My girlfriend brought her car in for a diagnostic and mark was extremely helpful in his advice for what to do about the problem. He's an honest guy and has fair prices. Doesn't push unnecessary repairs I will definitely be taking my business to him in the future.

Mark is the best. No questions about it. If you need car work done he's your guy. Even if you are on a budget or aren't sure what you need. My favorite thing to say to him is if your mom was driving this car what would you do...and do that. With a budget I've gone into him before and been like I am going on a road trip and need a service. I have an $800 budget Can you just make sure everything is good and safe and topped off. I think he came back and charged me like $400.You want a mechanic who's honest and Mark is as honest as they come.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto maintenance

Mark and the crew were great. Had an issue with my Jeep transfer case, that I thought would require full replacement. Mark diagnosed for free and discovered a bad module. Save me $3k. Highly recommended.Services: Transmission, Transmission repairServices: Transmission, Transmission repair

My car broke down while I was out of town on business. Complete auto works diagnosed and fixed my car the same day. They told me exactly what was wrong with it as well as other things that would need to be addressed at a later date. They gave me a fair price, fixed my car, and I was on my way back home.

Been going to Mark for years. Great work, fair price. Mark is a certified master mechanic, not going to get that at the dealer. The only negative is they are busy so you have to make appointment but always makes his commitments. Mark Young Worked on my 2005 Grand Cherokee Jeep which was running very rough with engine light on, it now runs like new. It was less expensive than o thought it would be and feel he is honest and a good mechanic

My check engine light was turning off and on, so I took my car over to get it checked out. They were busy the day I brought so I made an appointment with Mark for another day. I brought my car back and was told to leave it with then for half a day. Within 7 hours, Mark had diagnosed the problem, ordered a replacement part, and made the necessary repairs. My overall experience was great and I would definitely bring my car back if I have any problems in the future.

One of the best automotive shops around. NO BS, gives you exactly what needs to be done and what doesn t. Reasonable prices.Very knowledgeable and professional. He won t gouge you for extra work, like other places do.Used a another years and was paying more and more every time I came in, always upselling!Would recommend!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I have two BMWs and a Toyota Tundra that are serviced by Complete Auto Works. Because of the great care that my vehicles receive at this shop, they never have any issues. The prices are reasonable and they take no shortcuts. I highly recommend this shop for any vehicle.
