0/10 rating. Worst service place ever. You schedule a transmission fluid change, waited for almost 2 hours after they tell you it will be done by 4pm. They call you back at 3pm to tell you, we ran out of fluid, just found out. We'll order the fluids and come back in 2 days. At least make sure your company have enough supply for te day before scheduling a service. Wasted my time, gas and toll. Never coming back for a service.

Megan and Brian (service managers) were quick and easy to work with, without skipping over details. Also the waiting area having snacks, coffee and wifi available is a plus too. I would give more stars if i could.

I just got home from a routine check up right, it went okay about an hour or so. When I pick up my car they said everything was great! I'm arriving home and a light comes up for low tire pressure. What do you know? I have a nail in my car... and wasn't told about it. Apparently they marked it. Customer service was okay. I wasn't told they closed at 5 I almost wasn't able to pick up my car. They were nice but I don't understand why they would let me drive off with a big nail in my tire without at least communicating that to me. In the the picture you can see where they marked it and and can clearly see the nail too. SMH I don't think I would go there again.

I recently visited the parts department at Concord Kia Mitsubishi Service and Parts to purchase a car part. While I was able to find the part I needed, my overall experience was not particularly impressive.The staff were not unfriendly, but they didn't go out of their way to be helpful or welcoming either. Additionally, the facility itself appeared to be in need of some updating and could benefit from a bit of modernization.While I was able to find the car part I needed, but I cannot speak to the quality of their service or repairs.Overall, don't expect a particularly outstanding customer service experience.

To repair the AC it took them 3 weeks,The 1 St day I went there and leave the car all day, then they say they didn't touch because they were busy although I have appointment. 2nd day they told me they will order spare parts required for the repair but they can't schedule the repair except after 3 weeks because they are busy although they already got the spare parts.3rd day they told me they can't repair the car because they are out of Freon. 4th day car repaired finally.

I was transferred to the Service Department, no one answered. Called the main line a 2nd time. She again transferred me to the Service Dept Manager...again no answer. I left a voicemail, leaving my name & phone number & detailed description of the services that I needed (valve cover gasket replacement) for my Mitsubishi Montero Sport. Waited all day, hoping to receive a call back. They never returned my call. I took my business elsewhere!!!

I had an appointment for a repair at 11am. I have to drive 45 minutes to the Concord, CA, dealership as it s the closest available despite living in the San Francisco Bay Area metropolis. I called at 10:45am to say I was running 15 minutes late. They said I had to reschedule because their cut-off is 20 minutes and they were assuming 15 minutes meant 20 minutes late. The next appointment wasn t for another week. I asked to speak with a supervisor. I got voicemail. Megan called me back and very curtly told me that was their policy, that they had back-to-back check-ins and she refused the idea of checking people in before me if they arrived earlier. Despite the fact that they keep my car for many hours or days and don t give cars back to owners at a specified 15-minute interval scheduled a week in advance, they are holding a knife to car owners throats. This is a very poorly managed business. I called the next closest dealership in Hayward. They had an appointment available for me the next morning and have no such 20-minute window before cancelation policy. Concord dealership is fired.

That dealership is useless for service i have a Mitsubishi and when i call for oil change they tell me that they have availability like two weeks ahead! Are you kidding me? Two weeks for oil change? That service is taking usually up to 10 minutes! Every time when i call they have no available appoitnents for next two weeks so i have to search somewhere for service. Verry disapointed!

The service department was very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. The parts department was not as good. They did not take the time to explain things and got irritated when I asked questions. I wish the hours were better as it's almost impossible to get there without having to take time off from work.

It's been a few years since I've been here, today I dropped off my evo and Rick service associate was very kind and helpful. I remember him from way back and he hasn't changed. Thanks rick for all the help.
