I took my 2023 Mazda CX-5 in for scheduled service yesterday. The customer service was excellent. The Service Advisor Jonathan greeted me promptly. The whole process seemed very organized. I received a video showing inspection of my vehicle by a technician. The service was completed while I waited within the estimated time. The written documentation received was thorough and complete.There are at least two coffee shops, several restaurants, shopping and a movie theater nearby by if you like to take a walk while you wait. The waiting area at the dealership is also very nice and comfortable.We are enjoying our Mazda and the enthusiasm from this dealership.

Mark was super helpful! Very knowledgeable in all aspects of my Mazda. Mark made me feel at ease explaining all the service it needed. He explained what was a priority versus I could revisit next time. Made my experience with taking my car to a dealership less stressful. Thank you Mark!

I went in for a routine service appointment on an extremely windy day. Mark was just finishing up with someone and immediately offered to check me in. He was very polite, offering thorough details about the process, asking a few questions, and he was efficient. He told me when and under what circumstances he would call me, if needed, and when my car was going to be ready for pickup. He went out in the wind to tag my car, etc.; I did not have to go out to show him where it was, which I appreciated!Turns out, nothing unusual was found, so everything was routine, and Mark called to let me know that, and then he called again a little later to say the car was ready for pickup, but that I could come any time before closing time to get it also appreciated!Pickup process was fast and easy. Mark went to get the car and brought it to a convenient place for me to get in, and that was it! Efficient, short & sweet. No problems to deal with.

Millie and the Service manager, and staff were very courteous, helpful and fast...The video of my car status is so helpful and efficient is competing my cars repairs! This place is by far the most top notch service center. I was able to go about my day with the loaner car and upon my return the service was explained to me in detail. I am very pleased! Highly recommend this place.

We purchased our Mazda from the DGDG Group in Concord, CA in 2022. Easy transaction and very happy with the vehicle. We get our oil changed at this same dealership and they are very easy to deal with and schedule appointments. I bought an accessory for our SUV and it was in stock! Easy transaction to pickup it up. They told me how to install it myself. The showroom is nice and the waiting area is comfortable if you wait for your vehicle.

This was my first time visiting Concord Mazda and I was extremely pleased with the service that I received. My Service Representative Erik was very professional, patient and transparent while communicating with me in regards to the work that needed to be completed on my vehicle. There was some administrative work that needed to be resolved prior to my car being serviced, and I was provided with a loaner, to ensure I had reliable transportation while my car was in service which was gratefully appreciated. I also received honest feedback from the Finance department regarding my extended warranty, which saved me thousands of dollars. Not to mention, he replied to my inquiry on his day off. This type of service is hard to find, and I'm truly grateful for the excellent customer service I received from start to finish.

I went to this dealership knowing exactly what I wanted 2024 CX-90 PHEV with a few bells and whistles and I got exactly what I wanted with no fuss. They didn t have the exact color I was looking for at the lot so they ordered it for me and I was able to pick it up a couple days later after they detailed it. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. No pushy salespeople whatsoever. They never pressured me with anything but simply presented me with all the options available. They gave me time to make calls and figure out the best way to go about financing. It was probably the most relaxed car buying experience I ve ever had. Kudos to the Mazda team for making me feel at home. I m very happy with the customer service from each and every one of them. P.S. Jerrold, our salesman, was very chill. It literally felt like we were talking to an old friend the entire time. Again, no pressure. Just all good vibes.

I brought my 2014 Mazda CX five here for a couple of dealer specific repairs that were needed, including transmission fluid and a broken seat latch. They did a complimentary inspection and suggested a lot of work to the car. They weren t able to fix the seat latch and charged me a $285 diagnostic to tell me so. Very professional service and updates, otherwise.

We've been servicing our car with Concord Mazda for years from our 2016 CX-5 to my 2022 Miata and service has always been great. Appointments are quick and easy and they don't try to push services you don't need. Concord Mazda did a great job servicing my CX-9. My service rep Sam was very professional and helpful explaining my options. I brought my computer and did work at a quiet desk in the showroom while my car was being serviced. I highly recommend Concord Mazda Service Center!

The branch is clean. People are welcoming and helpful! Eric from the service department did an awesome job explaining the situation of my vehicle what needs to be done in the future. What I love the most is the video of my vehicle while they are doing the job that I came for. I am sure to go back here in the future!

So far, I had a good experience taking my car for service from Mazda, Service Dept. in Concord. I recently purchased all my tires, then came back to get my battery replaced, oil change etc. From Millie, to the young Hispanic gentleman who works at the front desk who brought me a car for a loaner is excellent to the elder Filipino guy who washes car, to the mechanic. Everyone is great to work with, a worry-free experience. I was told before that Concord Mazda service dept. is not so great with customer service. So far, my experience has been good.

I had a headlight out. The estimate was up to 2.5 hours to have it replaced. I asked for a courtesy ride home but Mazda has discontinued this service which is disappointing. The headlight turned out not to be an easy fix & it would take longer. I was then offered a loaner car which I took advantage of.Both headlights had loose wiring & were insulated & fixed.The staff & service here is 5 stars.I would give the dealership 5 stars but I downgraded to 4 stars due to discontinuation of courtesy rides

Where s the treats? I ve never seen any there. Just coffee and hot chocolate. And yes, the hot chocolate button only gives you hot water. This is my third visit no hot chocolate!However, Mark, the service coordinator is THE BEST! He went to the employee break room and brought me my drink! Thanks Mark!

I brought my car in for a full inspection. Paid $285 for the inspection alone, not to be applied to any service I needed. I wanted "professionals" to give me some idea about whether I should keep my car or if it was time to buy a new one. The inspection recommended new belt but everything else showed good condition even though I brought it in with break issues and windshield wiper issues. The check engine light came on the day after with a code about the catalytic going out. Most unprofessional, when I called to speak to Mark Terkelsen (the rep that helped me), I was told he was busy and would call me back. He never did. Concord Mazda will not get my business again.

Service is always good at Concord Mazda. One change that disappointed me was a change to using my credit card. A charge of 3% was charged. If I had known prior to picking up my vehicle I could have made paid a different way.

Staff and Facility are really nice and friendly. Servicemen were amazing got my car done in less than 2 hours. Reason for 4 stars is they wanted me to purchase some additional services I didn t need.

My husband and I both bought our cars from Concord Mazda and do all of the maintenance of the cars there; the service advisors (especially Erik and Millie) are always super helpful, responsive, professional, and friendly. We feel that our cars are thoughtfully and consistently well-cared for at Concord Mazda. We appreciate the service videos, the outstanding customer service, and the care we have experienced at Concord Mazda. We are Concord Mazda customers for life!Update: 3 years later and we still love Concord Mazda!

Took my 2017 ND to the dealership for a transmission fluid swap (ATX) and normal servicing.I am militant about keeping up to date with service, and many times perform it early. I check the infotainment system for errors/warnings/etc near daily, just because that's how I am.It hasn't had a single issue since I purchased it.The vehicle had no errors or warnings present upon drop off.The dealership performed the services requested, and then told me that I had a transmission error that they claim was present upon drop off. Of course they told me this after they completed the service. This dealership is the only one to have ever serviced the transmission.I am 100% sure the error wasn't present prior to them touching it, but the service manager glow eps arguing that the tech noted it down prior to the service, even though in the video they sent me explaining this, the service had already been completed.Once my girlfriend got the car home, I tested it out. It's fine. There was no record of this "error" in the paperwork they gave her, of course. They clearly tried to get one over on an unknowledgeable female customer. The work itself was fine, but this entire experience has left a bag taste in our mouths.If you are not car savvy, PLEASE make sure you being someone with you who is, to prevent this hassle and potential waste of money.

Service is good but they put the credit card convenience fee on me, despite being such a big business. I found it very odd and pathetic. I have been to different car service companies in the past but have never been charged the credit card fee. Visiting next time? I would have to think!!!!

Service was ok. I had to wait about 5 mins for someone to help me. No shuttle service so had to use ride share. Charge 3% fee for using a credit card. Really?

Although I live closer to other Mazda dealers, Concord Mazda has been my go-to spot for servicing my CX-30 because of the quality, consistency, great communication, and friendliness of their staff.This latest service was no exception. I took my car in for regular maintenance and also had them look into an issue I was having with one of the car s front parking sensors. It took them a few days to diagnose the problem, but when they did, they sent me a very thorough video of the diagnosis, in which they ended up finding a small ding on the surface of the sensor, effectively rendering it useless. I was able to send that excellent video to my insurance company and they were able to determine that the ding was related to a minor collision I had had the year prior, so I was able to get the sensor replaced under a prior claim and for essentially no additional out-of-pocket cost. The insurance adjuster was so impressed with the thoroughness and clarity of the technician s video that he wanted to give them props!The repair ended up taking a month due mainly to some slowness jumping though hoops with my insurance company, but Concord Mazda generously allowed me to make use of one of their courtesy vehicles the entire time, so I was never without a vehicle. I really appreciated everyone s patience, flexibility, and accommodation throughout the entire process! And a special shout out to Millie and Lawrence for taking such great care of my car and me!

The oil change service was uneventful and was done on time as promised. I was not happy to receive my car not washed as I always do with other dealers with the same service. In checking with other Mazda dealer in the county they told me washed car is included in this service

This Mazda dealer is amazing, they went above and beyond with our 2008 Mazda3. Eric was such a helpful and considerate service adviser. We can't afford a lump sum down on a new/used vehicle nor monthly payments. So, I unfortunately needed extensive mechanical work done that was not easy to diagnose but after a month of my car in shop my oldie but goodie is well worth the work and runs so very much better. Got new motor mounts-front/back, transmission mounts, front/back axle angle arms and much more road safety work done...all well worth it so we don't need to buy a vehicle for quite a few years. Plus, the whole time we had a loaner vehicle at no extra charge. They actually aren't much different in labor costs than independent shops, well worth going to this dealer.

Erik Olson is usually the person who helps me out when I come in for service. He is always very patient and thorough when explaining about my car s needs and when answering my questions. So far (I ve been coming to this group for more than 10 years) they have done excellent work in keeping my car running-I have had it for 11 years.
