced which left us to wonder if they drove it. Took it to another Nissan location and they replaced the clutch fan immediately. Highly recommend going to the Antioch location for great service.

I was in Nissan Concord for a recalling letterFor two hours. There were no water and any beverage for a customer. I had to commute for a bottle of water around 3 miles. I have not a good experience with the Nissan Concord. They excused me for COVID 19. But in Toyota on yesterday, there were a lot of drinks to get refreshed.

Went in for an oil change and came out with recommendations for over $1000 because "they don't have any records of service on the car" Spent $800 and they didn't even wash the car. Not a superior experience.

Thorough service of my Leaf: however it was unexpectedly expensive.This dealership does not have a loyalty program that allows those who spend $ to save on maintenance services.

Go in to get touch up paint and informed it would take 3 weeks for delivery. Amazon will have exact item to me in 1 week
