Rude service writers who have repeatedly reinforced why we hate this service department. They don't call you back and never answer the phone when you call. I understand you cannot believe every person who walks in the door thinking they know what is wrong with their vehicle but at least don't treat me like I am a moron when I have, engine codes, history, service bulletins and direct experience with this exact issue in this very dealership. He wouldn't even look up my vin, didn't care what service bulletin it was. He just wanted me to sign for the $250 inspection and leave my vehicle for a few days. Your life and time don't matter to this dealership service department. Your knowledge and time is worthless to them. The only thing they care about is you signing on the line you agree to pay them.

Owner of a Bolt EV bought from Chevrolet in concord with 11,000 miles. Unfortunately it has gotten 2 check engine lights and both these occasions I came here for service. The customer service is terrible. the employees were on their phone, disregarded the emergency of my blinking check engine light, apparently had no loaner cars, said that for the next 2 weeks there were no open spots to take my car, and said there were no technicians at 5:30pm even though it closes at 6pm.

The worst custom service I have experienced with my vehicle yet. Unhelpful on the phone, making an appointment doesn't matter, and did not communicate to me that if I picked up my car after 6pm I needed to let them know so that my car keys wouldn't be locked away for the night.

Very unprofessional the service technician left a bolt out of my engine air filter assembly when I try to contact the service manager I never received a response

Had a few false starts but finally got it done I was able to get my registration straightened out The staff was friendly and helpful.
