Every time I m here I feel so welcomed! Javier is amongst the best service advisors and has excellent customer service! Always so attentive and knowledgeable. Doesn t offer anything that isn t needed and only suggest doesn t say there s no other option! The facility got a recent upgrade by the entrance. One table got added and a bendy machine changes the entire vibe. Plus when I called the two service agents that I spoke to were amazing! Also great customer service!

We would recommend this dealer to our family and friends. We drove three hours to purchase a specific minivan. They had the model and color we had been looking for. Ali Maloky was great, the department was able to speak with us even before their dealer opened. The service was prompt which I was thankful for since I had our 7yr old and our 18 month old. So the whole process was nice and smooth. We are in love with our new vehicle and super happy with the service provide to us today.

Our technician provided us with great service. He was very professional and very helpful. He let us know what things needed to be done next on our car. He even took the time looking at our other Honda to answer a question we had on the navigation feature of our new car.

They were able to get me in for a same day appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. They also found a fluid leak during the multi-point inspection. All the service was completed quickly. The waiting room and overall Honda facility was also clean and comfortable while I waited.

I was visiting from Texas and realized I needed an oil change & tire rotation for my 2024 CRV EXL. I drove in unannounced and was greeted like I was their favorite customer. The took care of my car in about an hour. Great people & service.

I got maintenance done, had to order new front sway bar stabilizer links and outer tie rods. I can really feel the difference when I pull out of parking spots and tight turns. I appreciate Jenny, Service Advisor for all the work done on my 2015 Honda Accord!

Took my car in on a Friday for an oil change. Was told it would take 2hrs. They mentioned that my shocks needed replacing so I OK'd that. 2hrs pass and I ask for the shuttle to take me home because I figure they need more time and I have to get to work. As I'm leaving I get stopped by the Honda worker and am told they're missing a part for the shocks and that they'll have it tomorrow (Saturday). I say OK and agree to let them hold my car until the next day. It was an major inconvenience because I had a wedding dress fitting appointment on Saturday and needed my car to drive to it. I get a call Saturday and they said they got the parts but it was still missing a piece and with the Easter holiday, they wouldn't get it until Tuesday. I say OK and they continue to keep my car. Tuesday comes around and at noon I ask when my car will be ready because I have a dr appt later that day and need to be able to drive to it. They call me back and say they still don't have the part and it's a critical part and my car is already taken apart and now we have to wait to see if the part will deliver the next day (Wednesday). The whole experience was incredibly frustrating especially because I incurred extra costs for having to Uber around everywhere for my dr appointment and dress fitting. (About $200 in Ubers). Then when I finally am able to pick up my car, I contact them to schedule a shuttle to pick me up at 11:30. And when I get there, the person I've been working with is out in lunch. Overall just extremely disappointing service. Sandra was kind and I know a lot of this was out of her hands. But I'm worse off for having taken my car here. In top of that, I got my car back and there was black stuff on the inside of the car. Like they got the inside dirty with something?

The service advisor that help me on my vehicle prior to me going in for the service. I spoke to her on the phone and she gather all my information. When I finally got in and got check in i was greeted by Sandra and she got my vehicle right away without any appointment since i had problems that day. When my vehicle was finish they found what i needed and get it fix. she strives to help her customer anyway she can and will do what it takes to help her customers out as she understands when we have to go take our vehicles in for service she knows how important our days are and how important our vehicles are to us weather its just an oil change or need service for warranty issues she will do her best to take care of you. If you come here look for Sandra she will take care of you and make you feel at home.

Arrived on time for the appointment. A service advisor, Jason, came up to me and confirmed the oil change and offered tire rotation too so that both service be done for $103 dollars and so we can use the coupon I had from Honda and get a discount. He saw the coupon and said they will apply it at the end and $25 discount would bring the total cost down to $75 (ish).After the car was ready, he texted me with the results of the multipoint inspection and some recommendations that were coded as critical. I texted back and forth to try to understand these recommendations and the reason behind them because some of them were done recently (coolant, transmission fluid) and some didn t even seem necessary based on my car mileage (45K miles).He started to panic when I said I was not satisfied with the recommendations and lack of clarification when I asked questions to understand why. He cut me off and said if you get a survey don t do it because it will be bad for me (Jason) and won t do anything to the company or (them). Moreover, he said the coupon cannot be used while he initially said it will. I have been bringing my car here for 10 years now. When I asked will I get a survey, he said maybe, maybe not. When I called Honda later on to ask questions about the critical service recommendations, they couldn t find the oil change and tire rotation in the system that was done earlier that day. Why? How?Today, the lack of customer service and honesty, and the rudeness displayed by the service advisor, Jason, and those pushing these recommendations without communicating them properly and transparently made me never return to this place again. There is a difference between company recommended maintenance and service and stealing from car owners by causing panic and coding your recommendations as critical. Even for the services that were done recently.

This is my second time having Concord Honda do repairs on my car. Again I m happy with the outcome. Ashley was my service advisor from last time and so he is awesome again! I really appreciate her level of customer service and she is very friendly. She deserves a raise. She is why I came back to your location.

Javier at Honda in Concord gave probably the best customer service i've experienced in years. Honda didnt seem to over charge and came in below my usual mechanic. I will definitely be going back to service my car and hope i get Javier again as a rep.

This is my 2nd visits with Concord Honda Service Center. My daughter and I had a great experience with Javier he does an excellent service and very hospitable. He s very welcoming and he always smiles you know that he is always happy to see you. Kudos to Javier, I can t wait to get another service with him. Thank you Javier!

The service could be improved for sure. A direct chat or text link to the services rep will be very helpful. Also the waiting part - waiting in car for service rep (10 mins) waiting to get your car after paid (10 mins+) the driver gave me the key and pointed at parking lot(a little walk)- usually my cars right in front of me in other service center and would be ready when I paid.In addition, no time frame ETA is hard too because you have to wait around until you get a text. It will be helpful if there s an ETA when services added during

Best customer service! Best service advisor Wasif K.! I have a 2006 Civic Hybrid, daily driver, over 100k miles and I have never had any issues since I have been getting service at Concord Honda.

Went in for routine service. First I had issues booking because I have an active recall and they don t have the part, so no appointments were available online. I tried to call and do the online text, but kept getting a robot that took ages to respond to each question so thankfully I figured out I could schedule online if I took the recall off my list.Second the online-quoted $119 turned into $270 when I got there, and that was after I declined the $98 air filter replacement and $100+ alignment. The Maintenance Minder tells you when to do these things, so I don t know why they are pushing them.Third, they didn t have the part for the recall, so I have to go back again.Finally, they email me all these service coupons, but told me when I tried to use one that my over $100 differential fluid replacement was already on sale so I couldn t use any. I didn t see anything about a sale on my receipt.I d like to keep using the dealer, and I ve had better experiences during previous service trips, but today has made me think more about finding a local shop.

Overall my experience was good. Jenny was assigned to me and was very nice and informative, as was the shuttle driver. My only complaint was Jourdan Gregory. She was very rude snapped at me when I asked her for help. Her behavior made me uncomfortable, she was unprofessional.

Pretty sure they mean well but my new car had an air bag recall. Took over 2 hours to find out nothing was wrong. They try to make the wait as painless as possible but can t imagine why it took so long. I think I contracted COVID there as that s the only place I spent a lot of time with about a dozen other people in such close proximity.

This review is for the service department. The sales department is a very different animal and I don t recommend it to anybody. The vehicle was worked on professionally and finished in a timely manner. There was Wi-Fi in the waiting room and I did appreciate that. My vehicle is a rare one, and I was insistent that it be treated with extra special care. To my knowledge that was done. The happy hour is during weekdays from 12 to 4 PM. They have special prices during that time for oil changes. I recommend that.

Called to schedule a same day appointment and luckily they had an opening 4 hours later. Dropped it off and it was already ready in 2 hours. Service was done quickly and even got a car wash after! On top of that, the employees helping out were great: DJ Pascual & Ashley @Concord Honda

The greeter and Javier at the Concord Service Center were above and beyond with their communication skills. Javier even reserved a rental for me and a ride to Hertz to pick it up. I was on a time crunch and made my appointment just in time. Everything was explained so clearly.I am looking forward however for the new not just updated software to be able to use the "maps" and either the phone or the voice activated texting at the same time without worry of them wearing out. Please please please fix this as it is not something I would recommend to anyone. I drive a 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport.Please reward Javier and the greeter (sorry I did not catch his name). They did a really great job.

I have been going to Concord Honda since 2003. Every visit, whether for a major job or just an oil change, is a first class experience. This visit was for an oil change, but they found a previously unknown small leak. Thank goodness! Concord Homda are so thorough and so customer- focused. Great customer lounge btw!

I brought in my 2018 accord to Concord Honda without an appointment and let me just say thankfully, Sandra Saucedo was able to fit me right in. To keep it short, the services that I needed was covered under my extended warranty, thankfully Sandra was able to look it up because I didn't remember any of the warranty information. In all, I was pleased with the work that was done...but the level of professionalism, integrity and most of all HONESTY that Mrs. Saucedo displayed was overall above and beyond. Those traits that she displayed are not so common nowadays. I'll definitely will be coming back to Honda of Concord for services

Hello;This is our second time leasing a car from this location. By far, this was the best experience we have had. Alex is new to the company, but he did a great job under AnnMarie's guidance. AnnMarie was very kind, with lots of knowledge of what she was doing and educating us on cars. I picked out a vehicle to lease, signed the contract, and all. I was not to pick the car up until the next day. However, my partner knew something was not sitting well with me. Long story short, we went back the next day. I shared my concerns with AnnMarie. The first thing she said to us was, no problem, I want you to be happy and get what you want. At that point, I knew. AnnMarie was skilled, and her customer service was/is TOP NOTCH! Alex took me on a test drive. I ran back in, smiling ear to ear. AnnMarie asked me if I was happy; I commented YES! I am thrilled, and I love the car. She said okay, let's cancel the other vehicle and get you in this car. Not only did she fix everything. She said to pull the vehicle off the showroom floor. Talk about excellent customer service. I want to thank AnnMarie and her team for all that they did to ensure that I was happy leaving there. We will be back in a few years and hope they are still there. Going forward, I will only work with AnnMarie, If I can give a 10-10 I would. Honda of Concord is the best!Regards,Alane & JIll

This was the best experience with bringing my car in to be serviced I have ever had. I have always used auto shops and wow this was so much better. From getting an appointment in only 2 hours via the phone, to the very friendly service provided by Javier, this professional and efficient experience was greatly appreciated!

NOT THE BEST! My Appointment was 8:30am, waited a long time to get service rep after the guy scanned my car, my car was taken around 9am - 1/2 hr later....I also waited to get your car after paid - wait outside the service rep room for 10 mins, and I went into ask if it is ready. The rep said it should be there, so reminded the guy again, the driver ran to me &gave me the key and pointed at parking lot(a little walk from where car was dropped off)- usually my cars right in front of me in other service center and would be ready when I paid.

I love Concord Honda! However they dropped the ball today and I can t walk away without saying anything. I was left out in the rain and cold for two hours waiting for the shuttle to pick me up. I called 3 times to try and get the shuttle. No one was any help. I thank God for running into my friend at the shopping plaza where I was supposed to get picked up at. She dropped me off! I walked in and all the workers were in the front. I expressed to them what happened and they all look dumbfounded with no apology or regard to what I had experienced. I went to my advisor person to try and resolve the problem but she seemed to couldn t do much. I need someone from here to reach out to me to rectify this horrible experience. I also didn t get the cleaning service that was suppose to come with my package. A whole mess during the holiday season

I bought my car at Concord Honda and it s been a great experience. I also get it serviced there with Sandra Saucedo Honda Service Advisor. She always hears me out and never feel pressured to do anything. She is very detailed and attentive to my concerns or needs. I hope they value her detailed work and acknowledge her expertise.
