Easy to make an appointment, Ken the owner made sure to fit me in around my work schedule. I dropped it off for a oil change and when I picked it up he let me know they had done and the price was very affordable. Small business owner who treats customers like family. I highly recommend this shop.

Such a relief to find a trustworthy mechanic! Everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful, Brian especially went the extra mile. Very fair pricing and timely service. As a woman I often feel talked down to in these environments, but that was not at all the case here. Will be faithful to this place for as long as I m in Concord!

ken and brian fixed my hub assembly and brakes for an incredible, unbeatable price, and quickly; called to get an appointment that morning and was driving out of the parking lot in a car that felt brand new in only a matter of hours. friendly, good people all around. 10/10 would recommend!

Concord Auto is always a good choice for car problems! They are knowledgeable, fair, fast, friendly, and never rip you off!!!! They actually tell you if your car is safe to drive so you can get more wear out of the part that is starting to wear out. They also check your oil and fluids to make sure they are good. I trust them!!!

My jeep had a mysterious leak that I couldn't find. Concord Auto Service located the leak and repaired it at a very reasonable price. The service was excellent and professional. I'd recommend them to all my friends!

Bryan and his crew are very easy to deal with. It is my first time to get their service but i believe they put honest and decent job. I came to have my break pads and rotors replaced which can really be costly. They have veary reasonable and competitive quotes and assured me of atleast a year warranty on the job they had done. They also were gracious enough to help me with my quotation to be adjusted. Highly recommended!

Took my truck into the dealership for an oil change and replace the blower motor for the AC. Service advisor tried to get me for $4100, so I declined and took my truck to Concord Auto, where my wife and I have used over the last couple of years. Brian was helpful and knowledgeable. Got the job done for $570 and said most of the stuff the dealer suggested was not necessary on my 190K mile truck. Thanks guys. Highly recommend.

Great Place, I was having issues with my car they saw me as soon as possible, and they catered to my very needs. I love a place that doesn't treat you like a pest, and they have a good crew there Jose is the man he was especially helpful!

Only reason for even 1 star let alone 2 stars is because they did replace my drive train and were decently quick about it other than that never go here they all scamming customers wit ridiculous prices. To replace my rear brakes and my left front wheel bearing on a 01 civic coupe for $1500+When i can just buy the parts and install it for about $150

My car needed one of its wheel bearings replaced. Ken fit me in right away and had my car back to me by the next morning. Quick and easy. Top notch service. For anyone in the area in need of auto services, this is the only shop you need to go to!

I have gone to this shop on multiple occasions and each time they are accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. I appreciate their ability and willingness to explain everything in a way I can understand and I will definitely be returning when I'm in need of an auto shop. Also I don't feel taken advantage of because I'm a woman and "I don't know about cars," because I actually am knowledgeable and knot they aren't trying to upsell me on stuff I dont need. Definitely a plus!

My 2010 Nissan Murano broke down while driving on the freeway. Smoke was coming out of the engine, and the engine temperature was extremely high, and the check engine light came on. My insurance towed the truck to Nissan Auto Dealership in Concord, whom did a diagnostic - I need a new radiator, hoses, and temperature gauge. The estimate was mind blowing at Nissan Concord. I could not afford it!I was so desperate, so I went to Yelp and found this place! I saw the great reviews and had had my vehicle towed here. Everyone was very professional, great communication, and excellent price! I am not going to the dealership for car maintenance anymore. They charge an arm and a leg! I will be taking all my vehicle to this place for my maintenance! 10 out of 10 service!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning

I spoke to Brian yesterday. He told me to drop it off this morning. I thought my issue might be fuel (pump or tank) related. It turns out to be a transmission issue. This morning Ken noticed I had a transmission fluid leak. He filled the transmission oil and suggested I take it to the transmission shop. I ve used their services before and won t hesitate to use them again!Service: Transmission

Initially I was told by a mechanic that I need a starter. Took my car at Concord Auto Service. When they checked, it was the battery. So I saved half of the cost if the starter was replaced. A reliable and trustworthy auto repair shop. Brian was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I wouldn t hesitate to bring my car there in the future if it needs repair.
